1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2722]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, conditions in the present indicate there is an overanxiety on the part of those making the administrations; to the point where, as might be said, it has been "overdone." And that there has not been the improvements should be accredited to the lack of some of the administrations which we have outlined for the body's betterment.
4. In the present, then, we would administer the Mullein Stupes to the back of neck and shoulders. Use as large leaves as practical. Bruise them and put in very hot water, letting them stand - or steep - for a few minutes before taking out. Though it may make a messy application, we find that these will be effective. Apply on gauze, but cloth over same, and then an electric pad may be applied to keep same warm. This will aid. For, these will add to the system the helpful forces in alleviating pain through head and neck.
5. Also we would take internally a tea made from Mullein. Pour about a pint of boiling water on a dram of the tender leaves of the Mullein and let steep. Take about two ounces of this every other day. Make fresh each time. Do not try to keep over a two-day period.
6. The colonic irrigations have become irritating. These should ONLY be taken to keep down any accumulations of inflammation through the intestines.
7. But DO have once each week a relaxing through the general hydrotherapy treatment - including a very light sweat first, then some Witchhazel fumes. That is, put two teaspoonsful of Witchhazel in about two ounces of water that would be boiled in a croup cup or some such container under the body while in the cabinet, see? so that the boiling

fumes would settle over the body. This would be the way to give the Fume Bath. This will relax the body and will help the nerves, if used properly. Following the Fume Bath the body should be massaged gently but thoroughly following the nerves along the spine, along the limbs, with a combination of oils in these proportions: Olive Oil................1 ounce, Peanut Oil...............1 ounce, Oil of Lanolin...........1 dram.
8. The osteopathic treatment may be given on the same day, and this - too - we would now change to once a week. These, too, have been too stimulating. If these treatments are made to be more RELAXING than stimulating, we will get better results. But we would keep these up. Take them slow, easy, and they will be better for the body.
9. We would leave off the injections. These as we find are producing greater irritation to the general nervous upset.
10. Taking of the Mullein Tea and administering the Mullein Stupes should ENABLE the body to keep away from the sedatives. But do not overtax the system. Use a hypnotic rather than a narcotic as the sedative. These as we find would be the better.
11. Stay in the open, of course, as much as practical. These are helpful influences - out of doors, in the sunshine when practical, enlivening company about the body is better.
12. Doing these things, there should be improvements.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Is there any improvement internally but which is upsetting system and causing the excess pain and pulling of the head? (A) As indicated, there is rather the lack of improvement - yet not a going backward, but more irritation, see?
15. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Do these things and keep the helpful, hopeful attitude in every way.
16. We are through for the present. Copy to Self - Special Delivery " " Ass'n file (See extra sheets [which were enclosed] for Physiotherapist and Osteopath.)
