R E A D I N G
Time of Reading 11:45 to 12:10 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. ..., New York.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2619].
3. As we find, while there are disturbing conditions that prevent the better physical functioning, these with prayer and consistency - may be materially-aided.
4. These in the present have become a complication of disturbances, and the effect of the poisons in the system have caused the greater portion of the complication.
5. The primary causes that are of blood cellular force seepage through the arterial forces, cause a static condition from centers along the cerebrospinal system; preventing the activity in the locomotories, giving a disturbance in the activity of nerves, muscles AND the vital forces for the resuscitation of energies.
6. That there is an established circulation between heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, makes for the better hopeful activity, without there being organic disturbances there; functional at times, to be sure, but with the applications of those vital energies for the removal of poisons and the resuscitation of the activities for the system - consistently, prayerfully applied - we may bring, we may expect, we may attain and gain a much bettered condition for the body, and give the mental and spiritual a great deal of ease, satisfaction, AND the ability for a mental and spiritual service in this experience.
7. These, then, are the indications as we find with this body.
8. In making applications that would prove to be helpful, much is needed. Yet each application has its part, its place in adding and giving the system those needed helpful

influences.
9. First, we would begin with a tepid bath each evening, when prepared for rest - especially along the spine. Then apply a massage with a combination of oils, gently but thoroughly.
10. To 4 ounces of Russian White Oil, add - in the order named: Oil of Cedar Wood................1 ounce, Oil of Pine Needles..............1 ounce, Oil of Mustard.................1/4 ounce, Oil of Sassafras Root..........1/2 ounce. These oils will tend to separate. Shake well together before using. Then pour a quantity in an open saucer, and with the tips of the fingers apply and massage deep into the areas from the base of brain to the end of the spine, first one side of the spinal column and then the other. Then apply over the torso - that is, over the abdomen, the lower limbs and the upper limbs; massaging in a circular motion - that is, around the body - the massage with Pure Peanut Oil.
11. Also each day for thirty minutes we would apply the low Wet Cell Appliance - the low electrical vibrations that carry the elements that are resuscitating for nerve, for body building, for the relief of the agitans, the nerve incoordination, as well as to enable the body to maintain a better equilibrium.
12. Use an extra strength or double supply of the chemicals that work with charging the Appliance.
13. Carry one day the Gold Solution, in the proportions of one grain Chloride of Gold to each ounce of distilled water. Carry the next day the Nitrate of Silver Solution, in the proportions of one part of the Nitrate of Silver Solution to twenty parts distilled water.
14. The attachments would be made as follows:
15. One day, when using the gold - the copper plate would be attached to the 9th dorsal center, while the nickel plate through which the Gold Solution passes vibratorially would be attached to the umbilical and lacteal duct plexus.
16. The next day, when using the Silver - the copper plate would be attached to the 2nd and 3rd dorsal center, while the nickel plate - through which the Silver Solution passes vibratorially - would also be attached to the umbilical and lacteal duct plexus.
17. Continue alternating the attachments in this manner. Remove the connections from the Solution when not in use. Keep the plates clean, where they connect with the body, for the vibrations form a film that is not discernible to the

eye always, upon the plates, that is not good. Hence clean or polish the plates each time before they are applied to the: body.
18. When the Appliance is begun (not before), take internally one drop of Atomidine in water each morning before breakfast - for three days in succession each week; only three days each week, but in succession - say Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays. Then leave off until the next Monday, see, and so on. This is to aid in purifying the glandular system, but DO NOT take until the Appliance treatments are also started.
19. As to the diet:
20. Include in the diet each day especially Beef Juice. This does not mean soup. It is not be given as a broth, but prepare the pure Beef Juice. Sip a teaspoonful twice a day, but take two to three minutes to sip that quantity. Keep this regularly.
21. And then the regular foods.
22. These, to be sure, will be slow at first, though there will be felt a difference when at least three treatments have been given - and these, if kept, will bring bettered conditions for this body.
23. In the mental and spiritual attitude, let the prayer of the body be - not merely in words but in the deeper feeling, put into the own words:
24. "FATHER, GOD! IN THY LOVE, IN THY MERCY, REMEMBER THOU THY SERVANT, AS SHE SEEKS TO KNOW THY FACE AND THY WAY WITH ME. USE THOU, O GOD, MY POWER OF DISCERNMENT, MY ABILITIES IN THE EARTH, IN THY SERVICE. BE THOU, O GOD, THE STRENGTH, THE HELP, JUST NOW."

26. (Q) May these treatments be carried out better in any place other than in the home? (A) Better in the home, for these need to be given not merely that they may be gotten through with - that is, the rubs and the vibrations from the Appliance, and all of the administrations but with love and care. For, all must be kept in that attitude of a search for HIS purpose with each. And let all know that as they minister, in love, in care, for one of His children, His purpose with them - too - is for good.
27. (Q) Is there a disturbing element at home? (A) Consistency, and the following of those applications suggested, should eradicate any disturbance in the home.
28. (Q) Any special application for the feet to reduce swelling? (A) As indicated, the oils - in the massage for the body

and the limbs, the feet are, of course, to be included. The Peanut Oil is that so easily absorbed; massage not hard, but gently, and this will be absorbed, and as there is the stimulation to the circulation along the spine, it will aid in eliminating these disturbances. Of course, as the eliminations are better set up in the system through these applications, it is well that colonic irrigations be given so as to eradicate the poisons through the alimentary canal. These should be kept regularly; not, of course, as to cause greater distress, but regularly and consistently. The water for such irrigations should be not warmer nor colder than body-temperature. Use an antiseptic. The better antiseptic for the water for the first flushing of the system - through the irrigation, you see - would be a heaping teaspoonful of table salt and a level teaspoonful of baking soda to the quart and a half of water injected. Then in the last water, put a tablespoonful of Glyco-Thymoline to the quart and a half of water. Use only a Fountain Syringe for such. These will aid and strengthen, and not be a drain on the body. Do as we have indicated, all or none. Do keep that attitude of prayer, of praise, of thanksgiving, in and about the body at all times.
