1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: (In going back over years from the present - " - '35 - changes, disturbances, anxieties - '34 - '18 - what sacrifices! - " etc., on back to birth date.)
3. Yes, we are given the records here of that entity now known as or called [2629].
4. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them, many phases of the activities in the present - as in the sojourns through the earth plane - are to be taken into consideration.
5. These we choose with the desire and purpose that this may be a helpful experience for the entity; not only to encourage the entity in the present experience but that it may better fulfill the purpose for which it entered this sojourn; that it, the entity, may better be a channel of blessings to others - which has been and is the entity's intent and purpose.
6. For, as there is builded in the innate and manifested experience of each entity, these become at variance oft to that ordinarily comprehended. For, the awareness or consciousness in the material plane has been and is given an individual soul as an opportunity for growth; which has been indicated by Him who is the way, the truth, the light, - that was shown in the experience of the entity in those
2629-1 Page 2
closer relationships with that activity in this material plane.
7. Those consciousnesses or awarenesses between the manifestations materially, by law only - and that as has been manifested by an individual entity, are put into practice in that interim. Thus does the individual entity grow. Thus does it manifest. Thus the reason, the purpose for varied experiences in materiality as is known in the present consciousness.
8. For, He hath not willed that any soul should perish, but hath with every trial, every temptation, prepared a way, a means of escape - or for correction; which was and is manifested in Him.
9. In every entity's activity there are urges latent and manifested. The astrological influences, as termed in physical consciousness, indicate choices that have been or were made by the entity. Thus these indicate to the entity, or to others, those periods when such influences are retroactive in the experience of an individual entity.
10. Thus has grown that comprehension or interpretation of astrological aspects.
11. Know, no urge surpasses the individual will of an entity, that birthright of each soul, that gift of the Creative Forces that makes or causes the individuality in an entity, the ability to know itself to be itself and yet one with the Creative Forces.
12. Thus, as an entity manifests in materiality and takes thought of itself, it finds body, mind and soul as manifesting in self - as in Creative Father, Son, Holy Spirit; as those influences that reflect in what the entity, the individual entity, as a part of that Creative Force, may apply in its relationships one to another.
13. Most EVERY form of manifestation that has been in the activities of man might be indicated by some phase of this entity's experience in the earth, as may be seen by the variations in astrological urges as well as the varied judgments as might be passed upon those material manifestations of the entity in the earth.
14. Astrologically, we find Mercury, Venus, Uranus and Saturn become the greater urges latent and manifested as a part of the spiritual development of the entity.
15. Thus the wisdom, the vision, the abilities in creative mental forces.
16. As in Venus - love, music, art, talents for expression of spiritual maternal love, that influence which is the basis of the correct relationships of individual entities in the material, the mental and the spiritual plane. For, as
2629-1 Page 3
it is given, God so loved the world as to give His only begotten Son.
17. So has this entity so loved its fellow man as to give itself, its life, its abilities, its virtues, that others might know - too - that God is mindful of them. This is that the entity in its spiritual life has gained in the present experience.
18. In Jupiter we find the universality, the ability of being tolerant. So few souls or entities have combined love in the material plane with tolerance! For, love in the material becomes egotistical, and this is opposite from tolerance.
19. We find in Uranus the extremes, those activities in which the entity has been in dire straits, mentally, materially; yet the hopes, the trust, the faith in Him has preserved the entity, in material manifestations, for the greater service that may be manifested by the entity in the present.
20. In Saturn we find the changes in environs - in urges, in thought. Thus the physical, the mental, the spiritual aspects of the entity have been altered in this particular experience.
21. As to the sojourns in the earth, that in the present find manifestations through what we term the sensory forces or the glandular activity of body, developments as to the awareness of the spiritual and mental and physical realm and their influences upon human activity - these, too, have been a part of the entity's experience.
22. While all may not be given in the present, some having been met, put behind, some are yet to be a part of the experience as various aspects of the relationships are developed.
23. For, even in this experience, there should come the necessity of the entity making a choice as to how and in what manner it may administer a great deal of this world's goods. These will come from unexpected sources; and thus will require that there be choices made that have been apart of this entity's experience, even in this material sojourn.
