1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. The abnormal conditions would have to do with the mental, spiritual and physical condition of the body here; see? Now, these are the conditions as we find in this body. The blood supplying force within the body is deficient, principally caused by toxins being thrown into the circulation from the mental attitude and forces within the body, see? yet we have physical conditions producing something of the same effect within the circulation. Those have to do with the nerve forces, especially those about the upper lumbar and those about the diaphragm see? In the nerve force within the body we find the nerves high strung, that, from many ganglia, - no, ganglion forces, the expression to the system being that that causes the nervous forces to be exerted to such an extent to prevent the perfect balance between the cerebral spinal forces and the sympathetic forces. Such reflex forces at times express themselves to the sensory organism. The body - [2553] we are speaking of - is very high strung mentally; see? so that the forces from the physical conditions express directly to the mental forces within the body, and gives its expression to the spiritual action of the forces. Defects that are shown caused from physical conditions are the lesions we find at the second lumbar, see? This gives the condition that is expressed through the digestive tract, through the over activity, at times, of the hepatic circulation, causing over-action at times to the kidneys, which is only reflex and not organic, causing at times the reflex conditions to the secondary cardiac plexus, which shows the difference we have in the heart action at these suppressed times; see? But this is only a reflex condition that is produced through the heart, not organic conditions. However, at times, the sensation to it apparently would be of this condition. At the present time, now, we find the body suffering from headaches, you see; the pain is through the temple and through the eyes here. These are sympathetic expressions of the sympathetic forces we have on the sympathetic nervous system, and have nothing to

do with the physical condition within the body. The body is very good.
2. This we would do, or give, to the body, to produce the perfect equilibrium within the system. It will be necessary to give those forces that will add to the system and give strength to the body, see? The body should take first, regular exercise that will develop all of the muscular forces within the body regularly, morning and evening, see? and always just after the exercise rub the spine from the first cervical to the end or to the coccyx, with a cold, damp cloth. Then rub very vigorously to produce or bring that heat and the circulation to the surface all along. Take into the system this: Tincture of Valerian........3 ounces, Bromide of Potash.........1/4 ounce, Elixir of Calisaya..........2 ounces. Sufficient Simple Syrup to make seven ounces. The dose would be a teaspoonful when the body needs it, see; that is from nervous forces, nerve conditions within the body, or three doses each day. Make into pellets this: Gum Camphor................20 grains, Sulphate of Morphia.........2 grains, Muriate of Iron............20 grains. These are to be made into thirty pellets, not capsules. One would be taken each evening before retiring, see? Keep up this as we have given, with exercise, will bring the normal equilibrium to this body, it is well.
3. (Q) What kind of exercise should this body have? (A) The regular setting-up exercises; see.
4. (Q) Such as used in the Army? (A) Exercise of the head, circle of the head, three times each way, to the side, to the back, and circle. Of the arms, above the head. Raise the body up, then the circle back, and forward and back. Then the stooping exercise, to give strength to the hips, and to all of the organs of the body. Be sure the body is rubbed down well just after this is taken, and bring the circulation to the centers and along the spine. Do that.
5. (Q) What causes the tired feeling that this body has occasionally? (A) The nerve forces from the centers, as we have given here.
6. (Q) What causes the difficulty in breathing?
2553-1 Page 3
(A) The effect we have given to the diaphragm, which causes or produces the trouble to the lung forces.
7. (Q) What causes the pains in the back? (A) The seat of the trouble, you see, it is the second lumbar.
8. (Q) How long before this body will recover its equilibrium? (A) Nine moons.
9. (Q) Should this body take up Christian Science? (A) Prefer taking Unity than Christian Science for this body, if any be used.
10. (Q) Is there any general advice that this body should be given at this time? (A) Follow as we have given here. .
