1. GC: You will have before you the ... farm, about 3 miles Southeast of Cadiz, Kentucky, on the East side of the Dover Road. You will examine this property and advise if there is any hidden wealth under the surface, such as mineral deposits or the like. In other words, would it be advisable for the owner, [2704], ..., Ky., to dispose of this farm at the present time, or should he hold it?
2. EC: Yes, we have what is known as the ... farm, three miles Southeast of Cadiz, Kentucky.
3. As we find, there is little or no deposit of ore or mineral that would be worth that it would require to use same.
4. There are some minerals very deep; there are some clays that could or might be used for some of the present needs in various things. But these are in such quantities, and the conditions surrounding same are such that as we find, owing to the circumstances that exist, with the troubles that would be experienced by those attempting to have such farms cultivated - it would be well at this time to dispose of same, if such disposition could be made secure to the owner, [2704].
