Time of Reading 11:00 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., West Va.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body, answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. As we find, the disturbances in the present are rather as warnings. And the body should take those precautions to remove the causes of the disturbances, which are partially an unbalanced chemical condition and poisons that arise from a form of toxic force.

4. Also there has been a strain in the structural areas that are in the present leaving the results or effects of same in the body.

5. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [2793] we are speaking of:

6. In the blood supply we find there are tendencies for toxic forces, from the tendencies for the chemical changes and the acidity. Thus a disturbance in the metabolism and katabolism of the system.

7. We also find stress in the nerve forces, from the pressures produced by this excess of poisons or acidity, or toxic condition; especially in those areas where - sometimes back - there was a strain to the lower portion of the lumbar area, or a wrench.

8. And this now, from the disturbance, not only produces this pressure but makes for an inflammation to the covering of the bone itself - in the hip and the socket area, or the pelvic bone. Thus the condition which exists in these portions of the body.

9. In the functioning of organs the unbalance makes some irregularity as to the blood pressure, though this is more in the present of a sympathetic nature, and arises as much from the toxic forces and the plethoric tendency in colon as from any other condition.

10. Necessarily, the nerve forces are involved in same.

11. The lungs and the digestive forces are very good at times; though there is at times a tendency for shortness of breath, owing to the change in the circulation through these areas and the tendency for the digestives forces to become clogged.

12. Heart, liver and lungs, with kidneys, become then the source of the lack of proper coordinating or eliminating forces in the body. These cause, then, this toxic condition.

13. In making corrections, then -

14. First we would begin with hydrotherapy treatments, at least two each week; one, we would say, on Monday, the other on Friday. But between these we would have one period when only the Infra Red treatment would be given, and it should be obtained through the same sources or channels the hydrotherapy treatments are obtained.

15. The hydrotherapy should include, at least in the first twenty days, two colonic irrigations.

16. Each general hydrotherapy treatment should include a light sweat, the hot and cold water shower or needle spray, and a thorough massage; not attempting to make any adjustments, but a thorough massage, using a good oil rub.

17. And at least once each week, between the two general hydrotherapy treatments, we would give the Infra Red light - at least for thirty minutes - over the hip AND the lower portion of spine. Following the Infra-Red light there should be given a good massage over the left hip, the left limb.

18. Then, in the diet - leave off ANY of carbonated drinks and those that contain alcohol in ANY form. Sufficient of these properties should be had in the regular foods. No cake, no pies, pastries or such things. These should be left out if the diet.

19. Have plenty of bread - whole wheat, brown bread, pumpernickel or the like.

20. No rare meats, no beef.

21. Fish, fowl or lamb may be taken.

22. No fried foods at all.

23. Do these, if we would bring the better conditions for this body, [2793].

24. Ready for questions.

case to the time of obtaining the Reading, so we may have something with which to compare our information. We'd like to know the technical name of your disturbance, according to the physician, so as to properly index it in our files. See extra sheet of directions [which was enclosed] for a Physiotherapist, Swedish Masseur, or a Turkish Bath outfit; whoever you can get to carry out these directions to the letter. Be sure that everything is done in the order and in the manner as indicated in the Reading. If you find a good physiotherapist to follow these directions, in your vicinity, please let us have his name and address for future reference.) .)