24. Then, as to the appearances in the earth that we would choose to denote here:
25. Before this the entity was in the land of the present sojourn; among those that early settled in this land, in and about what is now a portion of Massachusetts, when there were those activities in the attempt to establish a manner, a way of individual thought from religious persecutions. These brought the desire then for freedom in that of worship, in the dealings and relationships one with another.
2629-1 Page 4
26. The entity then was active in bringing about the establishing of better relationships with the natives, that brought about the desire for practical educational facilities for the young peoples of the land.
27. Then, as Catherine Ainsworth, the entity was responsible for the establishing of such activities in the providence town.
28. In those periods the entity had the abilities to build in the consciousness of those entrusted to her care, much of those activities in which relationships are borne in the present to those who have come or who may be as yet in the environ of the entity for spiritual and mental counsel.
29. For, as indicated, the ability for the application of love as related to tolerance is the greater virtue in the entity's present experience.
30. Thus in thy dealings with others, magnify their virtues, minimize their faults. For, even as thy Lord condemned no one, even as He forgave, so would you forgive. Even as thou counseled with those in that period, acting as the teacher, the instructor, in the abilities for practical application of life and to meet same in others.
31. Before that the entity was in the Promised Land, when the Master walked in the earth, when there were the enunciations that there was to be the coming of the Savior.
32. The entity then was among those peoples who chose the activities about the temple service. For, the entity was she that blessed Him in that day when He was presented in the temple for consecration to the Lord - Anna.
33. In the experience the entity longed for, and saw in its latter period, that fulfilling; yet knowing what were to be the material trials, the material sufferings - yea, even to the death on the Cross.
34. Know, then, as ye counsel with thy fellow man - know ever, and depart not from that faith - it is Jesus the Christ and Him crucified! and as to how each soul, each entity, each physical being MUST crucify in their minds, their hearts, their bodies, that as would separate them from the love of Him who hath shown the way, the truth and the light.
35. For, He so loved the world as to give His Son. Ye have loved, ye do so love thy fellow man as to give thy mind, thy body, in counsel, in instruction, in those activities that enable the individual souls to think better of themselves and the reason thereof. For, they must learn to live with themselves, even as did He, and to know - though the prince of this world may come, may tempt, may even declare the joy of self-elation - he has no part in them.
2629-1 Page 5
36. For, thou didst show the way to many; many of those who through that consecration of self, gained in such a manner as to declare unto others that as was to become, in their experience, the hope of man.
37. And know today there is no other than that found in the admonition given by Jesus of Nazareth, Jesus the Christ, - "If ye believe in God, believe also in me." Hence He is that to which the mind of the individual entity responds. He is the way, the Mind is the way. And as the mind dwells upon the fruit of the spirit - faith, hope, gentleness, kindness, patience - it may blossom into that which brings the hope of man, the confidence in his brethren, the faith in his God.
38. Before that the entity was in the Grecian and Persian land; the entity being of the Grecian land.
39. And when there were those attempts of those groups to overcome the activity in the 'city in the hills,' the entity was among those chosen as emissaries to that land, and to attempt to undermine those teachings, those principles there. Yet with those activities accorded in the healing of body, the encouragement to those downhearted, the entity became rather one who joined with those activities - as a nurse in that 'city in the hills and the plains,' as would be called today - a nurse and an instructor.
40. Thus in the present there may be the experience of the ability as the companion, as the aid to those who are troubled and disturbed, either from physical or material relationships.
41. The entity is able, capable of meeting the needs for such. For, being grounded in faith and in the hope, the entity is able to renew that spirit of purpose within the minds of others that brings and shows the best in them.
42. The name then was Ecchola.
43. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, when there were those activities in which the peoples from Atlantis, as well as the Natives and the peoples of the Priest and the King were disturbed; also when there was the uniting of the effort on the part of the Atlanteans with the activities in the land to segregate groups for an organized activity - or those chosen for definite services.
44. Thus it may be said that the entity was one separated to enable individuals to become choosers of right directions in their vocational guidance, as would be called today.
