1. EC: Yes, we have this here, those conditions as were given and as do exist, for we find with the conception in the mind of an individual, whose mental proclivities are such that they may create conditions, there are those conditions existent in the thought world, of which things and conditions are made.
2. (Q) You will give more explicit and detailed information concerning the organization as referred to in the previous reading. (A) This we have as here, in the mind of [2667] and associates, some whom he has broached the subject and conditions. There is the intent and purpose to complete the manufacturing of certain materials that may be dispensed through regular channels. As to the best course to pursue, under such conditions, are as these:
First, interest those of such capacity, financially, that there may be no hindrances in the financing of such proposition. After there has been contacts, or verbal, (that is, when the departmental heads of such institutions as might dispose of such manufactured articles) with these, present the conditions to those that desire to be associated with him, [2667] we are speaking of, in such an undertaking. With this we find there will be no trouble in financing such proposition, neither will there be trouble in having such proposition make a success, or as we have at the present conditions.
The manufacturer, the heads, as representated now in that of [2667], prepare in the beginning such conditions that those who make the success of the undertaking may share with him in the success. In this manner we will find is the correct manner to launch such an undertaking at this time, for, as given, we will find there will be in this land some stirring times, financially, through economics, political, conditions that will cause disturbance in all channels of trade and endeavors, yet with the existing conditions, and with the conditions that are to arise, this is the correct time to prepare for such an undertaking, for we have these

characters to meet: Machinery for such at such a time is foreign made.
This is a propitious time to have such installed. Laborers in foreign fields are such that at this time better agreements, better contracts, better conditions, may be made. More satisfactory conditions may be made than at other times. Have conditions however set at first hand as to the developing of same, for under such conditions, as given, this may be made, and will be made a very successful operation.
3. (Q) Just what is meant by "interest those departmental heads and the business interests that would be the disposition of such an output"? (A) Just as has been given. Those channels through which the output would be handled. Interest those departmental heads in such an undertaking. Then there will be no troubles in the output being disposed of. Let them be interested financially, and financially in the success of the undertaking. That is, own interest in the manufacturing plant, stock in same.
4. (Q) You will give more detailed information as to the hindrances or troubles that might be expected, as referred to in the reading. (A) Labor troubles, through economic conditions and political conditions. Hence heads of labor departments must be interested in the manufacturing end. Not necessarily individuals, save as they themselves work to that end. That is, as individuals apply their efforts to increase the possibilities and the production as is put on market, they should share in that they have invested in same, whether effort or money. Make it both.
5. (Q) Give detailed information as to what is to be understood from representation in foreign fields. (A) Representation in foreign fields, as those who would be the employed, help, as to those who would furnish or would be interested in installing their machines. These come then from two channels. This is an excellent time for conditions, as we have given. Those who install machinery, let them have financial interest. These would be interested. Nottingham, you see, where they would be interested.
6. (Q) Please tell us who are the ones so interested in seeing this change made. (A) There are several that have been approached on the subject. These are interested in seeing the change, for they, the ones interested, would be interested financially

in assisting this corporation to work to the end that would be made successful. As to their names, we haven't these, for nothing has been done as a definite undertaking, and exists only in thought and in the imaginary forces. Many may be interested, as we have given. Not only in local conditions but in other places.
7. (Q) What would be the attitude of the people of the ... Lace Company were this organization perfected? (A) There would be some resentment. Then there would be the attempt to control the output. Do not allow this, for this would eventually lead to the breaking down, but with all interested, the conditions as set, we need fear none of the opposition as might be attempted, for the field is large, and sufficient for the organizations of each. They may be worked together, but never worked as one.
