1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. As we find, there are disturbances that prevent the better normal functioning.
4. These arise from a condition that was produced by the attempt in diet and activity to allay a physical AND an aggravated mental attitude.
5. Such fasts, or such definite chemical changes, are very well under some environs - or from some causes. But in this particular body there has been produced an unbalanced chemical condition that prevents the proper assimilation, and causes in the duodenal area formations of gas as to produce a pressure upon the body; causing pain as well as irritations - from the quantity of the acid in the system.
6. These, as we find, reflect to the superficial circulation AND the deeper circulation in such a manner as to form types of lesions in the areas along the cerebrospinal system; reflecting these in the nervous system, producing a weakness emanating oft from the pit of the stomach, producing the trembling through the lower limbs and the organs in the activity through the torso portion, as well as reducing the resistances so that the body becomes easily affected by change in tempo of environs and the effect of the higher or lower pressure, or the activity of the elements of high and low pressure.
7. In these we find the disturbances.
8. In making the corrections - all of these conditions, as well as those forms of headache and fullness in throat at times occurring, must be taken into consideration.
9. We would begin with these:
10. First - after each meal take about a third of a

teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth stirred in a full glass of water with also nine drops of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin.
11. We would have at least eight to ten osteopathic adjustments; two each week until the first six are taken, and then they may be extended to one a week for the rest.
12. In giving the adjustments, do stimulate the activity from the hypogastric and pneumogastric center in the cerebrospinal system, coordinating the nerves and muscular forces with this to the lumbar axis.
13. Do make relaxings for the cervical and head nerves and muscles.
14. We would be mindful that more strengthening values are kept in the diet.
15. Do prepare beef juice, to be taken as medicine. Take a teaspoonful in the middle of the morning - about nine or nine-thirty o'clock, and in the afternoon about three or three-thirty take another teaspoonful. This should be sipped, not just swallowed in one gulp. Season it to the taste.
16. Do not prepare meats where there is any fat in same. Only use the lean beef in preparing the beef juice.
17. Have plenty of whole grain cereals. On other days we would have plenty of orange juice, grape fruit, lemon and lime juices; but never the cereals AND the citrus fruits at the same meal - rather alternate these - from day to day.
18. At least once each day have raw foods or vegetables, - as lettuce, celery and the like, not necessarily as all of the meal but the principal part of same.
19. Do have fish, fowl and lamb as the meats, but never any of these fried.
20. Doing these, we will find better conditions for the body.
21. Ready for questions.
22. (Q) What causes and what should be done for sensitivity to sounds? (A) This arises from the raising of the kundaline influence in the body to those areas from which the auditory forces receive their impulse. And these, as it were, have been congested there. Hence, as we have indicated, the necessity of relaxation to those nerves AND the centers and ganglia along the area from the upper dorsal throughout the cervical area. These adverse effects should gradually disappear as the pressures are removed and there is a better balance in the assimilating of the food values indicated to be taken.
