Time of Reading 11:15 to 11:35 A. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Va.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2849].

3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions which prevent the better physical functioning.

4. These are rather the combination of disturbances, as we find; some being caused from effects upon portions of the body, and the functioning organs, from disturbances in other parts of the body.

5. Then, these are conditions as we find them with this body, [2849] we are speaking of:

6. The blood supply indicates toxic forces or disturbances throughout the body. Thus there are sources, or causes, in this particular, from which these arise.

7. Poisons, accumulations - as in the gums, the teeth and the mouth, cause poisons to accumulate through the stomach, through the alimentary canal.

8. Then, through the general condition or weight, the limbs as well as the alimentary canal suffer from those pressures produced by the poisons in the body-functionings.

9. Thus the shortness of breath at times, the inability of the body to regain or maintain its equilibrium, even, at times; the dizziness that occurs, the general nausea. All of these come from the combination of disturbances through the body.

10. In the nerve system - most of these we find as reflex conditions, from pressures produced in the abdominal area, as well as through the liver and the organs reflecting the activity of these disturbances through the body.

11. These, then, are reflexes and not sources; though these often cause an upsetting because of the incoordination

2849-1 Page 2

between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal nervous system.

12. As to the organs themselves - as indicated through the condition of the gums and some of the teeth areas - these are sources of poisons. Thus an activity is caused there; as at times an overactivity of the salivary glands. This produces disturbing conditions, by the manner in which this reacts upon the digestive system.

13. The general weight, and the condition and position of the abdominal region - or abdomen - also causes the pressures that produce the disturbance in the circulation between lungs, heart and liver.

14. These are disturbing, and may become such as to cause greater disturbance unless there are measures taken to remove these effects that are produced upon the general system.

15. The heart's activity - it is quick at times, and at others very, very disturbing.

16. The digestive forces at times become easily upset from the poisons and accumulations. The liver at times is torpid, and this from lack of proper activity and the effect of toxic forces through the body.

17. These, of course, produce pressures upon the kidneys, causing the activities there that at times become disturbing to the body; and there is the attempt of the kidneys to assist in relieving the disturbance, which - through the amounts or the accumulations of poisons - is undermining the activity, or the general condition in the functioning of kidneys.

18. Then, in making applications for relief for this body, - rest, of course, is first required; keeping off of the feet until there is a GENERAL elimination of the poisons from the system.

19. First - we would begin with taking one Zilatone tablet in the morning and one in the evening, for two days.

20. Then we would flush the system with a heaping teaspoonful of Sal Hepatica.

21. Rest then at least two days.

22. Then take TWO Zilatone tablets in the morning and two in the evening - for one day, you see.

23. Follow this again, the next day, with the Sal Hepatica, - TWO teaspoonsful this time.

24. This, of course, will tend to weaken the body; but these are necessary if we would bring better eliminations for this body.

25. Then, when there is recuperation, we would have those corrections made with the gums and the mouth, by local applications and preparations to remove the sources of the

disturbances.

26. When the body is on the feet again, do use a support for the abdomen; preferably of elastic, if practical; but just a cloth, well prepared about the body, will aid in the support, as to make bettered conditions for the body.

27. The diet through these periods should be mostly liquids, to be sure. Fowl - as the broths - and beef juice, - these will keep the strength for the body.

28. Do have each evening, when ready to retire, or at the period for retiring, a thorough massage along the spine with first hot cloths - very hot - massaged all the way from base of brain to the end of the spine - rubbed, not too hard. Follow this with the Peanut Oil rub, all the body will absorb.

29. Keep the attitude of prayerful, helpful meditation upon the helpfulness that may be received, and the use it may be put to.

30. Ready for questions.

31. (Q) Is there any organic heart trouble? (A) More from sympathetic causes, as indicated; though the organ itself is engorged.

32. (Q) Does she need new glasses to correct any defect in eyes? (A) This would be better after the body is improved, than at the present time. Yes, we would correct the conditions or the flexes in the vision.

33. (Q) What causes her legs to cramp so much and how can it be remedied? (A) As just indicated, these are the pressures from the weight in the abdomen, and poisons in the system. The massage as we have indicated will relieve a great deal of this.

34. (Q) Would a change of residence be good for her? (A) Not especially, though this may be rather the choice of the body. But we do not find this as a contributory cause to the general conditions. But do as we have indicated. Keep quiet - because activity during these periods may overtax the body, see?

35. We are through for the present. Copy to Self " " Ass'n file [Remarks after Reading: [2849] only has one tooth; has chewed on her gums for years; perhaps that is the trouble.] (11/13/42 GD's note to [2849]: See directions [which were
