Time of Reading 3:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Florida.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, wish suggestions for the further improvement of same. You will answer any questions regarding same that I will ask you.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had before, you see.

3. Now, we find there are changes in the physical forces of the body since we had this here. We find there are some conditions that show improvement. There are some conditions more exaggerated, that improvement should have shown in, but those suggestions as given have never been carried out; that especially as regarding the eyes, in the correction of the assistance to the vision, in the change of the focal plane for the lens for the eyes - see? Correcting this would relieve the nerve strain as experienced by the body in the whole nerve system. This conditions is also aggravated at the present time by the congestion as is shown in the digestive system, for with the strain as produced by constipation in the hepatic circulation and the mesenteric system, the hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus causes strain to the sympathetic system. This in turn causes flow of blood of unnecessary nature through the upper portion of the body. With the drosses left in system through this re-absorption, this produces the dullness to the whole nerve system, and the tendency of the body to feel fagged out, when over-exertion given does not tire the body as much as this, and especially afterwards when the body feels like it should be rested from sleep. This usually occurs of mornings, see? while, when the body is on feet, moves about and get a free reaction through the changed circulation in same, this wears off a bit, as it were - yet the tired heaviness remains.

4. These conditions, then, are those necessary to be looked after and corrected at the present time.

5. First we would have those corrections in the glasses.

Then we would correct that condition in the digestive system, that we may not have any auto-intoxication and drosses from the indigestion in the intestinal system and the lack of eliminations in the normal way and manner. Using for this those properties as would be found in this: We would prepare this in this way and manner.

6. To one-half (1/2) gallon of water (rain water preferably) we would add: Plain Garden Sage....................6 ounces, Ragweed..............................2 ounces, Mandrake Root.......................15 grains, Peruvian Bark......................1/2 ounce, Calisaya Bark......................1/4 ounce, Sassafras Root Bark................1/4 ounce. Reduce this by simmering (not boiling) to one-half (1/2) the quantity. Then add while warm, and after being strained, four (4) ounces pure grain alcohol, with two (2) drams Balsam of Tulu cut in same. Adding to this three (3) minims Oil of Peppermint. Then add to the other solution.

7. Shake well together before each dose is taken, and take half a teaspoonful four (4) times each day, until this begins to assimilate and act well with the system. This is as an emit and does not produce in the system any inclination that is necessary for cathartics to be taken, for this is as an eliminant, rather than as cathartic and that nature as to produce too much of that in the system as to irritate the mucus lining of any portions of the system. This is as an ASSIMILATOR, and the activities of the body in its exercises, as have been given - and taken in part for a time, then left off - if these are kept up normally, will act with the body to rebuild.

8. When these medicinal properties have acted well with system, then REDUCE the dose to two (2) doses each day, see? Beginning with before each meal and at bedtime.

9. Do that, and we will bring the better conditions for this body, [2646].

10. (Q) What change in the glasses should be made? (A) Better if these were dropped off and broken, and make new glasses. If they will make corrections properly, fit the glasses without giving that to the body that will STRAIN the eyes, see? but that which will bring the focal plane to a better condition, see?

11. (Q) Who should the body go to, to have these corrected properly? (A) Any good optometrist.

12. We are through with this reading.
