1. EC: We have the body here, Mrs. [2713]. This we have had before. Now, as a whole, we find the conditions are MUCH improved with this body, and while there are only those accentuations at times in the functioning of the ASSIMILATING forces of the body, the body could - with impunity - discontinue in a GENERAL way, yet to gain more strength and to keep the better VITALITY, accentuating to that of resistiveness to be created, we would NOT relax from these treatments or the proper surroundings at the present. A few days NOW will add many months later, if proper precautions are taken. In the matter of those conditions where the accentuation of the acids in the system, these need that stimuli - especially through the 12th dorsal center, which in part has been neglected; also in the accentuation of reflexes through intercostal centers along those of the spine that have to do, especially with those of the FLOATING rib centers - that being, you see, the 11th, 12th, 10th, especially. These will aid the body in overcoming that tendency of the trembling sensations that occur at times, and the reaction being regurgitation. Do that. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) Should deeper osteopathic treatments be given? (A) DEEPER will only aid in the quicker relief of these conditions at the present. Not increase in the number of treatments, but just go deeper for those centers as radiate through the INTERIOR or inside of the walls of the system.

3. (Q) How often? (A) Just as has been given, as for the often.

4. (Q) What is the condition of the 12th dorsal? (A) The centers here show how that, that pressure as has first been indicated, has and does as YET show some influences to those radial centers from this plexus. Not a full lesion, no - but a PORTION of same has existed there.

5. (Q) The sacral?

2713-4 Page 2

(A) This, as has been given afore, the seat or cause of pressures that - with the WEIGHT of the system [She was not overweight. GD], or the activities, or the SEATED activities of the body - has often caused reflexes for the headaches, or the tendency of the system to prevent the proper reaction of foods through the system. These at present show a bettered condition, but - as has been given - NOW the relief to these, and the few days as would complete this - would add much to the BENEFITS as the body would receive.

6. (Q) The ribs? (A) These have been indicated.

7. (Q) What kind of drinking water is best for the body? (A) That as is as near nominal in its reaction as is possible. Too much of lime, or too much of ANY of the properties ordinarily will tend to unbalance, of course, the effects of the system. Lithia occasionally is well, but not too much - just the regular water.

8. (Q) Is it injurious to read in bed? (A) Not too much. Moderation, of course, in all things should be the keynote for this body, as well as most others; for a taxation in any direction, when the nerve system - and especially those of the central nerve system - is affected, by the pressures as have existed - too much accentuation in any direction would overtax, just as would too much rest without some physical exercise, too much of physical exercise without proper consideration of rest, or too much reading without proper consideration of the eyes, or of the position of body, or too much relaxation of ANY character, or too much foods, or too much of any that would be injurious.

9. (Q) Why does the body have such a strong urge to go to Waynesboro, Va.? (A) This, as would be seen, more of the predominant influence from the experiences of the entity as a whole. [See 2713-5, especially Par. 17-A.]

10. (Q) Why is it that the body cannot retain what it reads? (A) It can! It retains it, but to EXPRESS itself is an entirely different thing! This WELL retained by the body, and when expressed is assimilated, or usable by the body - but the general physical condition has been such as to produce a tendency on the sympathetic and imaginative system as to shut out much the body would PHYSICALLY or MENTALLY retain - but the ACTUALITY of it, the impression is WELL retained. We are through for the present. Copy to Self
