1. EC: We have the body here, [2519]. This we have had before. The present physical conditions show much improvements from that as we have had before. While there are not the complete coordinations of nerve energies in various portions, these - themselves - show improvements. The disturbances as we find most are those, first, in the 3rd and 4th dorsal centers - where the radiation to the right side, especially under the clavicle or under the bone in that region, where the sympathetics connect with the arm and side and upper portion of chest. These are sympathetic, and as much of a nervous condition as any other, and the variations in climatic or temperament will have their effect upon the system; but when there is the thorough or proper coordination from these regions we will find these conditions will disappear. Well, when this is SEVERE, that applications of saturated solution of Epsom Salts be applied to this specific area - the 3rd, 4th, and 5th DORSAL region.

2. The condition as exists with the pelvis organs also shows some improvements. Those corrections have not been wholly made, as to the POSITION of the organs and the pressure as has existed in the organs, or in the tubes themselves STILL give rise to distress. This, however, is being corrected. We would not change the treatments or applications as HAVE been given as respecting these, save that we WOULD make some ADJUSTMENTS here in the lower lumbar and in the sacral. We would ALSO spring, or relax from internally with the hand (not instrument) the lower portion or lower bones in the coccyx. This may prove irritating. Hence the applications as will be found necessary sympathetically for the dorsal regions. Do that.

3. We would not change the surroundings under the CONDITIONS of weather. When these are bettered, then the body may change - if THEN desired. Ready for questions.

4. (Q) Is there a hyper-acidity? If so, give diet.

2519-4 Page 2

(A) There is, with all nerve reaction, a tendency toward the hyperacidity. This, then, may be relieved by the diet, as well as by those PROPERTIES as will aid in this. Use, then, the ALKALIN Petrolagar in THIS case, for this will add to the juices in the lower portion of the stomach proper, aiding also in the duodenum, and in the pressure as is at times created in the region of the ascending colon.

The diet should be, then, those of not too much sugar; little or no pastry; none of the tubers that grow UNDER the ground; and the alkalin REACTING foods - but NOT tubers under the ground.

5. (Q) Would stretching the rectal muscles be beneficial? (A) Only as SPRINGING the coccyx. Stretch from THIS side, rather than as for the opening - see? for the sphincter muscles, for the relief, must be PROPER in the UNDER muscle of the coccyx.

6. (Q) What causes sleeplessness? (A) Nervousness!

7. That is all the questions regarding this body.

8. We are through with THIS reading.
