Time of Reading 3:40 to 4:05 P. M. Eastern War Time. ..., Delaware.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [2863].

3. In giving the interpretations of the conditions as we find here, different things must be taken into consideration.

4. To be sure, there are some pathological or physical disturbances that must be considered. There are also psychological conditions that have much to do with the physical forces of the body.

5. Those anxieties brought about by some conditions about the body produce such discouraging. And while there are those attitudes of the body, these become conflicting forces - and contribute to that general "all over" condition experienced at times.

6. These, then, are the physical conditions as we find them with this body, [2863] we are speaking of:

7. The blood supply indicates that there are the effects of toxic conditions through the body, and a subluxation in those areas from which the nerve impulse contributes to the activity of the liver and gall duct.

8. These become of such natures as to involve the glandular forces, especially as in relation to the thyroids and the adrenals.

9. Thus those acute conditions which arise, with headaches, disturbance with the organs of the sensory system - the eyes, and especially those conditions through the torso, and the excruciating pains at times through the abdominal area - as that incoordination is brought between the liver and the adrenals, and the eliminating activities of the body as related to the pelvis and the alimentary canal.

10. In the effects upon the nervous system - there are

2863-1 Page 2

pressures produced by this disturbance in the area of the upper dorsals and through portions of the cervical. There are those conditions through the optic forces causing reflexes that disturb the body.

11. As to the activity of the organs themselves - these, as indicated, becomes reacted upon sympathetically by the imaginative or psychopathic or psychic forces of the body.

12. Thus most of these conditions become activated and magnified by the discouragements in the body-forces.

13. Not that these are not physical, but they are exaggerated by those activities of the mental body.

14. In the disturbance of organs themselves, the greater relaxation is needed for that activity of the liver, the pancreas, and the organs of assimilation.

15. Thus we find, in making administrations for this body, - first we would have a series of at least five or six of the hydrotherapy treatments. These would include mild sweat baths, with the fumes of Witchhazel added; with a massage following same using an equal combination of Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh. Heat the Oil to add the Myrrh. Then add an equal amount of Peanut Oil and mix thoroughly, when massaging the spine; making corrections in the upper dorsal and in the 3rd and 4th cervical.

16. Do these until at least six to ten of the treatments with these combinations have been given. There may be necessitated a high colonic also, to purify the colon.

17. After this series (not before), we would then give a very light electrical treatment; preferably the short wave electrical treatments, see - at least three to six of such as these.

18. Then begin (not before) with the vitamins that add to the strength, the vitality of the body; especially A and D, and the B and B-Complex, with Niacin. These as we find may be found in the One A Day brand. Take the A and D of morning, one of these. In the evening take the B-Complex.

19. And then the mental attitude:

20. Keep in the constructive frame of mind, ever. Know that there are influences ye bear, not only upon thyself but upon all with whom ye come in contact. So speak, so act, ever, to be witness-bearing for Him, who is the light and the truth, who is the healer of all diseases, who is the friend to all that seek His face.

21. Ready for questions.

22. (Q) What should the diet be during this period? (A) Keep away from too much fats. Fish, fowl and lamb, if meats are taken. Vegetables that are of the leafy nature are preferable. Plenty of celery, lettuce, and those things

especially, should be a part of the diet. Do these, and we will make for better conditions with this body.
