1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2778]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, there are decided improvements in the general physical forces of this body. While it may require time, patience, and persistence in the application of the treatments as may be suggested from time to time, we find that these will bring effectual results - unless weariness in well-doing, or impatience, hinders from those activities in line for betterments of the body.
4. As is indicated by some reactions, these conditions are taking place - as seen in the manner in which there is the reaction when there is the attempt to rely on the strength of the limb or of the muscular forces along the limbs or legs, these cause some unusual flow. Thus some anxiety is caused because of swelling. This is the natural consequence of long being dependent upon the restraining influences. Thus these should only be periodically, not too long at a time; but gradually, from time to time, refrain from the use of the brace where some strength has been gained.
5. But when there is swelling, massage this toward the body, using those oils or any activity that tends to stimulate the flow of the lymph and blood back toward the body.
6. Also those activities at times cause a strain through the body-forces, finding the activity in the reflexes to the activities of the kidneys, to the activities in which there is the involvement of the general sensory system. These reactions are to be expected in some measures, by the necessity of the periods of relaxation from the various types of treatments.
7. It will be found now that most of these reactions will gradually disappear, when there is again begun the use of the low electrical forces carrying those vibrations to the

body of elements that are to bring, or enable the system through the assimilation to put more strength, more stamina, more of the vital flow of the nerve forces. Though they will again recur, from time to time, it will not be to such a great extent.
8. But these are those precautions that have been indicated, that will require patience and persistence - not only in the application of the rubs but in the use of the various application; the low electrical forces, the keeping of better activities in the eliminations so as to eliminate poisons and set up general rebuilding of nerve tissue. As there is the accumulation around centers, these are to be kept in accord or in attune by the rubs as well as by the general mental attitude.
9. This done, then, we will find we will gradually keep the bettered conditions.
10. When there is the lack of proper eliminations, alter same either in the diet or by those laxatives or purgatives that are preferably of the vegetable base, or the vegetable or fruit base, that will be assisted in cleansing by the manipulations with the mineral base.
11. These, if kept in those general ways as indicated, should be the helpful forces - for at least until there is another completed course of those suggestions that have been given for this body; and we will find help.
12. Those administerings have been very good. These we would keep in the ways that have been done.
13. Ready for questions.
14. (Q) Please suggest that to be stressed and that to be eliminated in the diet. (A) This depends upon the general reaction. We are to keep a well balanced diet, but that - of course - that is nerve, body and blood building; that is, those foods that are proficient in iron, calcium and iodine; that is, plenty of fruits, plenty of raw and cooked vegetables, plenty of sea foods from time to time - but these are not to be stressed. The stress should be as to the consistency necessary, that good eliminations be maintained at all times; and when necessary, use those things suggested to obtain same.
15. (Q) Have the exercises in the water been sufficient? (A) Haven't been sufficient, and these are again to be a part of the activities as we progress - but not until there is more practical ability to use these - when the atmospheric conditions are such that these can be better maintained.
16. (Q) Any other advice? (A) Keep the mental attitude, and spiritual attitude,

expectant. For, remember, as He has given, where two agree as concerning that desired, ASK and He will give it thee.
