1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we are given the record here of that entity now known as or called [2572].
3. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them here, some warnings should be indicated - if there would be the fulfillment to the purposes and intents of the entity, in relationships to the general physical welfare.
4. The body is a very good "eater." Warnings should be taken in these directions as to the diet, and keep it balanced; else there may be the gaining of such avoirdupois as to not only become a hindrance in the better or greater development in the mental and spiritual, but bring about an activity in which much of the better influences would be nullified.
5. Beware of too much sweets. Do take grape juices regularly, that are not fermented; but with plain water.
6. Beware of carbonated drinks always.
7. Beware of fermented drinks, or especially those made of hops.
8. In giving the interpretations of the records, these are chosen with the desire and purpose that this be far-reaching in the intents and purposes of the entity, and be a helpful influence ever.
9. These as we find are a composite of the urges indicated from astrological aspects, as well as sojourns and the activities of the entity in the earth:

10. The entity is one quite versatile in its activities.
11. One that should ever tend towards athletics; that is, OUT OF DOORS. These will be necessary in the physical as well as the associations in its development.
12. If there is the choosing of those directions in which the versatility of the individual entity is given expression, a great deal of travel is indicated in the experience of the entity; and in the latter days a great deal of trouble in taking care of the moneys that will be a portion of the entity's experience in this sojourn!
13. But much of this depends upon the application of self as to abilities and as to the necessary training and PROVING of self for those material experiences.
14. Such material experience may become a development, it may become a retardment; dependent upon the purposes, the ideals that are chosen as directing the activities of the entity - not only in the preparation but in the application of the abilities in relationships to things and conditions.
15. As will be seen, the application should be towards the preparation in song and in English. For, the entity SHOULD prepare self for a partial career, at least; and that will be, or should be, in those lines pertaining to gossip - or newspaper reporting.
16. Hence in the studies, stress these phases of the abilities and the purposes in the use of same; remembering that gossip may become the most defaming of any activity, or it may become the most helpful means of aiding those who are worthy of being aided.
17. In the urges from astrological aspects we find Mercury, Uranus, Venus and Jupiter as the influences through which the entity has received and awareness.
18. One of the high mental ability, yet one very extreme in many ways.
19. Oft the entity is too easily discouraged. Hence, as indicated, it will require that the entity set a purpose and a goal, and be not deterred from same - if it would accomplish or reach those abilities that are a part of the entity.
20. In Jupiter we find the universality. Thus that as indicated in the versatility of doing most anything half way, and everything particularly well when the entity purposes to do so.
21. These then are the latent and partially manifested urges in this entity's experience.
22. Because of the intents and purposes, do not become too hard headed or too easily dissuaded; but know WHY you believe this or that, and that it - the position or place -

23. For, while the entity is an excellent conversationalist, and may grow more and more in those directions, we find that places and things are at times much more interesting to the entity than personalities. Yet the personalities make such things interesting.
24. Watch thine own personality, then, but let it arise from a spirituality directed individuality.
25. Thus see in the goal set the individuality in self applying the personality of God in its relationships to others.
26. As to urges latent and manifested from sojourns in the earth:
27. While not all may be given, these are chosen that indicate how and why such influences are a part of the latent and manifested urges in the present.
28. For, each entity is today what it is because of what it was yesterday, and because of what it did about the creative influence in relationships to the ideals chosen or set.
29. Before this, then, the entity was in the land of the present nativity, especially about the city of the entity's nativity. For, this is not a strange place at all to the entity; and many of those conditions that were partially historic are FELT by the entity.
30. Make history, then, a part of thy studies.
31. Through the experience the entity aided in preparing the discussions that were a part of the experiences of those during the periods when there was the formation of policies, politically as well as socially, through that land.
32. Then the entity was in the name Susan Henry, and in the experience almost talked too much - at times; yet brought into those activities through that period much that has been beneficial to the welfare of the nation, as well as a state as a whole.
33. The acquaintanceships with many of the early settlers, and the historic background especially of those who came as companions to the early settlers, brought an experience to the entity throughout that period.
34. The entity, it may be said, gained through the experience; and much of the abilities as a speaker, as a writer, as one who may use the voice in song for the purposes of social as well as material and spiritual advancement, arise in the present from that sojourn.
35. Before that the entity was in that land during that periods when the activities of many were disturbed because of groups, masses and associates and companions, taking an idea for an ideal; during those periods of the Crusades.

