Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Tenn.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - here we find conditions are on the improve. Still, there are a great many conditions at times that cause anxieties, and tendencies for disappointments or of becoming discouraged. These should not be allowed to hinder the body from remaining cheerful, expectant, and keeping continuously ALL of those things suggested for the development during the varied periods.

3. When the low electrical forces are administered, keep the connections and plates clean; but use this as the period of meditation and prayer, as the period for planning the activities when and as conditions are improved.

4. For those disturbances that arise under the knee and the limb, especially from the heel to the hip, we would now change a bit as to the massage. We would use an equal combination of Peanut Oil and Lanolin to massage into those areas. Around the blister, and the areas that have gradually been healing - from the use of the ointments and other things given, we would use Camphorated Oil. These will be beneficial. Over the area itself even a little Carbolated Vaseline will aid in healing and purifying, preventing the spread of the areas - because of the effluvia or the mucous from broken tissue.

5. Keep the Castor Oil, though there need not be so great a QUANTITY used on the flannels. Use sufficient, though, to keep up an absorption. Do not destroy the flannels because they have become old or saturated. But do not use them where any of the pus or the flow has gotten in same. Use gauze over these, and thus they may be better handled - even with the oil.

6. Keep up a gradual, gentle exercise; not overstimulating; but the rest we would keep much in the order that has been given.

7. The only change, then, is in the use of the massage daily

for the limbs, or even twice a day, with an equal combination of Lanolin Oil and Peanut Oil.

8. The rest we would keep.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) What is pink place on top of my head? (A) This - use a little vaseline - it is an accumulation from the circulation to portions of the body. Use Carbolated Vaseline.

11. (Q) Is my disease catching? (A) No.

12. (Q) Is it the same disease I had when a child? (A) No.

13. (Q) In case Castor Oil cannot be obtained in the future, could anything be used as a substitute? (A) Mole beans may be rolled and used as packs - or the Castor bean. But it will not be so this cannot be obtained, for such conditions.
