1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [2708] present in this room. You will give advice and counsel on all phases of the body's life, and answer the questions we will ask you regarding all of these.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [2708]. This we have had before.
3. Now, there be many varying conditions as disturb the mental forces of the body, [2708] at the present time. These have to do with associations, business relations, and conditions as respecting groups, individuals, self's interest as respecting individuals and conditions. Many of these will be of but the moment before they will adjust themselves; some to a satisfactory way and manner; others will be not as satisfactory - yet will work together for good to those who keep the faith, and in accord with that as may be attained or gained through introspective forces and conditions. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) The ... Hosiery Co., tenants of mine at ... N.J., who have a lease with me for 4 1/2 more years, are endeavoring to get out of same. What methods should I take protect my interests? (A) These, as we find, will be rather insistent that they be released from at least part time of the length of lease. They, however, CAN be, SHOULD be, held responsible for the full amount of lease - UNLESS there be some condition wherein they may be allowed to SUB-lease. In that case, the full amount time should be held as due from the first lessors, see? This, as we find, may be attempted to be made in this manner, after these have tried to BREAK lease through those of incompatibility in the work of the manufacturing conditions, but the lease is valid - and the whole amount may be collected, even though resorting to law. Keep away from the law as much as possible, but do not allow the lawyer as is handling same - who is inclined to make terms, though a good lawyer, and one that may be depended

upon - the terms should not be changed, other than that they be allowed to SUB-lease, should they so intimate, see?
5. (Q) When will be the advisable time for me to buy stocks? (A) As we find, there will soon come the stabilization in stocks, and - as has been felt by a greater part of professional tradesmen in such - after the June report of half fiscal year, or fiscal year, in many directions - July should offer a VERY good month for buying of stocks, and in trading in same for short turns, and a gradual falling off in the middle weeks of August, with a general rise again in September, a depression in October - the EARLY portion. The particular stocks, as we find, will be those of the combines, such as Westinghouse, Tel & Tel, General Electric, of steel - especially Bethlehem; of those in Radio and in the Rails - especially those of the Van Swergin combine. These, as we find, the PARTICULAR ones in this line. There will be some spectacular conditions arising from Radio Keith-Orpheum - this at a very low figure at present, but would necessitate changes as over night almost, and will be rather speculative. Vanadiun Steel also offers one that will be well. This is a Canadian stock, but of good values. Coppers will change in the second advance, or September - rather than in the July - for the special movement. While some of those in OILS will be change, also, in September.
6. (Q) Regarding the man born on the 9th of March, whom I should meet at Virginia Beach, when and how will this meeting come about? (A) This condition, as we find, still remains - and there should be that within the next ten to fifteen days, such a meeting. In the first there will be rather the interest, and after the second meeting - which will possibly not be in Virginia Beach - this should be very decided in the life of this body. Fourth, fifth, or sixth.
7. (Q) How will this meeting come about? (A) In a casual manner, all unsuspecting.
8. (Q) How will I recognize him? (A) With the ring.
9. (Q) Is there anything this body can do to bring about this meeting? (A) This should not be one to BRING it about. Rather, as given, the CORRECT thing would come of its own volition on the part of both. Not a FORCED issue.
10. (Q) Will Giatto [...] be taken out of my life without injury to me? (A) There will be some very unsatisfying circumstances, but no harm - as we find - in ANY manner, would come to the body from this leaving - for there will be circumstances as we

find, that will recall the body to another country.
11. (Q) Is it advisable for the body to see him when she returns to New York? (A) Will possibly be ADVISABLE. This will depend upon circumstances, but this may be put off - and the meeting should be, or will be - and then the changes.
12. (Q) Any other advice regarding this body and Giatto [...]? (A) This, we would find, will be - that the body, [2708] takes that decided stand as has been made. Keep it, for these can only bring DISCORD and dissatisfaction. Not to be harmful, of course, in the dismissal of associations or relations, but these, as we find, may be made to become gradually the proper thing, see?
13. (Q) What date should the body leave Virginia Beach? (A) Not before the 14th or 15th.
14. (Q) Any other advice of any nature that will be of benefit to this body? (A) In the VARIED conditions and relations, the body is intuitive within self, and should follow same, knowing - that as is builded, that may the body accomplish.
15. (Q) Is it advisable for Mrs. [2756] and [1719] to leave Sunday for New York? (A) Would be very advisable.
16. (Q) She will not need them here? (A) Not particularly.
17. (Q) Should the body spend any portion of the summer at her summer camp at ..., Maine? (A) Yes, we find that there will be some very pleasant conditions arise for the body in this camp.
18. (Q) What date will the body marry this man she is to meet? (A) That, as we find, would be determined BETTER from the second or third meeting, see?
