Time of Reading 3:10 to 3:25 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2501] - this we have had before, you see.

3. There are a great many changes that have taken place in the body since last we had same here. Most of these have been in the fulfilling or developing of the body and its activities, and much bettered conditions in coordinating activities through the physical forces.

4. In the present we find there are those disturbances that have arisen from pressures that exist in the ascending colon, and a sympathetic condition in the right ovary.

5. These are in the present in the form of a plethoric condition in the colon, and a congestion in the ovary from impoverishment of blood flow by pressures produced from parts of that causing the conditions in the colon, as well as in the activities of the ovary itself.

6. Then, these as we find need attention.

7. These will respond, we find, to the use of a series of Castor Oil Packs, followed with the Olive Oil. Use the Packs an hour each day, then, for three successive days; and then take internally two to three tablespoonsful of Olive Oil at once.

8. The conditions in the ovary will also respond to this, in a manner.

9. But there should be at least two to three or four adjustments, or stimulating activities, osteopathically made, in the cerebrospinal system; especially in those areas that supply the nutriment in nerve forces to those areas. While there would be a general treatments indicated, of course, for relaxing the whole body, but especially in the 3rd and 4th cervical, the 5th and 6th dorsal, and through the sacral and lumbar.

10. Be mindful that there is not an overtaxing of the body

in exercise, or those activities that require lifting, pulling, or any of that nature - especially through the periods these treatments are taken.

11. These should make for bettering conditions of the body.

12. Ready for questions.

13. (Q) Give cause and correction for condition which causes constant sniffling of nose? (A) This is part of the pressure from the colon disturbance. Hence those treatments indicated in the dorsal and the cervical should also aid this. These will, especially when the upper cervicals and are adjusted in these directions.

14. (Q) Who would you suggest to make these adjustments? (A) Dr. Irvin or Richardson.

15. (Q) What causes the feeling of nausea for the past few days? (A) The disturbance in the activities of the organs of the pelvis.

16. (Q) Is my appendix affected in any way? (A) The appendix is not affected. The plethora in the colon is close to same, and produces pressure on same.

17. (Q) What causes severe cramps when I eat certain foods, such as eggs and cheese, or chocolate milk shakes? (A) The condition which exists in the colon.

18. (Q) Do I have any more teeth that need to be extracted? (A) We have some here especially in the lower portion on left side that need local attention; none need be extracted, as we find.

19. (Q) What can be done for extreme nervousness? (A) The corrections along the cerebrospinal system should aid materially in these directions. Taking or having in the diet plenty of celery, celery juices, celery soups, celery raw, celery cooked, all of these would aid very much for this body.

20. (Q) Any other treatment for misplaced female organs (without operation)? (A) Those as indicated should make these adjustments, because most of the pressure is produced by this plethoric condition in the colon itself, and with the application of the Oil Packs and then the adjustments made so the body is relieved of the tension, these should - with the normal pressure as will arise - bring near to normal adjustments in these directions. We would do that indicated.

21. We are through for the present. Copy to Self
