1. HLC: You will give the relations of this entity with the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: (In going back over years from the present - " - '40 - yes - lighter things in the experience - '32 - a change - '31 - " etc., on back to birth date.)
3. Yes, we are given the records here of that entity now known as or called [2582].
4. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them, the entity was so close in its beginnings of activity in this experience as to come under the influence of two forces - while not opposed so much, yet at times conflicting one with another.
5. Thus we find periods in the experience of the entity when things it proposes to do it disposes not to do - at times.
6. But in choosing the interpretations of the records as we find them - these we choose with the purpose and desire that this information may be a helpful experience for the entity; enabling the entity to better fulfillthose purposes for which it entered this present sojourn.
7. The activities in the earth, as indicated in the period of entrance, have been among those forces and influences as an Atlantean. It will either be a very definite retarding or a definite advancement for the entity.
8. As the experiences in the earth have been quite varied, these make the entity - as it were - one that may adapt itself to most any circumstance or environ.
2582-3 Page 2
9. One who is very affable, and chooses its friends.
10. One that makes for some very definite and decided changes in its associations and in its relationships with individuals, conditions or circumstances.
11. As indicated, the entity has the ability to use experiences. Those that to some would be very trying, to the entity may be turned into a steppingstone for better or greater influences for good in the experience.
12. The urges latent and manifested in the entity's activity, from the astrological aspects, conflict with that which the entity has done and does do about the opportunities within its own present experience.
13. Thus we find one that to some is oft an enigma; to others as always just the same.
14. The symbol or the seal of life for this entity would be a most interesting one.
15. These, as we find, are urges from the astrological sojourns, or the periods of experience or consciousness during the interims between the earthly sojourns:
16. Mercury - hence one with a high mental and moral aptitude.
17. Venus - beauty, love, affection are parts of the entity's experience. Yet these shaded with Jupiter and with Mercury brings a reasoning within the entity as to the marital relations or the like; and she reasons from or in such activities or relationships.
18. In Neptune we find also, combined with Jupiter, the associations that at times are questioned in the experience or mind of others that are associated or related in the entity's experience.
19. There is rather a universal consciousness, as indicated from the abilities for activities in many fields. Yet these will have to do, in the relationships, with many peoples, - rather than the individual - until the periods are changed in which there is the establishing of the home. Then we will find the other nature, as it were, of the entity, giving expression. And then that patience, that gentleness, that beauty of character that is the outward expression of the entity in its relationships with others will find the greater expression.
20. From the associations in the material plane the entity finds at times conflict, and yet more of these may be manifested as the changes come about - within the next three to four years, when the relationships will be established in quite a different use relation or aspect one to another.
21. Then, as to the appearances that influence the entity in the present, and those that will be a part of the experience
2582-3 Page 3
as it becomes applicable in the changed relationships:
22. Before this the entity was in the land of the present nativity, and in the environ in which the entity finds itself active in the present; when there were those first establishings of the city known as Washington - when there was the laying out and the preparation for same, and the establishing of those activities.
23. The entity entered there in the relationships having to do with schools, with the establishing of the religious worship of a group of peoples there.
24. Thus we find the entity filled those offices as of a director or a guide to the young.
25. In the present we find from that relationship an attraction to the young, and yet - as indicated - does not feel drawn wholly to every child it meets, but something within those that have special abilities - either as an artist, as a musician, or as an active force in anything having to do with the applied arts; or those that are gifted in speech or in some particular phase of activity have an attraction for the entity.
26. During the latter part of the entity's experience there, we find there was a development towards the aids to the activity of the church.
27. These brought the unfoldments that made for greater developments for the entity.
28. The name then was Isabel Hemingher. In the experience the entity gained throughout those activities. And the abilities to meet the various situations as arise in the present come from the application of self in that particular sojourn.
29. Before that the entity was in the English land, when there were those activities that followed close with the reactions in the land from the return and the reestablishing of activities from the Crusades.
30. There the entity aided in unifying those purposes of individuals and groups who gave themselves in the orders, or in groups, for the establishing of the educational centers of various types for the young priests, as well as those who would take the hood or the veil.
