Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:25 A. M. Eastern War Time. New York City.
1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
3. As we find, there are disturbing forces that prevent the better physical functioning. Many are tendencies, but as we find there may be help - with consistent and persistent application, with the correct, or a creative, mental attitude towards self and the relationships about same; realizing the source from which ALL healing must come.
4. We find that the disturbances arise from effects of an infectious force, as may disturb the equilibrium and the activity of the organs as related to same.
5. These, as we find, are the sources of disturbances.
6. And with the beginnings of that as may be helpful, we would apply the hydrotherapy with the massage controlled with the electrical forces that are applied through the body making the application of the massage. These treatments should be given at least once each week, oftener in the beginning, and should include sweats, the massage, and the electrical treatment with the massage, see? Occasionally include a colonic irrigation, until there is now show of the mucous from the colon being thus cleansed.
7. These will be required in regular periods - that is, these general hydrotherapy treatments - for at least some ten to fifteen treatments; and then changes may be wrought by the use of the short wave electrical forces. The necessity of this can be determined best according to how the body reacts mentally, as well as pathologically, to those first administrations here suggested.
8. In the matter of activity - this must be controlled by the suggestions of those making the applications; as well as the diet.

9. Do these, and then after the periods of this first preparation, further instructions may be indicated.
10. Ready for questions.
11. Do these, and then after those periods of this first preparation, there may be given further instructions.
12. But remember, the attitude will have much to do with whether these are eliminated, or merely drawn together for further disturbances later on.
13. We are through for the present. Two copies to self through Mr. [...] (one for Physiotherapist who follows the outline given as to treatments; such as H. J. Reilly, RCA Bldg., 1250 Sixth Ave., N.Y.C.) Copy to Ass'n file (When you have followed these treatments for the ten to fifteen, as suggested, let us know so we may make an appointment for a Check Physical Reading to give you further instructions - without additional cost to you. At your convenience, let us have a history of your case to the time of obtaining the Reading, so we may have something with which to compare our information.) n.)
