1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [2581].
3. Many varied interpretations might be indicated from the records as we find them here, and some unusual characters or warnings are hinted, or to be inferred from the records.
4. But these we would choose, with the desire and purpose that this may be a helpful experience for this entity.
5. While it will require some self-analysis - study that as may be given here, in the light of thine own experience, as to inclinations and urges that have been latent, partially or wholly manifested in thy present experience; applying that indicated for instruction and edification to make this experience the more helpful.
6. When the material sojourns and the astrological aspects are correlated, these are indicated - as warnings, as well as helpful influences:
7. One very capable in most any line of endeavor.
8. One who may use a great deal of intuition in its experience or associations with others, yet warnings in these are indicated from uses made of same in other experiences.
9. Beware of an individual, or individuals with casts in the eye. Such as led, such may lead thee astray.
10. With the psychic abilities, or intuition, latent and manifested, the entity easily makes decisions - in its judgments on others. This may oft lead the entity astray in
2581-2 Page 2
its judgments.
11. Judge with that fairness, that open-mindedness as ye would be judged by others.
12. That there are weaknesses and inclinations in the experience with some of thy associates, thy relations, thy companions, is evidenced. Judge not too harshly.
13. DO apply thyself in activities, in any form of activity requiring inspiration for its better performance; as in music, as in writing, as in speaking.
14. Any of these phases of thy abilities may be magnified in the present, as to allow an outlet for many urges. And these, with the purposes as indicated, should give the entity opportunity for expression in such measures as to be a helpful influence in the experience of many.
15. In latent urges, two great influences are apparent. They may be compared to hereditary and environmental influences in the material plane. But these, of the real self, are the spiritual environments, the spiritual heredity.
16. Spiritual heredity, then, is a combination of what the entity or soul has done with its opportunities for creative influence in this and all other experiences. That inherited is what the entity has made of such.
17. The spiritual environment is the sphere of activity in which such influences have found expression, whether in this or in the other environs of this same solar system; much as the manners of activities in the earth have been in the various classes, the various ages, the various periods through which each soul passes.
18. Body, mind and soul are one, just as the Godhead in dimensions is presented in the material plane through Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
19. From sojourns, these we find in the experience of the entity:
20. Venus gives the appreciations, as well as the abilities in all forms considered or called the arts in the material plane. This includes abilities and activities as a speaker, writer or musician, as well as conversing with, reasoning with, and meeting individuals on their own plane and speaking - proverbially - their own language.
21. There are the abilities for attracting individuals to self, as it may choose in seeking companionships.
22. Consider the warnings indicated - judge not too harshly, that ye be not also judged. For, with the measure ye mete it is measured to thee again.
23. In Uranus we find interests in the mystical, the occult, the psychic; as well as the moods, as may be termed, when
2581-2 Page 3
they give expression in materiality, from the activity of the mind upon mental, spiritual and material aspects of associations, of thought, of spiritual interpretation of conditions in the experience of the entity.
24. We find in Jupiter the benevolent influences, the abilities to see many groups, many phases of human experience; also the ability to analyze things, conditions and circumstance.
25. In this phase, too, comes the ability for the entity to become a universal helpful influence in its activities, as well as the opposite - miscomprehension, misapplication of spiritual law, that may lead many - as well as self - to disturbing, distorting conditions mentally and materially in the experience.
26. We find in Saturn the change that has been, may be wrought. For this is the environ in which there is purification; not putrefaction, but purification; though judgments of the entity may vivify or putrefy the activities of others, when judged by the standards as set by the entity.
27. Do not attempt to have double standards for others or for self, or for certain groups. For, the Lord thy God is One, and is not a respector of persons; but He would - wills - that all should be equal one with another.
28. As to the appearances of the entity in the earth plane, - these find expression in the emotional nature. And, as indicated from sojourns in Uranus and in Saturn, the entity has the spiritual emotions, the material emotions. Their purposes should be one. The judgments in same may oft be misconstrued.
29. Not all of the appearances in the earth may be given at this time. These are chosen to indicate that phase of experience that, as we have indicated, is evidenced in the composite phases of the entity's urge latent and manifested in this particular period.
30. Before this, then, the entity was in the land of the present nativity, or rather the present sojourn of the entity, in the early days of the settlings of the land.
31. The entity was among the families of the first settlers, in the name then Anna Pendergraff. In the experience the entity knew OF material hardships, had acquaintances with activities requiring dealings with individuals of varied states of consciousness, and of the abilities of individuals to use phases of man's will, man's expediency, in controlling others by might as well as by mental persuasion.
32. These experiences made the entity a student of what in the present might be termed the psychological effects of
2581-2 Page 4
things, associations and circumstances.
33. Thus the entity grew to be rather philosophic in its manner, in its mien throughout the experience; and the entity used its studies and its abilities to an advantage, for self, for others, for the community.
34. Hence in the present the abilities to meet most any situation as may arise in the experience, if there is union of purpose with those with whom the entity is dealing at the time. Yet there is a tendency to be not as open-minded as would be for better, greater spiritual development.
35. This also gives the abilities for music, of a nature that arises from the activities of nature, of individuals, of things, as they sing or as they are in harmony with that office performed.
