At home, 4 mi. W. Time of Reading of ..., Tenn., on 10:55 to 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. old highway 13, 1 mi. from new highway 48, in ... Montgomery Co., District 13.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2526].

3. As we find, there are conditions which prevent the better physical functioning of the body.

4. These arise primarily from a glandular condition, though they have produced in portions of the functioning organs disturbances that must be taken into consideration.

5. The disturbances arise primarily, in this body, in the superficial circulation - in the extremities and to the locomotory centers.

6. The attempt to bring about bettered conditions causes some swelling, and a great deal of soreness in portions of the body.

7. We find that the condition is in those stages of a form of inflammation of the lymph that consumes the circulations between the outer, inner and the still inner skin. While it gives a great deal of disturbance, it is gradually closing those portions so that there is a mal-formation in the areas that are attacked.

8. The glandular forces affected in this body are in the liver and the adrenals, as well as the thyroids themselves.

9. These then, as we find, are the conditions as present themselves in the present.

10. First, then, in making applications, we would add to the body that which will purify or cleanse the glandular systems

of the body; and then gradually build up those necessary forces to bring better and nearer to normal reactions. And if there is the consistent application, the consistent attitude, and the LIVING of it, we may bring near to normal forces. It will require persistence and consistency - in diet, in activity, in the mental attitude towards self and others.

11. We would begin, then, by taking small quantities of Atomidine internally, in this manner; in half a glass of water of morning before any meal is taken: One drop each morning for two days. Then two drops each morning for two days. Then three drops each morning for two days. Then four drops each morning for two days. The next day take FIVE drops - only the one day, you see. Then leave off.

12. Take then an Epsom Salts Bath - using a saturated solution of Epsom Salts. This would mean about fifteen pounds of the Epsom Salts in thirty to forty gallons of tepid water; not hot, not cold, but tepid - but have the Epsom Salts thoroughly dissolved. Let the body lie in this for at least thirty minutes; and throughout that period massage the body thoroughly over the lower limbs, commencing across the small of the back and down the limbs, see?

13. Then when the body is massaged off from this, give the body a thorough massage with Pure Peanut Oil - all that the body will absorb. Begin at the base of the head or brain and go downward along the spine; especially around the neck and over the thyroid area, and down the spine; then across especially the lower portion of the spinal system, the whole of the sacral area, down the limbs underside and over side.

14. The body then would rest from the applications for three days.

15. Then begin the Atomidine again, taking it in the same manner. When the dosage of five drops has been repeated, then have another Epsom Salts Bath. Do not attempt to use the same bath - that is, the same Epsom Salts solution,- for the excretions will be such that it would be very harmful to use the same bath again. Make a fresh solution, and have this a little bit warmer than the first, see?

16. Follow the Bath with the Peanut Oil rub, the same as before.

17. THEN begin with the use of the low Wet Cell Appliance carrying Gold, in the proportions of one grain to each ounce of Distilled Water - and use at least four ounces. The small copper plate would be attached to the lumbar axis, the larger plate carrying the Gold Solution vibratorially, would

be attached to the lacteal duct and umbilical center - that is, about three fingers from the navel center to the right, and two fingers above where this line would come, see? The attachments would be kept on the body each day for thirty minutes. Be sure and keep the plates polished before each application.

18. Follow the Appliance each day with the thorough massage with the Peanut Oil.

19. While the Appliance is being used, take the Atomidine in this manner; in half a glass of water before the morning meal:

20. One drop each day for five days. Leave off five days. Take again for five days. Leave off five days. Take again five days, and so on.

21. After fifteen applications, change the Gold Solution, renewing this.

22. Then keep on using the Appliance for another fifteen days, making thirty applications in all; and then we would give further instructions.

23. In the matter of the diet throughout the period - we would keep those foods that are easily assimilated and that are body-building. Have a great deal of vegetable soups, but not with meats or fats in same. These should be seasoned rather with butter. And ALL the vegetables should be cooked in Patapar Paper, eating the juices of same with the vegetables, see?

24. Fish, fowl or lamb are preferable as the meats, but NEVER any fried foods.

25. Do these, and then at the end of the course outlined, when the Appliance itself is to be recharged, we would give the instructions for further applications.

26. Ready for questions - [2526].

27. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (Atomidine is manufactured by The Atomidine Company, 9 So. 8th Ave., Mt. Vernon, N. Y. It sells for $1 a bottle, and the company will send it to you direct if you tell them that Mr. Cayce recommended it for you. You should be able to buy Peanut Oil from your local grocery or druggist; if not, it may be ordered from Planters Peanut Co., Suffolk, Va.

See directions [which were enclosed] for assembling the Wet Cell Appliance. By the time you are ready to use this, it may be that Mrs. [2514] can let you use the Appliance which she got from Miss [528]. Your solution is a little different, however, and you should follow your own directions carefully and not get anything mixed with hers. See sheet [which was enclosed] telling how to charge the Appliance. These ingredients, also the Gold Solution, may be obtained from your local druggist - no doubt. If not, they may be ordered from Meredith Drug Co., Atten Mr. Bill Meredith, 17th Street, Virginia Beach, Va. See extra sheet [which was enclosed] giving the ingredients to be ordered, which you can send direct to the druggist. Be sure to follow directions carefully when charging the Appliance. Patapar Paper should be obtained from a grocery store, department store, or the like; if not it can be ordered for 25 cents a dozen sheets from Paterson Parchment Paper Co., Bristol, Penna. After all the directions have been followed to the letter, ending with the thirty day use of the Appliance as indicated, let us know so we may make an appointment for a Check Physical to give further instructions. Ck. Physical Blank You will notice that the notation to the druggist calls for fifteen ounces of the Gold Solution. The Chloride of Gold comes in fifteen grain ampules and has to be made into solution immediately when opened, so it is cheaper for you to buy the whole fifteen ounces, as you will need eight ounces just for the thirty day period outlined for using the Appliance - and no doubt the Check Reading will suggest that you continue it, for a while at least.) ast.)
