1. EC: We have the body here, [2713]. This we have had before. Now, we find the conditions much better in this body, and will the body continue for the present the rest of those changes as have been given to make the necessary reactions in this body, we will find that within a week to two weeks the body near normal. Keep that circulatory reaction for head, neck, and ALSO that swinging motion as given for the reducing of strain on the central nerve system. Be mindful that the body keeps those conditions for the system, and we will find proper changes. Ready for questions.

3. (Q) What is best to take as a laxative? (A) The circular motions of the body, as has been given, with the proper diets, in the way as has been outlined for same; stimulating of those centers where the excretory forces of the body are active with same.
