1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [2733] present in this room, who seeks physical, mental and spiritual advice or counsel. You will give this information in a specific manner, answering the questions which will be asked:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [2733], present in this room.

3. In the physical forces of the body, these we find very good. There are some tendencies that may be aided, that would prevent disturbances later on - from the present tend or trend in the physical forces of the body.

4. These have particularly to do with the pressures in the upper dorsal and cervical area, that make for the inclination for those disturbances in the muco-membranes of the throat and bronchi.

5. If these pressures were removed, either by adjustment and manipulation or by exercise, there would be the removal of those tendencies that may produce or cause distresses as conditions would progress unless they were corrected.

6. The other general physical forces of the body are very good, as we find, only needing that care and attention which would make for the normal activities of a body as related to the better conditions of a physical reaction.

7. In the mental attributes of the body, these - as we find - are most capable, and in a good way (were the better developments, ideas, changed rather to ideals, that the foundations may be well laid) for the expansion of the mental and physical attributes of the body; thus lending in its development that growth which would make for those tendencies for greater satisfaction, peace and harmony, during those changes that naturally arise in the varying conditions that are being - and are to be - experienced in a turmoiled world.

8. As to the spiritual forces, these are ever ready for

those reactions in a normal manner, if there will be - through the mental efficiency, the mental abilities, the mental activities of the physical AND mental body - but the effort to attune itself more and more to the spiritual attributes that are within every entity's ability.

9. In these directions, then, we find that - with the setting of the ideal in the activities of self, with the mental trained and attuned in those conditions or thoughts that bring more activity in the direction of the ideal set - there would be the better balancing; for, as we have often given, those that make for the better coordination of a well-balanced mental, spiritual AND physical may develop the more, accomplish the more, making greater success - either from the mental, the material or the spiritual angle of their experience.

10. Ready for questions.

11. (Q) Would doing interior decorating at times be objectionable if I accepted the place as secretary of the N.Y. group? (A) As an advisor, or as a counsel in such might be well; well even for the activities, associations and relations, but do not divide one's interests; either be on the one side or the other.

12. (Q) Would I be able to do more for the organization as an interior decorator than as secretary of the N.Y. group? (A) No. Better in the development for self through the group work, and the requirements of same SHOULD be - with the expansions as they arise - MORE than the hands full, and will require others to work with the body!

13. (Q) What subjects should I study better to prepare myself for the N.Y. group work? (A) As indicated, first study self as in relationship to the ideals of that which is being presented by the work itself; and along those lines of KINDRED thought, for there will be - with and in such work - the presenting of all phases of psychic experience, psychic phenomena, both good and bad. To be able to judge between that that is true, near true or false, is to be able to know what the ideal of such should be; even as was presented in all forms of activity by or through the sages throughout the past. Hence the philosophies, theologies, the forces as presented in psychology, psychiatry, psycho-analysm, and the like; as well as spiritualistic phenomena, or spiritualism in all its phases. THESE would be, and should be, the tend or trend of thought; yet first, as given, KNOW what IS true - then you'll be able to judge the rest!

14. (Q) How is it possible for me to change my present mode

2733-3 Page 3

of living to that most harmonious for the carrying on of the group work? (A) Change as ANY change would be, or as necessity or the proper relationships demand or make necessary! How are these accomplished? First the change is made within the mental vision or self; for Mind is ever the Builder, whether of destructive or constructive nature. Construction and the principles of same is to be the activity through such an association or group affiliation and work. Hence make within self that vision, that plan which would be necessary for the building to, the building toward that IN the experience of self, self's association. Commence! With whatever sincerity of purpose, aim or desire it is begun, there is given the strength, the way, the manner, the understanding to reach that which is and will be as near as possible to the IDEAL manner of living, association, activity that is set in the ideal of self. The ABILITIES are there. The self has the will to do. Act as seemeth right in thine own self.

15. (Q) Is Allen my affinity? (A) Not as we find.

16. (Q) Any further advice regarding a change of name? (A) There has been given the way, the manner. When this is conformed to, it MUST be in self a proof of the activity or an arousing of that interest, purpose, aim, desire. To be sure, if such is gone at a willy-nilly or half-hearted way or manner, doubting, then the same will be the result. Know in self the amount of effort, the amount of faith, activity, that is to be builded, that is possible to be builded through that given thee.
