1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [2713]. Now, we find rather there are those conditions of which the body should be warned and measures taken to overcome these tendencies and conditions, than most any other condition. While there are those conditions that produce disturbances, these are rather secondary - or, with the correction of these causes or tendencies as are exhibited in the system, we would find the rest would be nearer or near correct, and the body functioning in a much more normal way and manner - and the mental and spiritual may better function in a near normal body.

2. These, then, are conditions as we find them with this body, Mrs. [2713] we are speaking of, present in this room.

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, here we find, in the constituents of same, an apparent condition - or one showing from the source of which disturbances that the body should be warned, are self-evident. There is a tendency to prevent the nominal eliminations through the capillaries. Hence the tendency of dryness to the skin, and the appearance of irritation at times in other portions of the skin. This produced much by the manner in which the assimilations take place in the body, and the tendency is to create an excess amount of potash and calcium in the system. These are evidenced in the blood's elements. In the reaction of same is that that hinders the proper elimination through other channels. Hence causing distress at times in the sinew, or plexuses - radial plexus - of extremities, and why the circulation in extremities give distresses. These are effects rather than causes of the disturbances in this body.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, here we find the cause or seat of the disturbance as is exhibited in the assimilating system, for there is in the 7th, 8th and 9th dorsal center, those subluxations that produce impingements that have gradually caused such nerve strain on the whole system as to prevent the proper amount of nerve nutriment going to those portions

2713-1 Page 2

of the system as create the distributing center through the glands of digestion, in the jejunum region, or below the pancreas and liver, those disturbances - bringing excesses, so that there becomes the tendency for the gall duct to be involved, and with pressure there we find the reactions come as nerve strains to the sympathetic system, as is seen at periods throughout the body. These, we do not mean are in the proportion at present that are not preventable, but - allowed to become, through their own activity and through congestion or a sudden reaction to the system set up such conditions as would be hard to cope with.

5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, as may be seen, MANY of the organs are subservient to these distresses as may be seen at times - from the digestive system, rather that of a nervous digestion, and not proper in the intestinal reaction from same, so that at times the stomach seems to fill without much food, or when a little is taken a fullness occurs, until even the upper portion or the cardiac end seems to be heavy - again the heaviness appears across the lower portion of same, acting as is seen, according to the pressure brought to bear through the reaction of sympathetic and cerebrospinal reaction in these portions of the body.

6. Brain forces are good, as is that of the throat, lungs and larynx - though, with this dryness that appears at times the body seems to easily contract cold or congestion - the lack of proper capillary circulation, and these conditions a RESULT of same.

7. By the stimulation of the nerve plexus, so that the central nerve system is stimulated, so that we have an equilibrium established between the cerebrospinal, the sympathetic nerve system, the hypogastrics and pneumogastrics will be in accord and this coldness that appears, this dryness that appears in the outer portion - or in hands and feet, or in outer portion of body - will disappear, by the natural or normal flow of blood to the whole of the system. The nervousness would disappear, the digestion would become near normal.

8. Now, to meet the needs of these conditions, we would first REST - REST - that is, rest as a DEFINITE purport (for the body itself is methodical), with a method of rest - and we would use sand, salt and sea air - preferably using, at least once each day, the sand packs.

9. ALSO we would have those corrections osteopathically of those conditions existent in the dorsal region and in the cervicals. These will allow the proper reaction through the system.

10. Then, be mindful of the diet. Let that consist principally of those food values that carry more of iodine.

11. Well, also, that at least for thirty minutes each day we have those vibrations for the body that carry iodine into the system from the Radio-Active Appliance.

12. Not necessary that the manipulations or the sand packs be kept for more than a week or ten days, were they taken consistently and persistently for that period. Will be necessary that those of the vibratory forces be applied for a greater period of time, and of course the foods and food values must be looked after properly.

13. The manipulations should be given each day, GENTLY - and each third day make corrections in the dorsal and cervical region, RELAXING same thoroughly by wet heat - not applying stronger heat, for the body will respond best by only wet packs given just before the deeper manipulations are made for the body.

14. We would find that the body will respond and many of those minor disturbances that seem troublesome will disappear. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) Would work be detrimental to the health at present? (A) Be best that at least, as given, a week or ten days be given as rest, under specified rules - just as has been outlined. THEN the body will be more physically fit to perform whatever work or labors desired by the body.

16. (Q) Would you specify the necessary diet? (A) It's been given! As a specimen or outline for such, it was given in that it should carry more of the iodines. All manners of shell fish, or fish - should be taken at least once each day. Vegetables that are those that grow above the ground. Pod vegetables are very good, but particularly those of the root nature - as carrots, salsify, beans and such. Spinach, raw cabbage but not cooked cabbage. At least each day have a vegetable that is raw. Many tomatoes are good for the body, even though they apparently at times make a rash. These will disappear, if properly served and properly cared for in their preparation. The JUICES of tomatoes are well. Of morning meal, only those of citrous fruits and a light whole wheat bread - either in cake or in toast. Eggs - only the yolk, none of the white should be taken of morning. These will be well. Leave the meats alone, save of fish or shell fish. Or, we would make it specific, as in this: For morning meal - orange juice or grapefruit, or grape nuts, see? Yellow of an egg. Either those of milk or

LITTLE coffee that carries much caffeine or much chicory - more of the caffeine if properly used. Not with milk in coffee, if taken. In the noonday would be preferably those of the raw vegetables. Beans, and such. In the evening meal more of the shell fish, fish, and the raw vegetable again, see. These would be the outlines. We are through for the present.
