1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2754]. Now, we find there are rather those conditions of which the body should be warned. While there are some distresses at the present time, these have to do with the eliminations, and unless there are material changes those conditions as show for irritation will become of such a nature as to be destructive in their reaction, and the constitution of the system suffer thereby. At present those reactions are indicated in MINOR conditions, as compared to what the outcome would be - as is seen in the character of the circulation related to that effect as is produced in the mucus producing membranes of various portions of the system, and the effect same is producing in the reactions in the extremities. These conditions are from toxins in the system, produced mainly by those conditions existent in the system in the form of distresses in the colon and in the lower digestive system.

2. Then, to remove these conditions we would make corrections for those conditions as are exhibited in the centers in the cerebrospinal system, mainly those lesions as exist in the 2nd and 3rd lumbar, the 4th and 5th dorsal, the upper cervicals, and the hypogastric plexus.

3. Also we would change those reactions by the draining, or the cleansing of the colon sufficiently as to remove all of those distresses from that. This preferably be done by water, or high enemas, and then the reactions as will come from the proper diet, there should be brought the near normal forces for this body. The diet should be those of the alkalin reactions, with little meat. Do that. We are through for the present.
