1. HLC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity; that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: (In going back over years from the present - " - '39 - disappointments, discouragements - '33 - very good season - '30 - '31 - " etc., on back to birth date.)
3. Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [2809].
4. In giving an interpretation[s] of the records as we find them here, there is much from which to choose. But these we choose with the desire and purpose that this information may be a helpful experience for the entity; enabling the entity to better fulfill those purposes for which it entered this present sojourn.
5. That there are definite urges, latent and manifested, is indicated in what might be called a composite of the urges that arise from the so-called astrological aspects - or from the sojourns of the entity (that may be indicated) between appearances in the earth, and the activities of the entity in the material plane. These we find indicated:
6. One very ambitious; a good business personality; easily discouraged and becomes very pessimistic.
7. One inclined to condemn, or to so indicate as to faults in others; and keeps self oft in the slough of despair by its own attempt in reasoning.
8. These may be very good, if used aright. But one thing
2809-1 Page 2
the entity MUST develop, if it would attain to that which is the better in this particular experience; not to be so pessimistic when conditions are apparently adverse to the entity's attempt in varied fields of activity.
9. There are inclinations and tendencies towards those things that have to do with state or county, or political forces. And these may prove very disturbing and disappointing to the entity, as will be seen from the application of self through those experiences in the earth.
10. In choosing these interpretations, the entity should - as is indicated for the entity here; in self as well as in others - magnify the virtues, minimize the faults.
11. There are spiritual and mental values also. These the entity tends to neglect.
12. These are, then, those influences that are the composite of the urges in the experiences.
13. Astrologically - we find Uranus, Jupiter, Venus, Neptune as influences. Thus we find those influences which bring the associations with those in authority in many places; as associations with those things that will become rather as extremes, and apparently without ANY physical reason of doing so; things that will have to do with properties, townships, schools, people, rather than those things because of things. Hence, no activity in manufacturing of articles or those from products would be an experience of a helpful nature to the entity; rather inclined to be of material disturbance - or, in common parlance, it would oft give the entity headaches.
14. In Jupiter we find the universal consciousness - and all the more need, because of both the extremes in Uranus and Neptune, to have the fortitude - when things or conditions appear the darkest - to put on not merely a front, but knowing deep within self that as the correct principles or tenets are applied - spiritual, mental AND material - these will bring that into the experience that is for creative or helpful influences.
15. Do not neglect the mental and spiritual aspect of the relationships to the fellow man, as well as to thy Maker.
16. As to the appearances in the earth, and the influences that these bear upon the manner in which the entity conducts itself, or thinks, or carries on latent within self - we find:
17. Before this the entity was in the land of the present nativity, during those trying periods of the American Revolution.
18. Then in the name Jeremiah Meeks, the entity was one who was entrusted with some of those activities that were a part
2809-1 Page 3
of the experience of Arnold and Andre'. Thus those conditions brought disappointments, those periods of activity in which there were condemnations because of the entity's associations with those individuals. Not that this was a premeditated activity of the entity, but the friendship and the association brought condemnation from others.
19. Thus the entity finds in the present experiences that when disappointments arise, and conditions from circumstance as in association, the entity becomes discouraged; and at times says hard things about others.
20. Remember, there is a law - divine - with what measure ye mete to others, in thy conversation, in thy activity, it will be measured to thee again.
21. Take thought oft, then, to speak well or keep silent - of self, of others. Not as an extravagancy in any sense, but the truth, ever. These have brought discouragements. Then meet same with the optimistic abilities to attain to that oneness with the universal consciousness, which brings of itself its reward - as does virtue, as does kindness, as does patience, as does brotherly love.
22. Hate, malice, all those things that make people or individuals afraid bring just the opposite into the experience of individuals.
23. The entity was then associated in the exchange and the settling of large tracts of land.
24. Thus interest may be manifested in such in the present experience.
25. Before that the entity was in the French land, during those periods of the early activities in that period when the peoples of various lands rose in defense of an ideal - or the Crusade period.
26. There the entity was in the capacity of the instructor, or a school teacher, as would be commonly called today; yet in those periods they were rather ones to whom groups of the young were entrusted for care, not only of the physical but of the mental and spiritual education.
27. These brought periods when the exercising of the activities brought about the experience in the present when the entity takes the decided views, almost to be at variance to someone else, to get their reaction. This at times makes for a hardship, rather, in the entity's experience, as through that period; it makes the entity severe upon critical severity of others.
28. The name then was Lenen Schuleyer. In the experience the entity materially and mentally gained. In the spiritual aspects it brought to self the retarding influences. In the
2809-1 Page 4
present will be seen the necessity for the use of the mental self to attain to the correct evaluation of mental and spiritual aspects in the experience of the individual entity.
