Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:20 P. M. Eastern War Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will have before you the entity [2881] present in this room, who seeks a Mental and Spiritual Reading with information, advice and guidance as to her life and work. You will give the entity that needed to help make her life count in the way that HE would have it, answering the questions she submits, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the entity here, [2881]; this we have had before.

3. In giving advice and counsel it is well that the premise be indicated for the entity from which such information might be drawn.

4. In the experiences of the entity in the earth's plane there has been the use and the abuse of convictions within self. These, now, must be met in this particular experience or some other.

5. Promises have been made to each soul-entity by Him who is the author of life, in whom we as individuals live and move and have our being, in whom we as individuals must manifest - in our associations and dealings with others - that same concept we hold as an ideal of the nature and character of the God we worship. If this is hate and jealousy, those forms of holding grudges or holding aught against others, it is then in that same measure meted to us as individuals. For, as we do it, as we live, as we are to others, so are we to the God we worship. What is, then, the purpose for manifestation of an individual entity's life in the earth? That one may glorify that concept of one's own activity in glorifying that ideal. When self is allowing the own wishes, the own hates, the own prejudices, the own selfishness to prevent the self from giving glory to God in the manners meted to others, one is bringing on self all the afflictions of the ills of the physical and mental being.

6. When this is in the flesh it is manifested in ills of the body. When this is in the mind it is manifested in the confusions of the mind.

7. Then, we may well rid ourselves of all these by laying aside those things that may so easily beset, in all forms of prejudice, all forms of selfishness, all forms of hate, and in their place putting meekness, patience, kindness, brotherly love. And these will build in the body, in the mind, freedom; freedom from all hindrances of whatever nature that may hinder an individual entity from being, from doing that the Maker would have it do and be.

8. For, know, He has promised from the beginning, "Though ye may wander far afield, if ye call I will hear - I will answer speedily."

9. For this body individually there are physical, there are mental disturbances - by confusions. If those things are applied that will bring body, mind and purpose to a oneness of ideal, oneness of desire, we may have a union of strength, of endurance, of ability and fulfill those things for which we are called to do in the earth.

10. These have been indicated. Ye learn such, ye apply such by BEING just that; not in fear, not in doubt, but in Him. For, as has been given, think not as to who will descend from heaven and bring a message, or who will come from over the sea that we may know; for Lo, it is within thine own heart. It is today set before thee good and evil, life and death. Choose thou this day whom ye will serve - God or man, God or self, God or the gratifying of appetites, of desire of the flesh? For the way is opened. Enter in, if ye would enjoy those glories that have been prepared for those that love His coming.

11. Ready for questions.

12. (Q) How is my health? Will using the Wet Cell Appliance bring me the physical strength I need, or should something else now be added? Should I repeat course at Reilly's? When begin it? (A) If you use the Wet Cell Appliance as indicated, with massage, it will bring better physical conditions for the body. After at least half of the first series of the Appliance treatments have been taken, repeat the course at Reilly's.

13. (Q) What is the one thing I am meant to do? (A) As indicated in the life experience.

14. (Q) If I am to stress interior decorating, and to use my music in doing so, as my Life Rdg. indicated, please advise just how I should go about it? (A) The music is merely a means to attune self to the ideas of individual places, individual surroundings. As the entity has found and will find - as it applies itself - each home, each hall, each edifice, has - and there is felt the

vibration of such a place. Some are in harmony, some are at disharmony. Music is harmony or disharmony. As this is brought in thought by or through music, such may be attuned - and thus used as the channel, the means of approach to that necessary for individual conditions.

15. (Q) How can I best help my daughter, [...]? (A) Help her understand herself. Don't help her to understand you, or others, but herself. The study of self prepares an individual soul to understand everyone else - if the judgment is according to the standard of the way of truth, which is - as ye do to others, ye do to thy Maker.

16. (Q) Is she where she should be? (A) We haven't where she should be, as we haven't her here.

17. (Q) What shall I concentrate on this winter? (A) What is the desire for this winter? Is it to begin the music or the interior decoration? Go in the direction towards which ye are working, or towards which ye wish to make the preparation.

18. (Q) Where am I bound? What should be by destination? (A) This ye make yourself.

19. (Q) Why do all these ideas on clothes keep coming to me, that seem to be adopted by fashion and used, and I never have any connection? (A) As may be said, as ye will read in thine own life experiences, these come as temptations to dissuade thee. Choose what you will do and move in that direction.

20. (Q) Is it meant that I should get remuneration from these ideas? (A) That depends upon what is thy ideal and purpose. Go back to the first premise that has been given.

21. (Q) Why do these thoughts on philosophy come to me, when I don't know what to do with them nor how to use them? Should I write these down and try to get them published? If so, how should I go about it? (A) These are confusions, as has been given. Put thy faith, thy hope, thy mind, in these directions: HERE AM I, LORD! USE ME. DIRECT ME. I CHOOSE THESE DIRECTIONS (in whatever direction ye have set thine self). SHOW THOU ME THE WAY! Leave it to Him. The confusion will disperse.
