1. EC: Now, we find physical conditions in this body in many ways are not as good as when we had them before. In the whole system we find there are many portions in the body, many organs, under strain. This we find produces the greater strain on the body at the present time. Especially in this in the sensory system and in the organs of lower digestion in the digestive tract.

2. Now, these are conditions as we find them at the present time, irrespective of those we have had before. First:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this we find in the state of being used to its full capacity in the usage in the system. Hence the strain as is caused over portions of the nerve system, especially.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find the strain as is shown through the sensory organism and the organs that function through same. This is shown especially in the plexuses in the second and third cervical, in the first, second and third dorsal region, and gives to the eyes proper the strained condition, and with the glasses as used at present is accentuated, for we have been and are using glasses set for astigmatism that is of the near range and of the cylinder formation. Now, these should be adjusted to meet the present conditions and relieve the strain, for with the condition being accentuated gives more strain on the nerve system and causes and produces irritation throughout the body. In the nerves of the hypogastric center and that in the circulation from this center's lateral forces we find inflammation produced in a greater or less degree, depending upon the irritation or the exercise of body on feet that produces the distress in the right side, near the ascending colon. This is not inflammation from the appendix but from the supplying of the nutriments to the lower digestion and the secretions as created for the exercising of the dross in the system to be eliminated.

5. The organs in other portions we find labor under these

strains, these especially.

6. Then, to bring the normal forces and relieve these strains in the system, we would, through the osteopathic or chiropractic forces, adjust and alleviate the strains in the dorsal and cervical region. Also strengthen the muscular forces in the lower lumbar and the lower dorsal region, correcting the glasses to meet the needs of the body, which, with the adjustments, would be necessary to change again in six to eight weeks to meet the needs and prevent the strain in the body.

7. Do that.