36. Think, for a moment, of the music of the waves upon the shore, of the morning as it breaks with the music of nature, of the night as it falls with the hum of the insect, of all the kingdoms as they unite in their song of appreciation to an all-creative influence that gives nature consciousness or awareness of its being itself. And harmonize that in thine own appreciation, as to bring music akin to the song of the spheres.
37. Before that the entity was in the Promised Land, among those peoples who became aware of spiritual things through the adherence to form, being convicted of the need to keep that as had been handed down from generation to generation as to their appearance at certain seasons for a unison of offering to an unknown, an all-wise influence, that had power to direct - through man's latent and manifested abilities - for good or for judgments.
38. The entity came in contact with voices of those who told of happenings that to the entity were as a distant voice of something heard, expected, longed for, yet never quite attained. And in the present it has made that feeling that something has almost passed the entity by.
39. Hence we find the entity was among those in the northernmost portion of that promised land about the regions of Laodicea. With the new messages, with the new activities that found an answer to something that had been as but just behind the veil in the consciousness of the entity - then as Matildah - there came a sudden desire for doing something about same. The entity sought out those of its own kind, and questioned as to what manner of relationships these speakers, these men bore to conditions, and whereof they did speak such weird words that answered to that call within.
40. The entity carried much of this home to its own group,
2581-2 Page 5
later becoming almost too officious in the activity established by teachers and leaders from the church in Jerusalem.
41. In the present from that sojourn we find the inability to accept altogether certain orthodox views, or certain rites, certain ceremonies that are the basis of organized activity in some directions. They do not always answer to the entity, because of the turmoils with some of those teachers through that experience.
42. Yet there are the abilities to reason with, to analyze conditions that arise in the experience of others; thus enabling the entity to write - yea, to play music.
43. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, when there was the classifying, the grouping of activities of individuals judged to be capable of meeting certain requirements for activities in the propagation of species, or in the application of those tenets in the body as to bring definite emotional reactions.
44. The entity then acted in these capacities, then, of enabling those to be brought from the peoples or groups that labored to pass through the purges in the Temple of Sacrifice; arising to the musician in the Temple Beautiful, seeing the performing of the regenerating of hopes, desires and purposes in the minds and bodies of individuals that were aroused to such activity by the experience of the entity in the later experience on the day of Pentecost.
45. In the Temple Beautiful the entity developed, for it became not only the scribe but the musician for those activities through that experience.
46. The name then was Is-Tza.
47. Before that the entity was in the Atlantean land, or - more specifically - that portion of same, with the destructions through the periods of evolution, that became Poseidia.
48. There the entity was a princess, in the activities of dealing with the white light for the attuning of the children of the Law of One with the Infinite.
49. Thus the needs deep within the entity, latent and manifested, of having an ideal that is not changed by circumstance. Yet those that do not measure up may at times be misjudged by the entity, even as the entity was misjudged as the Princess As-se-neth-ae; this being then the second of the three As-se-neth-ae's.
50. As to the abilities of the entity in the present - as may be gathered, this is only a portion of that as might be given. But use this in thy dealing with thy problems of the hour.
2581-2 Page 6
51. Know in what and in Whom ye have believed. Know the author of that tenet, and that it is of a spiritual import - and able thus to never change. For it is not governed by the whims nor the heydeys of man.
52. The activities as indicated are the channels through which the entity may find the outlet for expression.
53. Analyze thyself. Judge not harshly.
54. As ye would find love, give it. As ye would make peace, live it. As ye would have friends, be one.
55. These are the tenets, these are the laws of the living, creative influence of spirit in the earth.
56. Ready for questions.
57. (Q) Why should I feel as if I were marking time, and constantly experience a feeling that I am not living up to some unrecognized ability? (A) Analyze that as given and ye will find the answer within self. Know that the answer to every problem, to every joy, to every sorrow, is within self. No joy can find response save that ye have created same in thy activity somewhere, sometime, somehow. No sorrow, no disturbance may be met save that it is the answer as of face to face in water. For "Thy spirit beareth witness with my spirit." Have ye made, do ye make, will ye make thy purpose, thy hope, thy desire one with Him? WHAT is His desire for man? That ye be altogether equal with Him; not of self, but one with Him, knowing thyself to be thyself, yet in purpose one with Creative Force.
58. (Q) Have I a talent heretofore unexpressed? If so, what can I do about it? (A) Use those talents indicated, that have lain dormant in the activities of the entity in the present.
59. (Q) Is the total difference in our attitude toward, and demands of, life likely to cause dissension in an otherwise happy marriage? (A) Not if there is that expression of those injunctions here shown, as to be in keeping with the influence necessary in the experience in order to have harmony, love, life, hope in the relationships one with another.
60. (Q) How could I accommodate an expression of any creative ability to the type of living that satisfies my husband? (A) To thine own self, to thine own purpose, to thine own God be true; and the beauty of that BEAUTIFULLY expressed will be pleasing to thyself, to thy Lord, to thy husband.
61. (Q) How far is this unsatisfied attitude of mine
2581-2 Page 7
responsible for my physical disabilities? (A) The basis of all thy healing, of all thy happiness, is within; that spirit with which ye seek, with which ye manifest in thy dealings one with another. As to how far - when thy soul is right, thy body answers. When thy body is at cross-purposes, thy soul oft grows weary. These are as one, as indicated.
