Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:20 A. M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2590].

3. As we find, there are disturbances that prevent normal physical functionings. These have to do with static conditions that have been produced in the locomotories, especially as related to those from the lumbar axis and the sciatic centers that govern the impulse and the circulation to the lower limbs.

4. Only that circulation of the primary nature, or the superficial circulation, is at present manifested through the right portion, or the right limb.

5. While it would require long, persistent and consistent application of those influences as we may suggest for these conditions, we find that the results would justify the use of these and the following out and following up of the changes.

6. The general health, and reaction from the organs of the torso, we find very good.

7. To be sure, at times there is quite a variation in the circulatory system. Hence at times there may be seen quite a variation in the pulsation. Not that there is any alarming or undue condition as to the heart and its activity, yet this variation is caused by the very nature of the disturbances in the lumbar, sacral AND the lower extremities. Thus, under the circumstance, it is not altogether an abnormal condition or disturbance.

8. The effect that the pressures have upon the organs of the pelvis, the kidneys, and their reflex condition to the sensory system, is at times indicated.

9. These too, though, with the applications, will respond and be nearer to normal in their reaction.

10. Then, as we find, in making applications that may be termed those to cause the first reparation, or to begin the changes that may be wrought:

11. We would begin first with the use of the low Wet Cell Appliance. This should be used consistently for at least six months, every thirty days recharging the Appliance. Use the Chloride of Gold in same, the proportions being one grain Chloride of Gold to each ounce of Distilled Water - and use at least four ounces. Change the Gold Solution each fifteen days.

12. The charging solution for this Appliance should be, for this body: Copper Sulphate (or Bluestone)....2 pounds, Sulphuric Acid C.P............1 1/2 ounces, Zinc..........................2 1/2 drams, Charcoal........(only)..........1/4 pound. Change this charging solution every thirty days, you see.

13. The attachments should be as follows: The small copper plate should be attached first, to the lumbar axis. The larger nickel plate, through which the Gold Solution passes, would be attached to the umbilical and lacteal duct plexus - which for this body would be three fingers from the umbilical center toward the right, and one finger up.

14. Use this solution and this Appliance each day for thirty minutes, preferably in the evening.

15. Following the use of the Appliance, have a hot sponge bath over the hips AND the lower limbs. Then massage very thoroughly all the Peanut Oil that the body will absorb. Take time to give this. Don't hurry to be through. Let the body absorb all it will.

16. Do this continuously, each period, for at least three months. Then we would give further instructions and the changes wrought.

17. As to the diet throughout the period:

18. Keep this well balanced.

19. And, especially through their season, keep the Jerusalem artichoke as a part of the diet; once each week taking a Jerusalem artichoke - one about the size of a hen egg, cooked in its own juices, as in Patapar Paper; and when prepared, mix the juices from same with the bulk taken.

20. Have all the re-enforced cereals that especially have B and B-1; not too much of A, as an aid, but plenty of those foods that carry Vitamin D and B-1.

2590-1 Page 3

21. Raw vegetables, salads, with or without dressing - let these be a part of the diet each day.

22. Use very little of fried foods.

23. If meats are taken, especially use plenty of fish - sea fish, or all forms of sea foods. Alternate these, and use lamb and fowl.

24. Do these and we will give the further instructions as may bring such activities that have not yet been dreamed of.

25. Ready for questions.

26. (Q) I have a feeling that I will regain complete use of my limbs. Is this true? (A) Do these things - we will dance together!

27. (Q) What may I do to help this along? (A) As has been indicated.

28. (Q) What causes and what should be done for the following: Severe spasms of the colon, apparently without reason? (A) This is from reflex conditions; and with the massages given over the hips (and including the abdomen, you see), with the electrical forces of the low nature as indicated, we will find that within ten days or less this condition should disappear entirely.

29. (Q) Frequent severe headaches? (A) These also come from poor eliminations. Use the massages over the abdomen and the areas indicated - we will aid in better eliminations and rid the body of headaches.

30. (Q) Sleeplessness? (A) Let the body sleep when the Appliance is given, and have it given at the same period each day - whether morning or evening, but preferably this would be given when ready to retire.

31. (Q) Painful menstruation? (A) This is a part of the pressures indicated, and will be aided by the massage as well as the change in diet, as well as by the electrical forces. Do as given and we will find relief. Be patient. Be expectant. Be persistent. Do not find fault with others, yet DO insist you WILL be well!

32. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (9/24/41 GD's note: See article [which was enclosed] explaining theory of the Wet Cell Appliance. Also see extra sheet of directions [which was enclosed] to the man who is
