1. EC: We have the body here, [2504]. Now, we find there are disturbing conditions in the physical forces of this body. These have especially to do with the eliminations of the body and the effect these, in their activity or non-activity, have to do with the functioning of organs and the system in its reaction in same.

2. Now, these are the conditions as we find them. First:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find in many respects shows the effects of conditions in the system, rather than being the cause; yet in the corpuscles and the elements of the blood itself are some of the indications of existent conditions. In the hemoglobin of the blood this is significant, that the manner in which the blood responds to the oxygen as is taken in the system, showing the deficiency in the amount of iron as is necessary for the proper distribution of energy in the system. Hence we find the effects of a blood supply efficient in some respects, yet in others deficient in the manner in which the distribution and the eliminations as are carried on by same manifest in the system itself. In the pressure as is effective by same, this the disturbance of centers, as we will see in nerve system, and not a condition of the circulation as related to the blood supply, though used forces of the system, or the ash, as it may be termed, is not eliminated properly. Hence in the extremities and in the centers of the system where the cartilaginous forces are manifest, there are at times those conditions as cause distress, and acute PAIN even, at times some swelling. This, as we see, a condition produced in system wherein the lack of elements has its effect in the system. There is, then, of course, causes for these - which we shall see in the effect of conditions produced in this body.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, OR SYSTEMS, here we find disturbances. These are rather of the reflex nature. While there are times that the cerebrospinal and sympathetic system are

2504-1 Page 2

involved, these are as a usual condition when the system has become so surcharged with the poisons of the system itself that the pressure produced in the ends or in the plexus that CAUSE THESE to become involved. These, as we see, are PRODUCED from conditions as come from rather the vegetative nerve system than of the sympathetic or cerebrospinal, though these become involved in the condition when the pressure has reached, see, a condition as to produce inflammation in centers about which such poisons or such conditions have reached such states as to produce the pressure; the centers of the conditions about which this comes. This comes as much from the mesenteric system, and while not wholly of that condition where it, the condition, may be called empyreal in its nature, about kidneys, the GLANDS in the system THROUGH which the vegetative nerve system SUPPLY the necessary incentives for the action OF the juices - gastric, lymphatic, or otherwise in the system - these are those mostly involved in the condition. First there existed this condition where the liver and kidneys were BOTH involved, and the lymphatic circulation became involved in same through that of the condition existent about the adrenal gland in the kidneys themselves or above same, and we had that effect first of the uric acid in system. This reduced. Still, there have been re-occurrences of these conditions, which shows that the condition comes from a deep-seated, and is not of purely functional; neither is it organic, yet it IS that wherein that the system does not create that necessary to keep the eliminating system PROPERLY balanced, so that the body finds the capillary circulation at times becoming low, and the hands, feet, or respiratory system becomes over moist; at other times they are too dry. AT such times, were the conditions followed closely, we will find that the liver nor the kidneys, EITHER, act in their proper manner. At other times we find that the breath becomes overladened with the carbon gases as are attempted to be thrown off from the system. These, then, find their expression in the various portions of the system attempting to be ELIMINATED from the body. In the specific centers about which these conditions are involved, and which, as yet, has not been taken into proper consideration, are those of the lower end of the coccyx and sacral region. The corrections as have been made, or attempted in portions of the cerebrospinal system, have aided - yes; but the seat of the condition existent in the LOWER portion OF the cerebrospinal system and in that plexus wherein those of the adrenal glands, being in the direct connection with the action of the vegetative system,

2504-1 Page 3

finds its expression in the condition as is produced in the mesenteric system. We find, too, the lacteal ducts become involved, and there are at times those conditions as come from the liver and the gall bladder in its non-activity, that produces distresses through THESE portions of the system; finding expression in the extremities of the body.

5. THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, in the brain forces, these are good.

6. Throat, bronchials, lungs, larynx, show the effect of the lack of carbon or oxygen in the system, in the burning up of the tissue or of the ash as is left from same in portions of the body.

7. The digestive system, or the heart's action WITH the digestive system, finds its expression in those conditions in the sympathetic and cerebrospinal system, through the activity of the vegetative nerve centers.

