1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.
2. EC: Now, we find this body very good in many respects. There are in the physical forces that condition which causes distress through portions of the system at times. These, as we see, are produced from taxation and the effects of the taxing of the system, for the condition becomes one of exaggeration in functioning system, under this stress and strain.
3. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body, [2658] we are speaking of. First:
4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this is very good, considering the conditions in the system from taxation; yet the blood shows the effect, but rather that of a normal condition, under the existing constitutional conditions, than of a condition of the system itself (blood system, of course, we are speaking of). Hence we have these conditions in the blood supply. Anemiatized at times, yet not wholly an anemic body. Over supply of the mucus-forming portions of system, though not one given in the glands producing mucus of a subnormal or abnormal condition. This rather of reflex forces, and yet affecting in the system (blood supply) these portions of the body.
5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, in this we find the greater cause of the trouble in the body. There are centers that the portions of the cerebrospinal system in their condition bring the taxation to the body throughout. These conditions, especially, do we find in the 4th and 3rd cervical region, 2nd and 3rd dorsal, 8th and 9th dorsal, 2nd and 4th lumbar. The depressions, or the suberizations, as caused by the depressions, produce the taxation to the sympathetic and cerebrospinal nerve supply to the system, causing the nervousness, the nerve reaction in functioning of the system, nerve reaction in the blood supply, nerve

reaction in functioning of organs; yet the body functions near normal, when we consider the conditions under which it (physically) functions; for the body, through the mental forces, carries much of the functioning of system through sympathetic and through sensory system, forcing the body (physically) to function through channels that ordinarily would be abnormal conditions in physical bodies, for this body brought in its mental abilities normal for body. Hence we will find, with the body being brought to the normal physical condition, that there will be retractions and at times the body will feel even the stress and strain of the suberizations being removed, yet it would give greater relief. The body more able, to function normal, the body more able to gain physical rest, were these suberizations removed through correct chiropractic and osteopathic adjustments, or through either one, provided they are not made too severe, or attempted to all be made at once. Then, we will find the system, through the normal forces, will function nearer normal.
6. We would do that.
7. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS, brain forces very good, and control much of the system throughout, as has been given.
8. Functioning of the organs of the system, under the stress and strain of physical conditions; yet often assisted, materially, through the mental attributes of the body, mentally controlling physical conditions in body.
9. Then, to give the relief, remove by the correcting of suberizated conditions, through osteopathic or chiropractic. Better with osteopathic, with chiropractic adjustments, and application of heat (electrically) along the whole length of the spine. Necessary at least fifteen or sixteen adjustments be made, and at least twenty to twenty-five applications of electrical heat, of fifteen minutes duration each.
10. Do that, and we will bring the better conditions for this body, [2658].
11. We are through for the present.