31. Those were the periods in which the entity became very active, and yet when there were those questionings that arose from some of those in authority, it brought about a period of resentment in the experience of the entity. And this made periods of material and mental hardships for the entity.
32. There we find the entity never chose to marry; not because of the taking of the veil herself, but rather
2582-3 Page 4
because of the response to something within self.
33. Thus we find in the present the reasonings, and finding many things to question as respecting such relationships. Yet these will be those channels through which greater unfoldment will come for the entity in this experience.
34. The name then was Margurette Helzer.
35. Before that the entity was in the Arabian or Persian land, when there were turmoils that arose from the school, or in the school that had been established by the ruler or king of Persia, when there was an overthrow by the discharge or disbanding of the school because of those associations with the leader who established the 'city in the hills and the plains.'
36. The entity then was put in charge of that state school, or as the Sister Superior (termed in the present) of that school in the Persian lands.
37. With the activities that came about, when there was the establishing of the 'city in the hills and the plains,' and the coming into the land of many of those from Greece, these brought great problems to the entity. But the entity showed itself capable of meeting most of these.
38. But when there was eventually the coalition of the entity's activities with some of those who had come under the supervision of the teacher in the 'city in the hills,' these became much easier propositions for the entity.
39. Thus things or conditions or environs that have to do with law and order, things having to do with diplomatic relationships of one group of individuals with another, or one state or nation, will be a part of the entity's experience and activity through this experience in this period.
40. Then the name was Sister Superior Phoebe; beautiful in body, beautiful in character, beautiful in the activity throughout that experience.
41. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, when there were those rebellions and those activities of the Natives.
42. The entity then was among those that, with the reestablishing of the land, under the direction of the Priest, were of the natives that aided; as a companion, as an associate of the Native who had led a portion of the rebellion. And the entity was a representative of that group in those associations in the Temple Beautiful, in aiding individuals to prepare themselves for definite services and definite activities. And these brought those periods of advancement in every phase of the entity's relationship.
43. The name then was Neda-El.

44. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain, and how:
45. These, as we have indicated, touch many phases of human experience. The abilities to adjust self to any of those environs in which the entity may find self makes for those periods that bring beauty, harmony, peace, and those activities that will be a development in this experience.
46. If there is the choice to reject those responsibilities of the home, as of the teaching and instruction to those of its own household - these may bring periods in the latter portion when disappointments, discouragements may make for retarding influences.
47. Study, then, to show thyself approved unto God, a workman not ashamed, rightly dividing the words of truth, putting the stresses upon life's experience and life's relationships where they belong; keeping self unspotted from the world.
48. Ready for questions.
49. (Q) Please explain any past association urges which brought about the disappointment and emotional upset in my relationship with Don [...], for in understanding this I may be able to hold a constructive mental attitude about it. (A) As has been indicated, disappointments in the individual were the defeating purposes in those experiences when there were the activities established in England following the preparation for groups and individuals; and the same in the present.
50. (Q) What have been my past associations with Francis [...], what are the urges from these? (A) Very closely associated in the Persian experience, in the aiding in the establishing of the school; he being then the lord of the exchequer of the king, and with whom the entity dealt in relationships to the expenditures and activities in that particular period.
51. (Q) Would marriage with him be best for our mutual development, or is there someone else with whom I would be happier? (A) This might be made so; but as we find there are others with whom there may be brought about the better mutual development - from the relationships borne especially in the Egyptian period, as well as in the experience just before this. But these are choices to be made. Here, with this individual, ye have some karma (as some people call) to be worked out; for ye did not always agree. But as husband and wife would be a hard way to meet same!
52. (Q) I have always found it difficult to make decisions and face situations. What is the cause of this indecision
2582-3 Page 6
and how can I correct this attitude? (A) As we have indicated, by the experiences of the entity in its relationships with individuals, these have been oft disappointing. It is regarding individuals and their relationships that most of the indecisions come. Do not look on personalities. Look on the individuality of the individual, and know that comes from the spiritual and not from the personal self. This will make it much easier for decisions to be made in relationship with things, circumstances and individuals.
53. (Q) May any further suggestions or counsel be given regarding marriage? (A) By all means, within the next three to four years, get married.
54. We are through for the present. Is there any creative activity or hobby I should take up? How should I invest my savings?] ings?]
