1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2514].
3. We find improvements. While there are good days and bad, and we find that the atmospheric pressures made a vast difference - almost as if the body might be called allergic to colds or to drafts or to too dry or too damp a temperature - yet improvements are indicated.
4. However, there are still those effects in portions of the body that cause a great deal of anxiety, as those where it is necessary to use the ointments having that base that has been indicated. On those portions DO NOT apply the Oil Packs, neither on the water blisters under the knee, and at the heel at times. But where the skin shows - as on the back of the limbs, in the calf of leg, above the knee, on the under side to the thigh - and on the back itself to shoulders and arms at times, do keep up the Oil Packs; not too hot, but keep them warm when they are applied. Leave them off Saturdays and Sundays, but keep them other days.
5. Also massage the body gently after the Oil Packs, not merely to remove the oil itself but to stimulate all of the circulation through those areas of the superficial circulation. These rubs should be thorough, not merely over the areas where the oil may be applied, necessarily, but over all portions of the body, so that there is better circulation.
6. On those places, as on parts of the rump, use the Ichthyol [Icthyol] ointment.
7. Under the knee DO NOT use the Ichthyol [Icthyol] but apply a gauze moistened with Glyco-Thymoline as an antiseptic and as a healing property.
8. It would be well to keep the rest of the things as suggested.
9. Be sure to keep the contacts of the Appliance in order. Keep the plates clean. Keep the solutions correctly

balanced as used and as in use for the body.
10. Keep the diet well, the eliminations good, and we will find we will gradually continue improvements.
11. Keep away from overexposure at any time. Exercises are well, but not overtiring the body.
12. Keep as cheerful an attitude as possible, but let it be a prayerful one, a thanksgiving one at all times.
13. The general massage following the Packs is the only change we would make in the applications.
14. Ready for questions.
15. (Q) Is it all right for me to eat rabbit and squirrel, baked or stewed? (A) Any wild game is preferable even to other meats, if these are prepared properly. Rabbit - be sure the tendon in both left legs is removed, or that as might cause a fever. It is what is called at times the wolve in the rabbit. While prepared in some ways this would be excellent for some disturbances in a body, it is never well for this to be eaten in a hare. Squirrel - of course, it is not in same. This stewed, or well cooked, is really more preferable for the body, of course - but rabbit is well if that part indicated is removed.
16. (Q) Is it best to rub driest places with oil before putting on the Packs? (A) It is best, and then rub them gently afterwards also, see?
17. (Q) Why am I so worn out after the Packs? Is this to be expected? (A) This is to be expected, but it is more of a psychological effect than it is physical. If there is a good cheerful conversation carried on through the period these are being applied, it'll react much better.
18. (Q) What makes me so wakeful at night? And what is the best thing to do then to quiet my nerves? (A) When the body is wakeful, have someone to rub the spine with Olive Oil - gently for a few minutes, and it'll quiet the body - especially through the area of the lumbar and sacral AND between the shoulders.
