Time of Reading 10:20 to 10:25 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Virginia.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2595].
3. As we find, there are some improvements; that is, the infectious force - that has attacked the extremities, especially in the tendons and muscular forces as to cause the contraction - has run its course.
4. Now there are those tendencies for the muscles to draw on the body muscular forces.
5. In the present, we would massage the body daily, preferably of evening, with all the Peanut Oil that the body will absorb; the limb, or limbs, from the toes to the small of the back. Do not skip a period. Use all the oil the body will absorb. It will be found that on some days it will absorb a great deal, on others not so much. But begin at the toes and rub towards the body, in a circular motion around the whole of the limb, see?
6. About twice or three times a month we would have a general osteopathic treatment.
7. Once each week - say on Tuesdays or Saturdays, or whatever day is the more convenient - BEFORE the massage is given on that day - we would apply the Violet Ray; this with the bulb applicator, across the small of the back and down the limbs - about five to ten minutes to fifteen minutes.
8. Then be mindful of the diet; not too much sweets, but those rather of body-building nature in the foods carrying a better quality or more of the forces that build muscles and tendons in the body; B-1, iron, Carotene (all yellow foods); fruits, nuts and vegetables, in preference to meats. Do these for the better conditions of this body.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Is the bone flattened in the hip joint? (A) No. It is the tendon that is loose there.

11. (Q) Should he be taken to a bone specialist? (A) Not necessarily.
12. (Q) Is the trouble over with him, or the worst? (A) Depends on what is called the worst. As we have indicated, the infection has run its course. The EFFECTS are being manifested, see? and these are often, the after effects in many of such conditions, worse than the condition itself. But if we would do as has been indicated we would keep better conditions for this body.
13. (Q) Why is his foot on the weak side gradually turning outward? (A) The muscular forces, as we have given. Tendons tend to pull same. But do as we have indicated, if we would bring the better conditions for this body; consistently, persistently. Keep the eliminations well. Do these.
14. We are through with this Reading. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (A Life Rdg. is $20 - in fact, any full period Rdg. I know this seems a lot, but when you consider that it is a life-time guidance it is not so much. I'm glad [2595] is over the worst of his trouble - I am sure he is, if these rubs with Peanut Oil are given like clock-work for several months. I know, because such a massage has done wonders for my little nephew who had a condition similar to [2595]'s. I am anxious to hear a Life Rdg. for [2595], we're expecting great things of him. Love, Gladys) ys)
