1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2541]. Now, we find there are physical conditions of which the body should take cognizance, that the mental and spiritual would, and should, have the better channel through which to manifest in the mental and spiritual manner; for, while the entity is in the earth's environs, the physical is the channel through which the mental body and the physical body MUST manifest. The spiritual becomes either magnified or dissuaded through the conditions as may surround the physical. Not that there are even those distressing conditions as have troubled the body at present, as much as there has existed, yet these very conditions have set their mark IN the physical, and the mental AND the physical should so coordinate as to make for the better channel for manifestations of force in whatever guise or manner the entity would choose to manifest through.

2. These conditions physical, then, we find apparent with this body-physical, [2541] we are speaking of, present in this room:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find very good, considering the conditions under which the system, as a whole, labors.

4. In the elements or constituents OF the blood supply, this is not ALWAYS at its best, for the eliminations as are set in the system do not always coordinate in the proper manner, and where conditions have existed in the soft tissue, as in face or antrum, or in the nasal cavities, these - in their drainage - have sapped, as it were, that necessary element as PRODUCES for the system the better or the near perfect coagulation; so that the system tends to call on the tissue of all PORTIONS of the system to meet the needs, and hence the numbers in the red blood count are often below normal, for that plasm as necessary to create the white AND red blood, or the division in the white, that the leukocyte plasm destroys more of the red than SHOULD, often. Hence taxation MENTALLY oftentimes causes a weariness, that is ABNORMAL for THIS body.

5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, here we find, also, the vitality at times depleted; and while the body-physical is not one as would be called a nervous body or individual, at times this DOES WORRY the body, that conditions, circumstances at periods or times do seem to irritate, where formerly these were not so much trouble, or of troublesome conditions. This, then, the manner in which the vitality is so often used.

6. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES:

7. In the brain forces and the mental body, this exceptional in many ways and manners. The creative energy of the mental body, the vision of the mental body, the POSSIBILITIES as are seen in that of the imaginative, to make for same constructive energies exercised in self or in others, above the normal. In the physical, the brain at times becomes tired, weary. This from the physical standpoint, both from the conditions of the physical energies being used, as well as taxation to the nerve systems.

8. In the head and the organs of the sensory system, these acute - yet there are times when the hearing and the vision, as well as that of the sensory force in the sympathetic expression, have ACUTE periods of activity. These produced from the mental status of the mental body, that resist the PHYSICAL conditions as are apparent, and as have and do at times TROUBLE the body. Physically, in the head, we find the antrum and the nasal passage has been disordered; yet these do not distress the body so much - for, as has been seen, the conditions have been met in the greater part or manner, yet the drainages from same, as to elimination of drosses through scar tissue as produced IN these, ARE a drain upon the system; and of THIS condition, and the effect that same would have upon the lungs proper, and upon the system as related to the sympathetics and their reaction, should the body be warned, and - taking counsel with self - see that the physical forces are guarded against INROADS that would later prove detrimental to the better physical, mental and spiritual body. Irritations would prove detrimental. Be warned against exceeding drafts, or of cold or damp feet, especially - and of any conditions that would tend to inflame the mucus membranes of throat OR head. Being warned, be forearmed.

9. Lungs THEMSELVES, good - in the manner of the physical functioning, yet not always does the deep breathing or the breath taken give that relief as should come. Well were the body to take MORE exercise in the open, where the oxygen and the ozone is efficient and sufficient to bring the full expansion of the lung cells themselves; for these NEED, that

2541-1 Page 3

when drainages through absorption of tissue that becomes as dross through use in system, should be carried in a NORMAL manner and ELIMINATED entirely from the system. Not in such a manner as to cause or call for segregations in system in such a way as to produce irritations by clogging the system, but normalcy.

10. Heart's action very good, especially considering the manner under which the blood stream has labored, as has been given. Hence a pulse somewhat faster than normal, a pressure that alters or changes. Not to an excess, but one that would be found to vary considerably during a period of three to five days test.

