1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2742].
3. As we find, there are conditions of which the body should take warning; rather than any specific or acute conditions in the present.
4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [2742] we are speaking of:
5. The blood supplies indicate a form of anemia, and a tendency towards toxic reactions through the system. These produce in the body general and specific effects upon the vital forces of the body in different ways and manners.
6. These tend to make for periods when the body is subject to colds, and especially irritation in the bronchi and the larynx.
7. Also these tend to make for periods when the body finds that rest, or the attempt to rest at night, is very disturbing, or the body has disturbing experiences, with sometimes hot and cold flushes, with indeterminate conditions that upset the rest of the body.
8. There are those tendencies for a nervous digestion at times, though in the main the body finds the appetite very good - most of the time.
9. There is an unbalanced condition in the chemical forces of the body, with tendencies for the accumulation of a tendency towards a lesion - or a form of lesions - in those areas where the supply to the lungs, throat and bronchi, especially, is coordinating with the deeper circulation and the superficial. [Eczema? Bronchitis? See 2742-1, Par. R8 on 5/24/70.]
10. This also upsets the condition to the assimilating body.
11. These are the conditions to be warned against.
12. Because of the hereditary forces there is NOT the

NECESSITY of, or there should not be entertained that as a necessity of weakened lungs or of asthmatic tendencies. But the conditions in the physical structural forces, and the reactions in the present, may bring ABOUT such conditions IF THERE ARE NOT MEASURES TAKEN TO ELIMINATE THE SOURCES OF THESE TENDENCIES towards the weakened conditions in the areas indicated. [Emphysema? See 2742-1, Par. R8 on 5/24/70.]
13. In the effect upon the mental AND the physical organisms - we find that the entity is one very well balanced in its outlook; systematic in its nature, in its tendency; with an inclination towards abilities for drawing - which SHOULD be more expressed in the NATURAL reactions of the body. Mapping and such should be the activities.
14. In the reflex to the organs - the eyes and the sensory organisms at times suffer. Hence there needs be certain specific and general corrections made in the cerebrospinal system. Then the general activities with specific character of exercise, and the specific relationships to diet as related to the general activities.
15. First - have some specific time each day, when at all practical, for exercising in the open. There is little better than the general setting-up exercise - walking, golfing, rowing, swimming and the like; and as much of such as may be had in the experience of the body would be most beneficial.
16. The forms of specific corrections we would have - such as may be made by Saxmann. While these need not be wholly osteopathic, neither should they be merely or entirely chiropractic; but there should be specific corrections made in those areas from the 4th and 5th dorsal to the 1st cervicals, with some specific made - during the periods - in the lumbar and the sacral. In these there should be periods. Take a treatment every three days, or three times a week if practical, for some two or three weeks. Then leave off for ten days or two weeks. Then take for another week, leave off for two weeks. Then take for another week to ten days. These should correct those tendencies, provided the outdoor exercises are maintained as much as practical.
17. When taking the exercises, do not overtire the body - for this would be as bad upon the heart and lungs and bronchi as if none were taken; but take sufficient to tire the body. THEN relax!
18. When relaxing, there should be - at least once or twice a month - a thorough rubdown, as following a Swedish Massage - or such - with the general hydrotherapy treatment.

19. Then the diet: Keep a general quantity of calcium in the system. This would preferably be taken in the form of CALCIOS; every other day taking about the quantity as would be spread on a whole wheat cracker. Keep this up for three weeks, then leave off for ten days, and then do it again - and so on.
20. Have plenty of whole grain cereals. Never take white bread - only the whole wheat or cracked wheat or cracked grain.
21. Take plenty of okra, pigs' feet and such activity.
22. After these treatments have been followed for some time, and especially after the first three weeks of the adjustments, we find it would be well to take about half a teaspoonful or Knox Gelatin once a day - stirred in cold water, orange juice or the like.
23. These are the forms of things to be taken. And keep away from fried foods.
24. Ready for questions.
25. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file (See extra sheet of directions [which was enclosed] for Dr. Robt. Saxmann, 7236 Yale Ave., Chicago, Ill. CALCIOS is manufactured by The Colloidal Health Products Corp., Atten. A. A. Nichoson, Greenvale, L.I., N.Y. It is a syrupy paste selling for $2.50 a jar.