45. Thus the interest in music, in diplomatic relationships, in political influences in this or that land, the abilities of the entity to interpret and understand such. These have been and are manifested in the present.
2629-1 Page 6
46. The name then was Em-Elda.
47. As to the abilities of the entity in the present:
48. First, analyze thine own purposes. And then study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman not ashamed; rightly dividing, rightly emphasizing the words of truth in their relationships to the problems for each individual; as in teaching, as in directing, as in companionships, as in activities that may bring the entity in the closer relationships to the young.
49. For, as has ever been, the young are the hope of the world. And there is ever a dearth of those so purified, so dedicated to the service of Him who is the way, the truth, the light; to instruct, to interpret to the young the way of life. Be thou that, in the lives of many. For, as ye do it unto the least of His children, thy brethren, ye do it unto thy Maker.
50. Ready for questions.
51. (Q) What has been my relationship in past incarnations with the [...] children, and how should I treat the situation in the future? Please advise, as I call the name of each: First, Anne [...]? (A) In the experience before this, all of these - not combined as in their relationships in the present - were under the tutelage or direction of the entity. And they each offer their individual problem, yet ye are able to meet and answer them. Fear not that of assuming responsibilities for their teaching, their instruction, their direction; which should be in the greater spiritual sense than in the material. The greater relationships with Anne [...] were in the experience just before this, when there were the counsels and the questions that arose. These bore not physical relations, only the mental - in that experience. In the Egyptian experience there were the closer relationships; though not of the OWN offspring, rather of a close relationship to the body in that experience.
52. (Q) Robert [...]? (A) Here, too, the relationships are such that counsel is oft needed. And these follow much in the manner as they did in those experiences just before this; though with this entity ye also saw the activities in the Palestine experience that were not good.
53. (Q) Adele [...]? (A) Here, too, the counsel and relationship was that of the close friend; but in the Egyptian period an offspring of the entity. Thus a closer relationship, in the need for
2629-1 Page 7
protection, oft appears innately in the experience of the entity. These are well. Keep them in that purpose which has prompted the entity here.
54. (Q) Reese [...]? (A) Here, too, the relationship as of a distance. Here, too, we find those intents that caused the questioning often.
55. (Q) What is my best contribution to the ... School and along what lines should it develop? (A) Here we find a wonderful contribution has been, the purposes never questioned, and the relationships should not be altered until there appears other activities for the entity. For, seemingly from nowhere, there will come material things to be used by the entity in this experience. These may alter the relationships in this school. In the present, be not afraid. Be mindful of those purposes, laying the stress in its proper sphere - as has been indicated - for the individual instruction, individual counsel, that has been and will be yet for a period.
56. (Q) What has been my relationship in past incarnations with [2174]? (A) Acquainted in the Palestine experience, as from afar. Here, the entity [2174] knew of and blessed the entity for its life and purpose. In the Egyptian, closely related. For, there were find the collaboration of the efforts in the teaching principles, as would be called in the present; that is, the selection, the counsel with individuals as to special service or activities, through that particular period of man's unfoldment.
57. (Q) Please give that which will help to elucidate that relationship for our future working together? (A) As the purposes have been, good. As the advice and counsel of each have been, good; though they differ in some manners of application. Let each study to be one in purpose, even as He is one; they each in their own sphere making their contribution in a united effort to the glory of Him who is the Giver of all good and perfect gifts. Not as an abstract experience, but as a living experience. For, know, the Father God is God of the living, not of the dead. Let the dead past bury its dead. Let the living past bloom into that activity in which it may bear fruit in Him. Let thy light so shine in each life ye meet, that they - as they do - take thought that thou hast oft walked and talked with Him, who has promised, "If ye love me, ye will keep my
2629-1 Page 8
commandments, and I and the Father will come and abide with thee." These are not idle words in the experience of any soul that seeks His face. For He hath promised ever, "Though ye be afar, if ye call I will hear - and answer speedily. If ye will be my children, I will be your God." This is not of old, but a living thing in the hearts and souls of those today. For the fact of thy consciousness in a material world. Though troubled and a blood-stained world, thy prayer, thy blessing may bring a new hope, and may blossom into joy on earth, peace among men.
