Time of Reading 10:45 to 11:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York, N.Y.

1. HLC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body, answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2598].

3. As we find, while the body is very good in many respects, there are tendencies - and hindrances - which affect the better physical functioning of the body.

4. These corrections made, we would find not only the better physical reactions but a better mental outlook and the hopes, the aspirations, physically improved.

5. Then, these are the conditions as we find them with this body, [2598] we are speaking of:

6. Owing to some subluxations that exist in the cerebrospinal system, especially in the area of the lumbar axis AND the 2nd and 3rd cervical, there are the inclinations for a toxic reaction. This produces a slowing up of impulses to the activity of organs, though we do not find any organic disturbance. Functionally, the assimilation, the lung and the throat AND the responses from the glandular forces of the adrenals are slowed in their reaction.

7. The toxic conditions, if they continue to react upon the body, may cause not only nerve suppression but eventually nerve repulsion and destruction - especially in the extremities of the body.

8. And the reflexes to the reactions in the sensory forces are gradually being impaired, so that the lapse of memory is gradually coming about, or the inability to retain a visualized reflection of the conditions.

9. These reflect themselves, as indicated, in the functional system; and upon the centers particularly where there is the

coordination between cerebrospinal and sympathetic in their flexes and reactions or reflexes in the body and in the mental processes.

10. In the organs themselves we find only the retention, or slowing. At times there are those heavinesses through the lung, the conditions of phlegm in throat and bronchi, the slowness through the activity of the eliminating system; and the resultant conditions at times of a heaviness through the extremities, across the hips, across the knees, through the feet, the hand, the arms, are experienced.

11. Then, in making correction of these, as we find - it would be done through the hydrotherapy reactions:

12. We would begin, then, with a slow or low cabinet sweat, followed by a correction osteopathically in the lumbar and sacral area, coordinating the 9th dorsal, and from the 3rd and 4th dorsal to the base of the brain. Let the body rest thoroughly after such corrections are made. Then have the thorough massages with an equal combination of Peanut Oil and Olive Oil. These treatments would be taken at least once each week - that is, the low sweat, the osteopathic correction, and the oil massage - for a period of three months, which as we find would be the length of time required

13. Once a month, during the three month period, we would also have a fume bath - following the low sweat, you see; using a teaspoonful of Witchhazel in the pint of water that would boil under the body, so that the fumes may settle on the body and react upon the superficial circulation.

14. Also at least twice during the three month period, we would have a THOROUGH colonic irrigation. The cleansing solution should be with salt and soda, and in the last water - as an intestinal antiseptic - there should be a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline to the quart of water used.

15. Do these, as we find, under the direction of such an one as Reilly.

16. Be careful of the diet, in that there is kept plenty of vitamins of the resistance nature; such as A, D and B-1. These we would take more in the foods than in supplementary extracts themselves; though, as a tonic, we find that one ADIRON tablet each day would be beneficial - taken with the meal.

17. In the foods, then, be sure that plenty of sea foods are taken at least two to three times a week - all kinds; also fowl, as well as the addition of the necessary weighty foods.

18. Have plenty of citrus fruits, carrots, carrot juice, carrots raw and carrots cooked.

19. Bananas for this body, with the cereals, if well masticated, would be well - and these should be THOROUGHLY ripe.

20. Do these and we find that we will bring the better physical forces for this body, [2598].

21. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) Will this outlined treatment aid my memory? (A) It will aid in better coordinating of the reactions in the mental AND the physical forces, or better reaction to the reflexes in mind and body.

23. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See extra sheet of directions [which was enclosed] for Dr. H. J. Reilly, R.C.A. Bldg., 1260 Sixth Ave., New York City.
