1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2528]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, there are improvements and there are retardments in some directions through the general physical forces. But if there is the adherence to the suggestions that have been indicated, consistently, we should keep in much bettered condition.
4. We would add a very little of the electrical forces for the body, though, in the present. To do this will prevent the central nervous system batteries from running down. This should be used in the form of the violet ray - hand machine, bulb applicator; but don't give it more than half a minute, and don't give it about the head. Give it across the sacral and the back, at the diaphragm, and this not more than half to three-quarters of a minute - just before retiring. It'll pick the body up!

6. (Q) What is cause of cold feet? (A) Haven't we just given the application for stimulating the circulation through the lumbar-sacral by the "pick-up" from the violet ray, or this increasing of the superficial circulation by such stimulations.
7. (Q) Should I take the cold and pneumonia serums? (A) The three-day cold serum for this body would be very well. These are shots - not the sulfa drug for the body, but the shots. This, of course, is just fooling the circulation - but it will increase the circulation, if there is the violet ray application to stimulate the superficial circulation. But don't apply the electrical forces near the head!
8. (Q) What specific kind of shots should I take? (A) Just take three cold shots. These are cold germs

destroyed, then put in a tube and put into the body. It produces the effect of causing the lymph to create a greater quantity of leukocytes, which acts upon the system to increase circulation - thus keeping down cold. For it is the leukocyte that strangles each germ that enters, either through the nostril or the breath or by contamination. And the leukocyte must strangle same, so we increase it! If the circulation is slow, then there are not as many leukocytes. So we inject this type of serum to increase the quantity! If the body uses the electrical forces, it will be good. If it doesn't, it'll be bad.
