Time of Reading 3:45 to 3:55 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Florida.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2642]; this we have had before.

3. There are changes in the physical forces of the body, yet these are rather of the erratic nature.

4. As we find, there is not sufficient effort on the part of the body in its mental attitude towards suggestions and applications for corrective measures, for these to do, or for there to be done, a great deal of good. Unless there is a more consistent and persistent effort on the part of the body in its mental attitude towards conditions physically, towards the making of material and mental applications for corrective forces, little effort needs be made on the part of others.

5. There should be the adoption by the body, mentally, of that it oft professes to itself, towards its desire in the material way of accomplishing things. Know in self, and in applying may the body know more completely, that the mind is the builder.

6. Determine within self that you will set routines of thinking, of application, of the mental and spiritual attributes of the body. Do not give way to appetites, either in that direction of condemnation of or blaming of others for circumstance or conditions.

7. As we have outlined, with this attitude may there be material gains made. Without the DIRECTING of self and the attitudes, all of the medicine, all of the rubbing or of corrections in any manner, will have little permanent effect.

8. Yet the adjustments and massage will aid the body in its mental AND spiritual attitude, if it chooses to do such.

9. Ready for questions.

10. (Q) Are there some special foods or preparations which would help my assimilation, and help me gain strength and energy?

2642-3 Page 2

(A) Using of the energy and strength that is had in a constructive manner, mentally AND spiritually, will aid in gaining more. There is very good digestion, save when there is overself indulgence, either in eating or the abuse in one manner or another.

11. (Q) Is there something I can do to foster my faith and to regain my self-confidence and spontaneity and poise? (A) As we have outlined, study the Book - and those special passages indicated apply to self, and DO NOT condemn others.

12. (Q) Why do the massages sometimes seem to make me very restless and nervously unstrung, and I get frightened for fear - (A) (Interrupting) Because you've made up your mind that's what it's going to do! Do as has been indicated, if there would be better conditions. But commence within self and self's own mind, self's own determination, and not by condemning or plaguing others.

13. We are through for the present. Copy to Self (two copies; one for Dr. Massaia [Messea]), Air Mail - Special " " Ass'n file
