Time of Reading 3:30 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., New York.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2803].

3. As we find, there are conditions that prevent the better physical functioning. These we find, under the existent conditions, are becoming more complicated. These are the results of disturbances, and of some applications that have been made in the attempt toward effecting corrections - and they have worked against, rather than aiding in correcting, the disturbance.

4. These arise primarily from glandular conditions. And in attempting to interpret, or to understand correctly the natures of same, much that we have indicated - as to the effect glands have upon the physical, the mental and the spiritual bodies - must be taken into consideration, if we would bring the better conditions for this body.

5. The PREFERABLE manner would be the interpretation of that the entity has accomplished through the experiences in the earth. For, here we have an individual entity gifted in many directions, and some of these abilities being neglected or attempting to be put in the background - and they cry for expression. Hence in the material manifestation there is brought about a warring between the glands that supply the mental and spiritual energies to the physical forces of the body.

6. Thus we find there is in the physical manifestations an incoordination between the eliminating systems; thus forming a humor in the lymph circulation, producing in the superficial circulation irregularities - that should be eliminated through the internal circulation.

7. As we find, from a pathological condition, there is

2803-1 Page 2

disturbance in liver, kidneys and lungs; and in the superficial circulation, or in the underskin of the epidermis, there is a rash, a humor, an eczema, or a form of humor that becomes irritating to the body.

8. Psychologically considered, we find that the lack of expressions - or the tenseness of the mental forces - causes or contributes to this condition.

9. Hence there are things as well as conditions to which the body becomes allergic.

10. Thus we find seasons, periods, environs, in which this disturbance becomes more aggravated; affecting the body as in the eliminations in kidneys, in the alimentary canal, in the digestive system, and lungs. Not that there is any organic disturbance in lungs, liver or kidneys, but all of these are sympathetically affected; or the glandular effect is reflected in same as to produce these irritating conditions.

11. In considering the applications for beneficial conditions, the psychological as well as the pathological effects must be taken into consideration.

12. Thus the attitude that is taken by the body-mind towards circumstances and conditions, and environs, must be taken into consideration.

13. These, to be sure, are not as easy to accomplish as in outlining a routine for the body. While the administrations for the pathological effect may be easily done, these will only respond as the attitudes and purposes and intents and desires and hopes are made and kept in accord with the spiritual abilities of the entity - as to its spiritual hopes in a material experience.

14. In making applications for the pathological conditions, - first use, for at least five days, small doses, that is two drops, of Atomidine in water before the morning meal is taken each day.

15. During this period there will be some times when the irritation will be apparently be much worse. But we must lay the basis, and be consistent and persistent in the applications - both physical and mental - if we would rid the body of this disturbance.

16. With the completion of this first course, then take each morning - for at least five mornings - a combination of equal portions of Sulphur, Cream of Tartar and Rochelle Salts; these to be thoroughly, thoroughly mixed together. Best that they be ground together with mortise and pestle. And take about three-fourths of a teaspoonful each morning for five mornings. For, fewer than five doses would be insufficient; more will be too much. But do have the

2803-1 Page 3

thorough cleansing that this will produce.

17. During this period of taking the mixture, or while the effects of it are in the system, do not get the feet wet. Not that you can't take a bath, but from rain or being in water or swimming or the like.

18. Then take no more of the Atomidine nor of this mixture for purifying the blood.

19. But during the period of the Atomidine or the purifying, where there is the irritation upon the skin, apply Ray's Ointment for the irritation - Ray's Prescription for Eczema, see? Before this is applied, bathe off the areas with a weak soda solution.

20. And do have a consistent diet through this period, especially with excess quantities of Vitamins B-1, Iron, and some Calcios or calcium - this either in foods or in the reinforced foods with these properties; preferably, to be sure, with foods.

21. No fish should be in the diet during this particular period.

22. Then begin with the Violet Ray treatments; these to be administered especially along the spine each evening. Five to ten days should be sufficient to rid the system of the condition, provided those attitudes as indicated are maintained or kept - as well as the diet. Use the bulb applicator on the spine, at least fifteen minutes each day; from base of brain to the 9th dorsal; from the end of spine to the 9th dorsal upward; then across, across the shoulders, down either side of the spine and down the limbs or the feet, along the sciatic nerves; especially under knees, in the elbows, under arms, and across the neck - front and back. Don't just slide down, in making the application, but be very firm in the applications, and consistent with same.

23. These are the pathological conditions to be met, and the applications to be made.

24. In regard to the psychological - no better suggestion may be made than that the entity find itself in the reading, and in the making practical application, in its meditation, of those promises in the 30th of Deuteronomy, as to what self IS; and that in the 14th, 15th, 16th and 17th of John, as to the source of the entity's consciousness, its awareness, and its application of purposes and intents in relationships with others, and of itself to its Maker. These should be consistently adhered to throughout the period you are making the applications. And know that in the physical as well as in the psychological, these must be practical, livable experiences, and not something to indulge in to be rid of something that is irritating in the material and a

warning in the spiritual forces.

25. For, know, as He hath given, these PURIFIED - as they would be through these administrations and applications of the spiritual and physical truths - and then to revert, the last estate will be doubly worse than the first.

26. Then, do that indicated.

27. Ready for questions.

28. (Q) Considering my present physical condition, should I continue my present employment? About how soon should I return to work? (A) When the conditions are removed, it may be continued. Under the present circumstance, we wouldn't continue - until changes are wrought.

29. (Q) Why am I always so cold, especially my hands and feet, and how may I correct this? (A) When we take in consideration those things that cause this disturbance in the superficial circulation, as we have indicated, and the areas that should have applications made for same, we see there are those areas where there is a deflection in the circulation. Those under the knees and in the elbows, especially, and all areas where the glands or the emunctory centers come close to the surface. Hence those applications to change or alter, with the properties given internally; but most - the mental attitudes.

30. (Q) What causes bleeding bowels, and why is it more active during menstruation? (A) The incoordination, or lack of proper eliminating channels. Thus the healing forces, and yet necessitating from the pathological conditions the purifying, and the adding of certain elements in the foods - especially in the first two weeks - as to cause coagulation, see? These will aid in healing and in causing proper coordination, in the activity of the liver, the kidneys and the lungs.

31. (Q) May I reduce my legs in proportion to rest of body? (A) Read what has been given, as to how and where applications are to be made. These are in accordance with that which is the intent and build of the body.

32. (Q) Any other precautions or mental and spiritual advice? (A) Read thoroughly, not superficially, that as we have indicated; for ye are a chosen channel. Do not shun it.
