1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces, giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity; that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: (In going back over years from the present - "Yes - '31 - changes - '21 - reactions - " etc., on back to birth date.)
3. Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [2622].
4. In giving the interpretations of the records, these we would chose with the desire and purpose that this may be of a helpful experience for the entity; enabling the entity to better fulfill those purposes for which it entered this material experience.
5. Each soul's entrance into material consciousness should represent to the entity the awareness that a universal consciousness, God, is aware of the entity's purposes, the entity's aims. And this consciousness represents an opportunity for the entity, in the material experience, to become a channel to glorify that purpose, that cause.
6. In each entity's experience, through the various appearances and activities, there have been those awarenesses that fit that particular entity for this or that vocation, such an activity through which there may come the greater material as well as the greater opportunity for mental and spiritual expression.
7. Each entity, then, has those urges arising either from the earthly sojourns or from those interims between the
2622-1 Page 2
earthly appearances.
8. For this entity, then, we find these astrological terms or aspects, from the interim sojourns as expressed in astrological terms - Jupiter, Mercury, Venus, Saturn - as a part of the experience.
9. Things then that have to do with peoples, with groups, are channels in which the entity finds the greater satisfaction of expression.
10. From Jupiter as well as Uranus AND Saturn, things pertaining to the earth - as of properties, real estate OR the like - should be channels in which material gains may oft be expected. As for things having to do with investments of any nature pertaining to CHANCE, these are not good in the entity's experience - for long times, at least.
11. These, then, as we find, are the urges that arise from astrological aspects:
12. Mercury - the high mental abilities.
13. Jupiter - peoples, things pertaining to groups and group associations. These become active influences in the entity's experiences.
14. Uranus indicates the extremes in which there has been and may be the experience as to activities. These also indicate or represent much that should be of the spiritual import in the affairs of the entity.
15. Saturn represents changes, the sudden, violent changes, or those very distantly removed from normal activities or associations.
16. As to appearances in the earth - while not all may be given here, these would indicate places, character of associations, individuals with whom the entity may have been or may be associated in the present experience - those that may be active in the present for a helpful or for a retarding influence. These find expression in the urges of the emotional nature, or the sudden likes and dislikes; the aversion to characteristics or certain conditions or associations of individuals.
17. Before this, then, the entity was in the earth during that period called the American Revolution.
18. The entity then was an active individual in the associations connected with General Howe. There the entity was associated in the regions around and about the present sojourn; and in the directions of reclaiming or putting to activity things gathered by the army during that particular period.
19. Hence we find those things having to do with ordinances, whether the directing for the furniture pertaining to
2622-1 Page 3
schools, offices or the like, might be part of an activity in which the entity would find great expression. Those things having to do with equipments of any character, whether pertaining to institutions, offices or hotels or the like - these would be a part of an expression in which the entity would find the associates, the activities in which the entity was engaged through that period of sojourn in the earth.
20. The name then was Henri Uttermeyer. In the experience the entity lost, the entity gained; losing when there was the gratifying or the satisfying of selfish motives; gained when the activity was of the creative or constructive nature as had to do with the reestablishings in the land following those particular periods.
21. For, while the entity returned to the land after the reconstruction periods, the activities then brought a helpful influence towards spiritual and mental developments.
22. Before that the entity was in the Roman land, being active in those areas now known as France and England, and in the preparing for activities or associations that could contribute to the material as well as the mental welfare of that empire.
23. The entity was not only a soldier but rather in authority for aiding to establish and keep the connections with those centers established by the empire.
24. Then in the name Carden, the entity gained; for the activities brought about the abilities indicated in the present for making self a good companion or associate, one meeting circumstances as they arise under varied or different environs, or under sudden changes as may be wrought in circumstances of political or economic natures that arise.
25. Also there are the interests in political activities, though self is not given to political activities.
26. Before that the entity was in those periods when there was the entering into that known as the Promised Land, and in those activities.
