Born April 26, 1888, in Rockingham County, Virginia. Time of Reading 10:50 to 11:45 A. M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time. ..., Va.
1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane; giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: (In going back over the years from the present - " - '37 - experiences - '31 - anxieties - '29 - '24 - busy - '14 - work - " etc., on back to birth date.)
3. Yes, we are given the record here of that entity now known as or called [2574].
4. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them, much may be given from same that will not only be of interest but that will help others - if they will but apply the experiences of the entity through the material sojourns.
5. The emblem or seal of the entity is significant. It would be upon a shield - the figure Winged Victory, but the cross in the foreground.
6. In giving the interpretations, these are chosen with the intent and purpose that this may be a helpful experience for the entity; enabling the entity to better fulfillthe purposes for which it entered this experience, and to keep that ideal which has prompted those urges in the activities of the entity in its associations with its fellow man.
7. Not that counsel would be indicated, other than to keep that indicated in the life seal. For, the victory is ever in the Cross of the Christ.
8. As to the urges latent and manifested - those from the astrological sojourns are latent; yet dreams, visions,

experiences in which much of that experienced by the entity in the earth becomes significant, with the latent influences from the astrological sojourns.
9. Then, the influence is not because of the position of a planet, the sun or the moon, or even the astrological aspects - other than the interims of sojourn in that consciousness accredited to the environs of the entity's own solar system.
10. For, they each have their place. Thus the awarenesses or consciousnesses are attained through sojourns; not in bodies as of the earth, but that awareness or consciousness fitted to the planet itself.
11. Mercury, Venus, Jupiter - there are the more universal. Uranus makes for the intenseness with which the entity becomes enthused with ideals and purposes, and the interest in those things from the material as of the occult or mystic influences.
12. From Mercury we find the mental ability, the adaptability, the alertness of the entity; latent, but finding expression in the material activities.
13. Thus the expression is attained through the way - the mind.
14. We find in Venus the love, the beauty and those things pertaining to art and temperaments.
15. In Jupiter there is the universality indicated, and the needs and the abilities for expressing self before or among groups - yet individual in its application.
16. These as we find are the latent or spiritual promptings through the mental activities of this entity in its expressions in the earth.
17. And, as will be seen from the sojourns in the earth, these have been the promptings throughout the experience. While not all of the appearances may be given here, these are indicated that have the greater influence or bearing - or that indicate the characteristics of the entity in the present.
18. Before this, then, the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during that period when companions were brought for the earlier settlers in the land.
19. The entity was not only among those who came, but persuaded others of its own associations also; settling in the land of the entity's present nativity.
20. Then in the name Sophie Kerr, the entity's activities through that period were to UNIFY, to build homes, in those manners that would bring about the basic expression of the activities of becoming a nation, a DEPENDABLE one.
21. Those experiences have brought the expressions in the

present of ever being able to meet most any situation, and the affability and the adaptability to circumstances; yet leading on in the way of giving counsel to those who are fearful or who have faltered because of their disappointments in others.
22. These become the characteristics from the expression in that period.
23. Before that the entity was in the Holy Land, among those acquainted with the early experiences of the Master as He walked in the earth.
24. During those periods of the preparation, the entity journeyed to those lands that partook of a portion of the Grecian activities; but with the beginnings of the ministry, the offspring of the entity were brought under those influences of the teachings not only of the Master but of the disciples.
25. The entity then was the mother of Lucius, having companionship with, or being the sister of Luke; and this brought those experiences and activities with the Holy Women.
26. And with those turmoils that eventually arose between the followers of Paul and Peter and Barnabas in the church, the entity aided in bringing harmony out of those periods of turmoil with Lucius as the bishop of the church.
27. A whole book might be written of the activities of the entity in the experience. For, many of the activities were begun by the entity that later became proclaimed by many of the teachers in the early church; especially in Laodicea, in Achaia, in Corinth and in the various portions. For, the entity was acquainted with most of the leaders and strengthened the activity through that portion of the land.
28. The name then was Merceden.
29. Too much might not be said as to the abilities that arise in the present, as to the interest in and the work with those who seek to know the way as proclaimed by Him of Galilee.
30. In seeking - seek to know much more of that experience.
31. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, during that period when there were the preparations for those activities which brought about the return of the children of promise to the Promised Land.
32. The entity then was in the household of the Pharaoh, and in the name Tahi. The entity encouraged those activities, and aided in the instruction of Moses as not merely an Egyptian but from the associations with Jochebed the entity learned from the scribe Ezekiai (?) of those promises that had been made to the saints before Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