29. Also there should be the recognition in the experience that as ye sow, so shall ye reap. These are unchangeable laws; these are inevitable; they are divine laws. And the law must be kept, whether it be of a filial, material, mental or spiritual relationship.
30. Keep the law - not merely the letter but the spirit. For, as has been given, "My spirit beareth witness with thy spirit."
31. Then, with what spirit approach ye the problems of today, tomorrow, or for eternity? For, life is continuous, and ye continue to meet thyself.
32. In thy meditation and in thy consideration, oft take counsel with that which is thy ideal. And stand aside, or measure up, as to see what ye must appear to others. Others are to be dealt with, and they - too - will measure to thee with that same spirit ye measure to them.
33. Before that the entity was in the Roman land, during those periods when there were those expansions of the Roman empire into northern Africa, into western Asia, into the Holy Land; during those periods when the Master walked in the earth.
34. Then the entity was among those put in authority of a garrison in the Judean hills, portions of Galilee as well as portions of the land over which the Master went.
35. The entity then was in the name of Teular, and was garrisoned in the old city of Samaria.
36. In that experience the entity became very hard, very severe; attempting to keep the letter of the law, rather than listening to or applying the spiritual aspects of same.
37. Not that the law is to be set aside, but brotherly love is the spirit of the law, as well as the letter - then, as in the present. For it is a universal law, and is the basis of that freedom as He gave in those ministrations through His material manifestation in the earth; that ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.
38. From that experience we find in the present the abilities for the entity to understand or apply the law as respecting things or individuals, in a way and manner in which it may be turned to avert the application of same, or to shield those that may be useful in the experience materially. These have proven, do prove, quite questionable in the entity's experience.
39. Before that the entity was in the Egyptian land, when
2809-1 Page 5
there was the Ibex Rebellion - or when the household of the King rebelled. The entity then was in that position as the leader of the army, or the rebellious forces; and aided in setting up the activities in Ibex. While these came to naught, later, those disappointments and periods of activity there brought that influence in which the entity at times is severe, or in its activity may be in contempt of self as well as contemptuous to others - because of the disappointments which came into the experience then, as Ja-Ja-Guar.
40. As to the abilities of the entity in the present, that to which it may attain, and how:
41. First, know what is thy ideal - spiritually, mentally, materially. Know they must be dependent one upon the other; just as the faith of thy fathers is dependent upon the mercy, the love of God the Father; just as the adherence to those principles interpreted in the material relationships brings harmony and peace and prosperity. For, these are one - if they are bound together in brotherly love.
42. In whatever field of service as may be chosen the entity may succeed, if there is the continued, the concerted application of those tenets just given above; knowing that with what measure ye mete it will be measured to thee again.
43. Do not become so easily discouraged, but know that more than ninety percent of fault - when such arises - lies within self.
44. As to the activities - we find that those in which the entity may teach are the better, or administer those conditions as might relate to education in those fields having to do with consideration of the spiritual, the mental and the material lives of individuals; or with real estate, or with properties of such natures. In these the entity may succeed in material ways.
45. But do not put materiality before spirituality. They are one, if the activities are in keeping with that opportunity thy God gives thee in the earth.
46. Ready for questions.
47. (Q) Considering the entity's present situation, which type of activity would be recommended for him just now? (A) That as may have to do with his own State, of supervising lands that may be a part of Government activity; whether as to camps or the use of land as a means for preparation of defense, or of such. These might be well. Or, in the preparation for activity in relation to education in the land.
48. (Q) Should Senator Claud Pepper of Florida and Congressman Joe Hendricks of my District be approached?
2809-1 Page 6
(A) When the entity chooses as to what part or what phase of such activity it would engage in, either of these would be a part of, then approach same. There is evidently within the State the activity in which there may be camp supervision, or the purchase or lease, or the condemning of lands. In such the entity may act in the capacity as the go-between between the individuals and the government activity.
49. (Q) Considering the propositions surrounding Mrs. Savage and the grounds and dormitories left by her husband: Should I undertake to develop this proposition in any way? (A) This may be a proposition in which there may be taken over the grounds and the activities for use by the Government for a training station of special character of service. And this attaining may be in such a manner in which the entity may use same, after the emergency has passed, for the unfoldment of those activities for greater expansion or development in teaching.
50. (Q) What type of camp program would be most suitable for that place? (A) An induction camp, or for general training, or the lands are of such natures they might be used for special fields in either the commandos (?) or the air.
51. (Q) Are there any other contacts that you would recommend for me? (A) When the entity has chosen the field, or that place, there are many outlets. Any of those who are in contact with those who subscribe to such - either in the Army, the Navy, or in any of those fields in which these activities go. It is well to use all approaches to same.
