Time of Reading 10:55 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2575]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, in the general conditions there is not a great deal of change since last we had same here.

4. To be sure, in some respects changes have been wrought, but in the main - as to the sources or causes of the disturbance - little has been done to alleviate those pressures which exist in the upper dorsal and through the cervical area - from which the conditions in the chemical forces of the body cause the disturbance in the headaches and with the eyes.

5. If there would be those administrations as we have indicated, CONSISTENTLY, we may find a great deal of relief. These conditions have taken hold on the body so as to be, in the present, something of a constitutional nature; and will require time, patience and persistence, AND an expectancy on the part of the mental attitude of the body, [2575] itself.

6. If there are the conclusions that the treatment won't do any good (because the relief doesn't happen in the moment), then don't try it! keep on with the condition and you'll meet it in the "law" way!

7. But if there is the attitude of creative forces, the belief, the faith in the power of the divine within self, and through those proper administrations, AND the following of those suggestions as to diet - we will find relief.

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) Who would you suggest to make the corrections in the spine? (A) Anyone that will work with those suggestions made here; that is, of course, competent in knowing the anatomical structure of the body.

10. (Q) Would an X-Ray show the injury in my spine (9th and 10th dorsal) which the Reading indicated is the source of my trouble?

2575-2 Page 2

(A) If one may read the X-Ray correctly, it will show a pressure - where it has been indicated. There is a pressure produced by the increased quantity of the cartilaginous forces, producing a form of lesion in the area indicated.

11. (Q) Does sinus condition have anything to do with eyes becoming bloodshot? (A) This, of course, is a contributory cause, but we find that the sinus condition is as much a disturbance from the spinal pressure as is the reflex in the eye disturbance. For, where both circulations are slowed through the impulse received from the ganglia in the upper dorsals and through the cervicals, these are paralleled in their reflexes.

12. (Q) Is there anything I can do to clear up condition of skin before going into the Army on the 29th? (A) This may be done, but would it be best to be done? for it would leave those other sediments in the body. As we find, the body will not be accepted in the Army save as a partial service - if there's the application for that; otherwise, there'll be a rejection.

13. (Q) What treatment do you advise to help me get in shape for army life? (A) This depends upon the desire of the body. It will NOT be in time for the 29th, to be in any good physical condition. But those indications have been given as to the treatment which, if consistently and persistently done, will bring relief for the body.

14. (Q) Any other suggestions? (A) If the desire of the body is to serve, make application for partial service - or for specific service, see, in the Army - if there is the desire that it be accepted.