33. These became a part of the entity's experience. And when there were the journeyings from the Egyptian land, the entity was among those who went with Moses, Aaron and Miriam; the entity being a close associate of Miriam through those periods of journeying, and strengthened much the hands of those who aided in preparing the way.
34. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, during those periods when there were the regenerations or replenishing activities following the return of the Priest to influence and power there.
35. The entity was among those who later became closely associated with the Priest, after the periods of regeneration that brought about the activities in the Temple of Sacrifice, the Temple Beautiful.
36. The entity was among those who were on the stations in the Temple Beautiful.
37. Thus tolerance and patience the entity hath learned. Magnify them in thy dealings with thy fellow man.
38. The name then was Hes-It-pet.
39. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, then, that to which it may attain, and how:
40. In Him there are no limitations. One only limits self by doubt or fear.
41. For, He IS the way, the truth, the light.
42. To give as to the abilities - keep those services, those activities as thou hast manifested throughout thy sojourns in the earth. For each has been filled, as this may be, with that injunction, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant; enter into the joys of thy Lord."
43. As indicated, the entity's choosing to enter each experience has been for definite purposes of furthering - in the various spheres - the word, the glory of Him who IS the way, the truth, the light.
44. Then, keep that. For, none may tell another HOW to be beautiful. It must be the reflection of that entertained in the heart and mind of the individual. And as He is beauty, He is friendship, He is love, the more and the nearer individuals reflect that in their conversation, in their dealings with their fellow man, the greater the glory to Him.
45. One need never attempt to justify, but needs only to glorify Him; as ye so well proclaimed through Laodicea, as ye so well put Paul in his place, as ye so well comforted Timothy as well as Peter, Andrew, and brought Lucius to his senses. These manifest again in thy labor of love, of service to thy fellow man.

47. (Q) How may I best develop my gift of healing, and use it more effectively for mankind? (A) By more and more arousing the awareness in the mind of others of His presence with them. For, as ye understand and know, health is the gift of the Creator. The abuse of the laws brings dis-ease, and dis-ease brings the nourishing of that to disease. But in Him is health.
48. (Q) Am I the chosen channel for the enlargement of Methodism in more vital, Christian relationships, as given through the call of the W. E. C.? (A) A channel. Few would choose to be THE channel. For, THE channel must be HIM. But as a representative of Him in such a service, WELL chosen. Well to magnify, not any cult or denomination - for Christ is Lord of all. Through that organization, well - but magnify the Christ, NOT the method.
49. (Q) How many times have my husband, [...] and I been associated together? Give periods of each. (A) In the expression before this, closely associated - though not companions. In the Palestine experience, husband and wife.
50. (Q) How may we, my husband and I, better unite our soul-forces for the betterment of humanity? (A) Be of one mind, of one purpose, of one desire - by that constancy in prayer; in thy own words, but: LORD, HERE AM I. USE ME AS THOU SEEST FIT. BE THOU THE GUIDE, O GOD, EVERY STEP OF THE WAY; THAT WE MAY GLORIFY THE CHRIST AMONG MEN.
51. (Q) What has been our relationship with our nephew [2549] in the past, and how may we assist in his development? (A) Especially in the experiences through the Palestine period. And the needs are for that activity in which encouragements may be given as to the abilities to meet the problems, in the work among those who have lost control, or who have forfeited - through some means - their privileges. These will be the manners. Encourage the entity to help himself.
52. (Q) How have I been associated in the past with the following, and how may we be of the greatest assistance to one another at present: [993]? (A) In the church in Laodicea. Good "spatters" and yet good friends. These brought about differences, yet they may be united in a common cause and a common effort in the present.

(A) Here the acquaintance and associations were for the benefit of each through that same experience, as well as a great help in the experience just before this. For then the entity lifted up from disappointments the experiences of the entity now called [69].
54. (Q) Daisy Albright? (A) We don't find the connection here.
55. (Q) What are my best colors? (A) Those that are light, and those that are blue. Blue, of course, brings the higher vibration to the entity.
56. (Q) What is my musical tone? (A) That of High C.
57. (Q) Any suggestions as to how I may best aid in the healing group work of the Association for Research and Enlightenment, Inc.? (A) Join with those that are helping, aiding others. The more oft in prayer for others, the closer ye draw to Him. For as He gave - as ye do it, as ye pray for them, as ye meet thy fellow man, so ye meet thy Lord. It becomes then the more necessary for each soul to come to the awareness that as they speak, as they pass their fellow man, they are passing their Lord. For He, too, served on the Cross for them. And that is significant to each soul, as an individual entity, in its opportunity for expression. For the Lord hath seen fit to show His face, His love to such. Would ye do less? Thus as ye meet, as ye pray with all - as in this group - for others, ye help thyself, ye glorify thy Savior, thy Brother. Yet a little while and He will come again and speak to those who will listen. For as ye comprehend from His message to His brethren, and the prayer to the Father: "Father, I ask that I may have that glory with thee before the world was, and that where I am these may be also." That is to thee, and to all who love His coming.