11. In the digestive system proper, here we again find rather the sympathetic expression of the whole condition as has existed. When drainage in system is of such a nature as to produce, in the region of the upper part of the cardiac reaction at times, the tendency of food to nauseate - on account of the system attempting to adjust itself. This is from drainage in the system; not from any abnormalcy, nor from the conditions as would be called detrimental. Just keep such a balance (This is a warning!) that these do not BECOME of such a nature as to disturb the equilibrium in the system, as to the ratio between the alkalin and acid reactions in the system; for the tendency is toward that of an acid. In the lower digestive system, or through assimilating and digestive system, be warned that the liver is kept NORMAL in activity. Much, now, of these conditions may be controlled by the mental forces of the body itself, for in the spiritual forces there has been gained for self the insight of the awakening of the consciousness within of the relationships of self with the Creative Energy, or the Whole - for in Him is the light; He is the light of the world; He is the way; He is the water of life; He IS life! In the physical, keep the body fit, that the expressions of self - physically, mentally and spiritually - may better manifest that held in the mental vision of the entity.

12. In the liver's activity, the pancreas - these we find - certain types of sugars and of condiments DO NOT agree with the body. This rather from that PHYSICAL condition existent in tendency toward the acid reaction.

13. In the organs of digestion, as related to the alimentary canal and eliminations - these find ready expression with the activities of the mental body here; though at times disorders occur from the call on the general system for the lymph and emunctory reactions, that are at an excess of activity through the production of lymph to meet the needs of the mucus membranes of the whole system. Hence the

2541-1 Page 4

warning, that tendency towards constipation for the body would be very detrimental, both to the system proper and especially to that taxation of the kidneys that MUST ensue from same.

14. In meeting the needs, physical, there needs be only the warnings.

15. The body is a very good dietician for itself, and this would be better than any that may be given, or even read - for the body tests for self, and able to control self in will and in action.

16. For the condition in throat, in the antrum, in the head, and especially for lungs - use that of an inhalant that is ANTISEPTIC in its nature, and that will cooperate with the soft tissue of throat, of head, without producing irritation. This would be found in a combine, or compound, as this:

17. In glass corked container, at least an eight ounce container, put six ounces of grain alcohol. To this add, and in this MANNER add them: Eucalyptol, Oil of.............30 minims, Rectified Creosote..............5 minims, Benzoin........................10 minims, Rectified Oil of Turp..........15 minims, Tolu in solution...............60 minims.

18. Shake solution when it is to be used, and inhale from the container deep into the lungs through the mouth. Also pour a small quantity of same into a container that may be heated, and the FUMES from same inhaled into the nostril. This may be done once each day, or whenever necessary.

19. Keep the exercises for the physical body, especially in the open - and in the physical exercise keep the eliminations as relate to the alimentary canal full-active.

20. In the mental body - with the first activities there comes, then, the abilities of the entity as a mental body to find self expression in the force as may bring to others their expression of THEMSELVES. This may best be accomplished by THIS entity through the MUSIC of the self, as finds expression in others, and of ALSO the article - or the writings.

21. In the spiritual body - keep that as has been committed unto self, and the promises made to self and to the forces as manifest in and THROUGH self - for THESE are best KNOWN to thine own individual expression. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) What are the best activities for the body, mental and physical? (A) These have been given. In that physical, outside as

2541-1 Page 5

much as possible. In the MENTAL activities, in music and in writing.

23. (Q) What should body do to give the proper guidance to the children? (A) First, this is that the body find in self the manner of proper expression of that held by self as the expressions of that worshiped from within, and create that environ for each that basic principle of self-expression; for each must live its OWN life, but the mouldive stages of that THOUGHT, that basic PRINCIPLE, must be in Him - and THAT may be guided best by the Mother.

24. (Q) Is there any new worth while work for the body to do to replace present activities in theatricals? (A) In the music and in the writing, these may be BEST expressed, and will develop for the mental forces and abilities of the body that sought.

25. (Q) Should the entity enter business? If so, what? (A) Not best. Business should be giving to others something to live for, and that found within their own individualities and able of expression through the personality of each entity.

26. (Q) How can body adjust her life to most advantage to get greater happiness? (A) Lose self in doing for others.

27. (Q) How can body aid husband to further advance his business? (A) The little encouragements of that nature that may only be given by the helpmate, is the greatest incentive one may give another - and SACRED, only to those who REALIZE this from within!