8. As is seen in spleen and liver, these are not active in the manner as they should be. Hence we find that division in the upper and lower potion of this circulation, so that we have a hepatic circulation COLD at times, as we find at times cold spots will be along the side of the abdomen, especially in the region of the lacteal ducts, and the digestive forces then are unable to cope either with proteins or of the sugars. While the hydrocarbonates may be taken care of better in system, yet these have been left almost entirely from the diet. The effect as this has produced in the system, a lack of the necessary elements to cope with the needs of the digestion as may be assimilated properly without leaving drosses in body. Same effects as we find in kidneys and the effect same PRODUCES on the lower portion, or the feet, ankles, knuckles, lower portions of the body, and to the upper extremities, both plexus then suffering under these conditions.

9. Now, to meet the needs of the forces in this body, much has been applied in many various ways. As is seen, the greater necessity will be to change the vibratory forces of the body in such a way and manner as to bring about the normal, or near normal, impulse in the various centers as are stimulated to act in the way of proper eliminations from the body. Not by over-stimulating either the RESPIRATORY, the nominal channel through the alimentary canal, nor through the over stimulation of the kidneys nor the over stimulation especially of the capillary or lymphatic circulation, but that each may be so stimulated as to meet the needs of the system as each, in its cycle of function, is called upon to supply that necessary from the system for its activity, see?

10. Then, we would first create those through that activity as may be found in the Radio-Active Appliance carrying those properties in the system through that of the Chloride of Gold, with the Radio-Active forces, attaching same to the ankle, then to the wrist, and of course the opposite pole being attached to the right and lower portion near the umbilicus. In this vibration set up we will find that there will be produced the tendency of a nausea. Do not let this be disturbing to the body, for this will - through the proper massage, not necessarily the chiropractic, nor that of the osteopathic - though the OSTEOPATHIC comes nearer to the proper manipulations as to distribute the energy so created in system as to cause eliminations to be set up more proper ly. We would also, at least once each week, take those of the sweat bath, with a small amount of iodine in the water that is vaporized. In a pint of water put at least fifteen minims or drops of Tincture of Iodine. Do not take the sweat longer than twenty minutes to begin, and the body should rest well and long after such a bath; rubbing down WELL, especially along the cerebrospinal, with coarse towels, after same; and the diet should be principally those of the green vegetable that carry the full amount of iron and iodine for the body. Well that the body rest, or be quiet, for the first two or three weeks of such treatments. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Has the hernia anything to do with the condition? (A) The hernia rather the weakening of the walls, that are caused by the weakness in the mesenteric system, as given, than the hernia producing the condition, see? With the correction of the conditions as applying the vibratory forces and the massage, with the lessening of the strain on the system through the baths and massage following same, these should be corrected.

12. (Q) What foods other than the vegetables given, and which vegetables carry the proper amount of iron? (A) Sea foods for the flesh or for those of the iodine. Those in the vegetables are those of the pod nature; beans, lentils, spinach, cabbage, carrots, parsnips, turnips, and such.

13. (Q) What causes the numbness in the left side and the stiffness in the limbs? Is this caused by the condition described? (A) Caused and produced by the condition as described, and with the application of these given we will find these conditions being corrected.

14. (A) How often should the manipulations or massage be given? (A) At least twice each week.

15. (Q) No medicines necessary for eliminations?

2504-1 Page 5

(A) Not with these properly carried out. WELL, occasionally, that the colon be excavated, or a bath be given same.

16. (Q) How often should the Radio-Active Appliance be used, and for what length of time? (A) Each day for at least fifty to sixty minutes. Best when the body rests.

17. (Q) Is the Occy-Crystine well for the body to take? (A) With the diet, with the change in the vibrations, and with the cleansing of the colon occasionally that the eliminations are set up, this will be found gradually not to be necessary to take. This as well as any, and better than most. This is alkalin producing, and alkalin is the solvent, of course, for conditions as come from the vegetative system, as come through the various portions in the body where those of the mesenteric system or of the hepatic circulation are involved. Do these, and we will find the bettered conditions for this body. We are through for the present. Copy to Cayce Hospital " " Mr. Thos. B.
