Time of Reading 10:50 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., N.H.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the entity, the body here, [2517]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, there are some conditions that show improvement. Others appear to be rather irregular, and some apparently are working toward hindrances in the body.
4. We would follow rather closely ALL those suggestions that have been made; including in the diet those foods conducive to giving extra amounts of Vitamin B-1.
5. However, we would cut down on the starches and sugars so much. Have more of fruits and vegetables that carry those properties.
6. In the corrective measures osteopathically, those centers should receive special attention for setting up better drainages, through which there is the coordination of the assimilating system - the liver, the kidneys and the alimentary canal; stimulating that center in which there is the activity of the liver especially as related to the gall duct.
7. These as we find will bring the bettered conditions for the body.
8. Do not overtax the body, for the nerves are depleted; and because of this lack there are those periods of sudden distresses and exhaustion.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Is there danger of overuse of muscles or joints? (A) Not if not used to excess, or strained.
11. (Q) How much activity do you recommend at this time? (A) Twenty minutes every two to three hours.
12. (Q) Is there any danger of spreading infection through system? (A) Not with drainages set up, and only stimulating the activities of the liver and gall duct.
13. (Q) Are dizzy spells caused from overexertion or nerves? (A) As indicated, partially both - or a combination of

both. Hence the injunctions not to overtax the body, but some activities to be sure.
14. (Q) How should we control the gain of weight? (A) As indicated, as to diet.
15. (Q) Any special areas you would recommend treating, other than those indicated? (A) We have indicated that necessary. Do that.
16. We are through with this Reading. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. Amalia Sperl) Copy to Ass'n file [Ques. answered without being asked: Should diet be fortified with Vitamin B in addition to diet?]
