1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2504] - this we have had before. Not a great deal of change in the conditions of the body, as we find, from that we last had here. Some irritation through the glands that have caused some distress at times, but with the eliminations - with the rest - these, as we find, will and do adjust themselves to the conditions.
2. We would massage the body with THIS, as an alteration from the olive oil rubs - see?
3. To 1/2 gallon of KEROSENE we would add:
Oil of Mustard.............1/2 ounce, Oil of Cedar...............1/2 ounce, Oil of Sassafras...........1/4 ounce, Camphor Gum................1/4 ounce.
4. Shake solution together until the Camphor Gum has thoroughly dissolved. This we would use occasionally - once or twice a week - over those centers from which locomotion takes place, from the lower portion of body - also the upper portion of body; that is, the lumbar and the lower locomotaries to the upper portion or upper dorsal, lower cervical, or those of the arm centers. These, as we find, will give the greater STRENGTH to the body. Do not massage until same blisters, but if it reddens the skin - this is well. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) Is the tasty yeast beneficial? (A) As any change in an active force for elimination, this is beneficial. Be well that this be kept, or changed occasionally. Any laxative, where eliminations are to be on the improve.
Keep the rest - the vibratory forces, the baths, and the changes here outlined. Leave off the olive oil massage, also the massage of the hand and arm in the acetic bath - when this massage is used with the oils here given.
6. We are through for the present.
