Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Okla.
1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2831]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, some improvements are shown. While there is still much to be desired, there is better coordination in the activities of the circulation, both to the structural portions and in the general circulation in the upper or torso portion of the body.
4. Those conditions indicated about the joints, in the extremities - especially the knee and the hip - while there are involvements in the covering of the structural bone itself, as well as the tendons that connect in those portions of same - these are mildly responding. They do not cause as much disturbance as there has been.
5. We find that it would be well to continue with the light treatments as we have indicated, as well as with the massages where practical; with the Ichthyol Ointment over those areas in the joints as well as in those portions of the muscular forces that are involved.
6. The period of using the light may be increased a half to three-quarters of a minute, but do not overburn. While this may not with the injected light give as much heat, there are more curative or healing properties in the rays when directed through that type of glass.
7. We would also use a rub with this combination of oils: Peanut Oil...............2 ounces, Olive Oil................2 ounces, Lanolin, dissolved.....1/2 teaspoonful.
8. Mix these thoroughly together. This combination of properties will strike through more, enabling the oils to be more effective - and the other properties - to the areas involved.
9. The Ash may be taken a little farther apart; that is,

taking once each day, but we would keep the periods of the light at least twice each day, see? Only give the Ash about ten minutes before ONE period of using the light.
10. In the matter of the diet, keep to a well balanced diet; carrying plenty of the fresh raw vegetables - such as carrots, celery, lettuce, radish - if these all agree with the body. Not in large quantities, but some of either or all of these each day.
11. Then we would have the beef juice occasionally; not broth, but the pure beef juice; and fish, or those that will supply more of iodine in an absorbent manner.
12. The Atomidine taken once, twice or three times a week - two to three drops in water before the morning meal, not more than this at a time - will also be beneficial.
13. Do that.

15. (Q) What is condition of bone in right limb from hip to knee? (A) As indicated, there is an involvement of the covering of same. This is NOT of the nature that it may not be stopped, if there is sufficient period of using with the ultra-violet the properties given.
16. (Q) What is condition of the chest, particularly lungs and heart area? (A) These show betterment. While not normal, there is more often a regularity in the activity. To be sure, at times the structural portions are drawn upon for supplying those elements in the cellular force, but this is more structural than organic disturbance of heart or of lungs.
17. (Q) Advise kind and amount of exercise I should take for best general results. (A) This will necessarily have to be governed by the body- forces themselves. As much in the open as is practical or possible. For, the creating of the ozone even by the light is beneficial - as is sunlight or sunshine, when practical.
18. (Q) Would any kind of operation be beneficial? (A) As we find, this would not be advisable in the present. Though this may come, this had best be considered from the condition an X-Ray would indicate to those considering such operative forces. Do these for the present.
