1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2597]. This we have had before. Now, the physical changes as have come about in the body are good. There are those conditions that should be taken into consideration as these conditions that have CAUSED disturbances are getting in shape for the better physical functioning. These should be taken into consideration as the body recuperates, and these added to that as has BEEN accomplished will bring for the body many changes most satisfactory in the physical way, that will aid and abet the body in functioning the more normal. Those especially as are given here, would be the consideration of the conditions as exist with the digestive system, as is related to those conditions so long existent with the cerebrospinal and sympathetic nerve system as it relates to the conditions. Hence, when changes are made, that the body may recuperate under the supervision of one as would apply those manipulations that will adjust for the stomach, the digestive system, with the liver, the eliminations, considered, we will find there may be added numbers of days, and months, and years, to the physical fitness of the body. Thus enabling the body to accomplish mentally, and physically, and spiritually, much as has been desired, by same. Take these, then, under consideration - ACCOMPLISH those in the system, and we will find the body physically fit. Do that. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) Has the body been taking too much exercise? (A) Considering the condition under which the body has labored, it is not well to overtax the system so that the body would return to taxation in centralized places. Rather take it slowly, take it easily, but rest sufficiently that those conditions and adjustments as necessary may be properly accomplished in system.

3. (Q) What is causing the sleeplessness? (A) Unrest in the mental and physical coordination of the

body. As is hinted, or as given, there are specific conditions in the body - those relationships as exist in the nervous system, with the digestive and assimilating organs of the body. FOLLOW those suggestions as have been given, and we will find the body nearer physically fit. We are through for the present.
