1. GC: You will give the physical and mental reading of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement of either or both of these, and you will answer any questions I may ask you regarding same.
2. EC: We have the body. We have had this before, [2653].
3. In the physical forces of the body, these we find are very good in many respects. There is only that necessary, for the full physical normal condition, to keep the mind and the body active, and to keep the eliminations near normal. This is, as we find, necessary in EVERY physical being.
4. In the mental attitude of the body, we find there are many changes in the mental attitude of the body toward those surrounding conditions as regarding the labors and the endeavors of the body [See 2653-1]. These, however, are in a very good shape at present, and the body only needs exercise those prerogatives as have been set before and for the body, as to what and how the body should mentally and physically develop itself for those particular desires and those particular urges as are seen. Follow those, as has been outlined for the body.

6. (Q) What causes the condition in the scalp [dandruff?], and what will relieve same? (A) Keep the eliminations better in the body and we will find the circulation will be improved. For the specific conditions as regarding the scalp, this - with the corrected eliminations - will be found of assistance:
Massage well into the scalp once each week the amount of Cuticura Salve as may be held on the end of forefinger, massaging well into the scalp. Every second or third week use white vaseline, cleansing same with a very weak solution of grain alcohol - about the proportion of one drop to twenty drops of PURE water, see? distilled water - eighty-five percent alcohol - one drop to twenty drops of water. This only used after white vaseline used in the scalp. The Cuticura used twice, then the vaseline once,

followed with the rum cleansing, see? Do not use soaps of any character on this scalp or hair, see?