27. The entity was among the children of Levi, bringing then activities in the service about the tabernacle. And these brought those abilities as the counselor, as the interpreter of circumstances in the experiences of the people.
28. Then the entity was acquainted with not only the leaders in the varied tribes, or groups to which in part the entity acted as counsel, but with those also who were the spiritual leaders - or leader.
29. Such should be more closely identified or associated in the entity's present activities. For there, too, counsel
2622-1 Page 4
may be given by the entity, IF there is practised in the daily life the principles that the entity then propounded for a people returning, developing to that of self-government in a strange land.
30. So may the entity in the present aid those who are new in THEIR activities in a strange environ, a strange land, a strange manner of thinking.
31. The name then was Hekda.
32. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, when there were those turmoils caused by the rebellions and the banishment of the Priest.
33. The entity then was appointed as the keeper in the edifices or offices of the King's own household, in at variance with the guard to the King and the armor bearer to the Priest.
34. But with the reestablishing, the entity aided in the clarifying of activities and relationships between the Atlanteans, those of the Arabian as well as the Abyssinian land, and those pertaining to the Priest's and the King's own household.
35. Thus did the entity gain through that period of development.
36. The name then was Est-Elah.
37. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain, and how:
38. First, analyze self, as to self's ideals, self's principles. For, know, the earth and all therein is the Lord's. All thine OWN is lent thee, not thine but LENT thee. Keep same inviolate. Knowing the rules as thou hast, disobey not.
39. The entity may find the outlet for physical and mental development in those activities having to do with real estate, properties, or the supplying of fixings, furniture or the like for definite ARRANGEMENTS in office or banks or the like.
40. Ready for questions.
41. (Q) Because of the death of [...] please advise me as to my best future plan. Shall I remain with the company or shall I get out? (A) If there are associations founded with some members of the company, these would be well to remain with. If there are the changes as have been suggested for some directions, get out.
42. (Q) Should I try to remain with the company or should I take real estate and get out, or shall I try to get some of the others to take real estate and get out? (A) As has been indicated, abilities for direction are a
2622-1 Page 5
part of the entity's experience. If there are certain ones to remain (as may be indicated and is known to the entity), get out. If others can be persuaded to take part and get out, then coordinate and carry on.
43. (Q) What real estate is best investment - 36 No. Sagman St., Pontiac, Mich., 39 No. Sagman St., Pontiac, Mich., Cor. Dix & Mulkey Sts., Detroit, Mich.? (A) Corner of Dix and Mulkey Streets, Detroit, Michigan, is the better property, longer future.
44. (Q) Is appraisal now being made of company assets fair and honest, or is appraiser favoring someone? If so, whom? (A) As we find, in the main there is not being favor indicated; thus it would be termed a fair appraisal.
45. (Q) Who is with me and who against me in the company (considering Jacob M. Kaufmann, Abraham J. Copeland, Harry S. Sheresky, and Minnie Copeland)? (A) Copelands may be considered to be with the entity - these are the sure. Some others - as Abraham (?) - let them get out!
46. (Q) What course shall I pursue regarding our differences in company? (A) With those as indicated, these differences can be ironed out or coordinated. With some others, not so well.
47. (Q) Shall I remain in New York or live elsewhere; if elsewhere, what city? (A) This would depend, of course, upon the choices and the final decisions that are made to company. As we find, the New York area is an excellent area for the entity's activities and expression.
48. (Q) Please advise me about the future of my daughter [M...]. How may I best help her? (A) Aid in those directions in which she has recently sought counsel. These are very well. Though in the activities as are necessary these may bring about changes, these will be the better for all.
49. (Q) My daughter [E...] is keeping steady company. Is it indicated that she will marry the young man she is now going with; if so, when? (A) We do not find it indicated from here that this would be a wedding.
50. (Q) Any other advice that would be helpful, regarding company or otherwise? (A) If there is the counsel with self, and keeping in consideration that ministry the self has made to its peoples in establishing of itself, easily may such principles be applied in the material and in the mental associations in the present.
