1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

2. Now, we find much may be said respecting the abilities, as well as the physical conditions existent or apparent for the physical forces of this body. While those of a detrimental nature are not existent in the present reaction of physical conditions, yet some of those latent conditions are existent of which warning may be given, and being forewarned the body may be forearmed. These have to do with the effect being gradually produced by conditions in portions of the system that affect (and WILL affect, without correction) those of the eliminating system, especially as has to do with a portion of the hepatic circulation.

3. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, Mrs. [2710] we are speaking of, present in this room. First:

4. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this very good throughout, both as to quality and quantity. There is inhibited in the exterior or the arterial circulation, as changes to the venous - in the extremities, or about the radial plexus toward this lower portion of system - a slowing up of the change, of which the body should take cognizance.

5. The elements and constituents of the body as respecting the blood supply are good.

6. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this we find very good throughout, save as to that condition existent which brings about the slowing up of this change IN circulation.

7. In the action of the sympathetic, cerebrospinal, and the sensory nerve reflexes, these are good - but, as seen by the body, there occurs occasionally periods when apparently too easily does the body become tired, overtaxed, or subject - as it were - to irritations, through the activity of nerve system, that are not pleasing to the body. This, when analyzed, would be seen to be purely a reflex condition from the coordinating between sympathetic and cerebrospinal system, especially in the radial plexus of the 2nd and 3rd

lumbar region.

8. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, these show good reaction throughout the system, as is indicated first by the brain's reaction to all the nerve impulse, whether from the focal center of the cerebrospinal, sympathetic, or sensory system. Hence the body responds to reaction from the sympathetic as well as from the sensory reflexes to the brains' reaction. However, there are times when SOME may find a reaction that tends to give the impression of hard-heartedness, as may be termed by the individual. This is rather that of the ability of the body, innately AND manifestly, to discriminate where others do not see discrimination.

9. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS OF THE SENSORY SYSTEM, these are very good - save as from that specific inflammation as occurs from the mucous bearing serums of the sensory system in PRESENT localized conditions from congestion.

10. In throat, bronchials, lungs and larynx, these also show the effect of an increased reaction in the leucocyte of the system to meet the emergencies of conditions existent in the mucous producing portion of upper part of body.

11. Digestive system and the heart's action - these may be well regulated, or related, one with another; which is OUT of the ordinary; with this body particularly. Never should the body take food when the body is especially worried through that of what may be termed effection in the heart's reaction, or under excitement, whether of the physical, mental, or sympathetic nature; for foods then do not digest. Hence we find, with the condition producing the reflex in the system from that condition existent in the lumbar region, tends to bring about an over-ACID condition at such times. It has long been known and acknowledged that fear, hate, or any undue excitement, creates poisons in the system that are hard to be handled by the eliminating system, were foods taken at such periods. It is THOROUGHLY DEMONSTRATED with this body, Mrs. [2710] we are speaking of.

12. In the action of the liver and the eliminating system, these show innately, or latently, those conditions or tendencies gradually being exhibited in the vital forces of the body, and the gradual tendency or growth toward that of as over-acid reaction in the lower digestive system. Hence the warnings for the body toward conditions that will affect the hepatic circulation, especially the kidneys.

13. In corrections, then, for the body, and the warnings:

14. As given, beware of eating, or over-eating when any reaction is to excite, or LIABLE to excite, the nerve system, for the hypogastric and pneumogastric reflexes will

not coordinate with assimilation as will be created in the body.

15. Correct through exercise, baths, those conditions existent in the lumbar region. These, with the continual guarding of the diet, will keep and bring about the near normal conditions for this body for many, many moons.

16. The exercise should be those of walking, and particularly the exercise of the lower limbs and below the pelvis, when the body arises of morning and before retiring of evening. Be persistent and consistent with this. The swinging of the limbs, the stooping, and the exercise of twisting, or rotating the lower portion of the torso and limbs, will bring better results than manipulation or massage; for these need rather the influence of the mental WITH the innate condition to bring about proper reaction.

17. Ready for questions.

18. (Q) Any special kind of baths? and how often? (A) After the exercise morning and evening, there should be the dip, or the rub of cold water over the lumbar regions.

19. We are through for the present.