36. The entity then was in the French and then the English land. For those were periods of a great stress to the activities, for the entity then was in the opposite sex; thus made for associations with groups and individuals that had a bearing upon the activities that were questioned by many.
37. Thus the necessity of security of purpose in the present, that there be not questioning within self, and that the latent urges to be deflected by others' opinions may not have too great an effect upon the ideals and purposes to which the entity would attain.
38. Then the entity was known under the nom de plume of Handsome Billy; for the entity's real name then was William Cowan.
39. In the experience the entity gained, the entity lost; yet activities through those experiences may be in the present - in the choice - as an indication as to a field of service or work. For, as a reporter or writer, or even as an entertainer, the entity may gain much - from the affability to which the entity PURPOSELY gave self through that period. But be sure it is spiritualized, not dramatized for self.
40. Before that the entity was in the Promised Land, during those periods when there were the activities following and during the walk of the Master in the earth.
41. The entity then was a Roman, and one who today would be called a spy - or a recorder of the activities of those who were sent as emissaries, or individuals who were to act in the various capacities as instructors, collectors of custom, as to the forming of activities in the administering of law, and the varied periods of activity.
42. Yet the entity USED its abilities not in a self-advantageous manner but to a credit to itself, to the land it represented, and gained much through the period - in its activities from its associations with those who had been as companions or workers with those in that period of man's opportunity.
43. The name then was Philoas, and the entity gained throughout. Hence much of those abilities in making itself felt by its affability may be experienced in the present.
44. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, among those of the household of the Priest and those in authority that became a part of the experience during the periods of reconstruction.
45. The entity was the second of the offspring of the Priest and the companion for which it was banished.
46. Through the experience the entity kept close in

associations with the King as well as the counselors. With the establishing of the Temple of Sacrifice and the Temple Beautiful, the entity chose of its own self to become one of those prepared by or through the ceremonies of each of these Temples for the activity of furthering those ideas and ideals which were a part of the experience through that particular period.
47. The entity gained throughout, and may apply those tenets of that experience as a portion of the present activity; especially: If ye would have friends, show thyself friendly. If ye would meet those problems for others, understand them in thy own experience.
48. The name then was Is-Ar-Is.
49. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain, and how:
50. First, heed those warnings as to the physical well being.
51. Then prepare thyself - in body, in mind; keeping all spiritualized by thy intent upon thy purpose and thy ideal.
52. DO train the voice.
53. DO study journalism.
54. These will make those opportunities not only for meeting thy own self and thy own problems through thy experiences in the earth, but the opportunities to serve and to bring to others in knowledge of the truth of the day of the Lord.

56. (Q) What studies should I take in high school? (A) Those that will lead to the activities which, as indicated, should be a portion of the entity's experience. Do become a part of the editorial staff of thy paper.
57. (Q) Should I plan to go to college? If so, where? (A) Wherever there may be the best opportunity for a journalistic activity.
58. (Q) For what purpose did I come to my present parents? (A) At times it may be considered as an opportunity; at others as a test for self as well as for them. Know that ye are meeting thy own self, in the activities and in the measure of those influences which prompt between the manifesting of self and the manifesting of self to the glory of the Creative Forces.
59. (Q) What colors should I wear? (A) All that are light, all that are of the natures that bring gentleness in their activity. Oft those that may be of a great deal of color, but mingled the more.
60. (Q) Should I continue to study music?

(A) Especially singing.
61. (Q) How have I been associated in the past with the following members of my family, and how may I best help them in the present: My mother, [2570]? (A) In the experience before this, and especially through the Palestine sojourn. Helpfulness may be most shown in not only taking the counsel of the mother, but in PROVING to be a helpfulness in every phase of thy endeavors.
62. (Q) My father, [2489]? (A) The special association here was in the Roman and Palestine land, for the entity then "checked up" oft on the father's activities. Close friends, but questioned one another - as they do today. But keep those abilities to see the funny side of everything, especially in the relationships here.
63. (Q) My sister, [2571]? (A) In the experience before this, very good. Through the English period, quite questionable. For, there was a love affair, and not terminated any too well - materially. But the close associations through those periods has brought the ability for each to be a strengthening influence one to the other in the present. Let that light which has oft guided thee be the promptings through thy activity. Forget not to pray oft. And let thy prayer be oft - but in thy own words: "LORD, HERE AM I! USE ME AS THOU SEEST FIT. LET MY BE WILLING, O GOD, TO BE THAT THOU WOULD HAVE ME BE; THAT I MAY BRING GLORY TO THE SON - WHO IS THE WAY FOR ALL."
