Time of Reading 3:40 to 3:50 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., New Jersey.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2820].

3. As we find, there are conditions that are preventing the better physical functioning.

4. These are rather of a subtle nature, we find, and - in the present - come rather as attacks. Thus their gradual increase causes greater and greater anxiety.

5. And, unless there are measures taken for correction, these will become very serious; requiring operative measures of a serious nature.

6. Then, these are conditions as we find them with this body, [2820] we are speaking of:

7. The blood supply indicates that there are hindrances in circulation; both as to nerve and blood supply, especially as related to portions of the head.

8. Hence those periods of very severe headache, a lightness - as it were - in the pit of the stomach at times, a choking or full sensation in the throat, and the tingling in the extremities - especially hands and even at times along the limbs, but these occur at different periods.

9. In the nerve forces, as might be said, do we find the sources of the disturbance.

10. There are very definite subluxations in the cerebrospinal system.

11. Almost along the whole area of the cervicals there are lateral lesions.

12. There is a circular lesion in the area of the 6th and 7th dorsal, and between the 3rd and 4th lumbar.

13. These are the areas from which the deflections, with a tendency of a catarrhal nature, cause the filling of the soft bone structure within the ear - or back of ear.

14. With the nervous energies these make for the very nature

of the disturbance - to an over or supercharged body, - overnervousness!

15. These are the sources of the disturbances.

16. Naturally, other portions of the body - as the assimilating system and the whole of the nerve forces of the body - suffer under the stress. Not organic disturbances in other areas.

17. To be sure, all of the sensory system suffers at times.

18. In making administrations for helpful forces for this body - we would have these done under the direction of such an one as Reilly. Here we would find the Fume Bath required - not too much heat - that is, dry heat, but rather very little of this activity and almost entirely the fumes with Witchhazel; followed with a thorough rubdown.

19. DO NOT GIVE ANY ELECTRICAL TREATMENTS!

20. When there are the headaches, the dizzy spells, the nausea, the chilly feeling and prickly sensation, have these treatments at least twice a week.

21. But each time when the massage is given, do use a high magnet - this to be rubbed downward along the spine to the 9th dorsal, then upward to the cervicals, but not around the head! This should be done very lightly, to demagnetize the body. This will aid. Give this for about a minute to a minute and a half to two minutes, gently; not just something rubbed over to be gotten through with. Neither is it just something to be used as a helpful force, for it will be felt, but will not give the body any uncomfortable feeling. Let both prongs of the magnet touch the body; not rubbed, though, as to cause irritation, but held upward, so as to demagnetize at each center.

22. Do massage the body (but not corrections) on those areas especially in the cervical and upper dorsal, and in the areas of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th lumbar. These especially should be demagnetized, in the cervicals especially, but not around the head.

23. As to the rest of the hydrotherapy - cleanse the colon about once a month. The sitz baths and the thorough rubdown, especially with the Pine Oils, will be good for this body; following same with the alcohol rub, to be sure.

24. Doing these, we may save the body from much suffering, and from operative measures - if these are followed.

25. Ready for questions.

26. We are through for the present. Two copies to Self (one for Dr. H. J. Reilly, Reilly Health Service, R.C.A. Bldg., 1250 Sixth Ave., New York City) Copy to Ass'n file
